This was our second stay at this property. It is super cozy and comfortable as advertised. It feels like a mountain cabin should feel! There was plenty of space for our two families and the grandparents to have time together, but also have privacy as well. The host - Mary is about as responsive and kind as could be! Would highly recommend!

This property is exactly like the pictures show. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen was well equipped. Game room was great for the kids and adults. We went up to enjoy a couple of days of skiing at Big Boulder and this property was in a perfect location. About a 10 minute drive. there was also various restaurants and stores in the area as well. We are already discussing booking it again!!

This was our second time gathering for a sibling reunion here and it did not disappoint! Mary was gracious and incredibly easy to work with (we had to reschedule when a sibling got Covid). We will return again for sure!

It's hard to summarize such a great experience.... this place is so clean and spacious, yet cozy. It is the loveliest home in the community. The three levels of sleeping accommodations/ bathrooms made it easy for each family and their little children to settle in and not disturb others' naptime & sleeping...with Pops & Grammie sleeping on the main level. Just bring your linens and food, and you are good to go! Hot tub was enjoyed every night. Delightfully large wrap around porch made the outdoors so enjoyable, and the ridiculously friendly deer were quite entertaining. Would most definitely recommend, and we hope to enjoy this amazing home again in the future! I can only imagine how wonderful this place must be in the winter!

We had a great vacation! The home we stayed in was perfect for all of us! The kids had the best time feeding the deer and watching them. We were in the hot tub one evening and saw a bear! Thank you for having us stay in your home!

Great cabin getaway!
The house had a great mountain cabin feel (like you want when going to the poconos) - as well as being spacious and clean. The layout was great for our multi family group of 11. The game room in the basement was awesome for the kids! We had a great stay and hope to go back again next year!

Beautiful Cabin with Everything You Need
We loved this house. It was a beautiful cabin that was stocked with everything you need from games (including a pool table, fussball, and ping pong table), plenty of bedrooms to fit 10 people, everything you need to cook (besides fresh groceries of course). Also, to top it all off, there's a hot tub! Highly recommend!

Spectacular
Everything about this house is great! It has a better equipped kitchen than my own. Plenty of everything for a large group. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. There's also a closet filled games plus the pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and foosball. The hot tub was also a plus!! Also deer that almost eat out your hands. We had a great time spending our Christmas Holiday in the house in the trees!

Winter Weekend get away !
We had a wonderful time ! The Tree house is so clean and comfortable, we will continue to have our winter get away at this home because we believe it is the best ! And Mrs . Palmer is so easy to communicate with and very friendly , just loved our stay !

Amazing accommodations
We had a very enjoyable weekend at this beautiful property. Plenty of room to spread out for our group of 8. The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed seeing the deer throughout the day and night coming in to eat. The kitchen was very well stocked, and plenty of movie and games for all to enjoy. I would recommend this rental and definitely rent this property again.

Excellent property
There were 7 of us and we all agreed we would come back to this home another time as it well exceeded our expectations. The house is well stocked for cooking and playing games. And the many deer were fun to watch. Lots to do and see nearby as well. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for our large group.

Amazing getaway
This is a fantastic house. The kids loved their own space downstairs with games and plenty of space to spread out. We couldn’t get enough of the main floor fireplace, hot tub and deer that practically walked right up to the door. I was able to work undisturbed in the loft - a real plus for remote workers like myself. It was peaceful, spacious and had everything we needed. We hope to be able to get away here again!

Top quality home!
Our family has stayed at a number of home rentals for our family vacation and this one, in particular, was the most comfortable and accommodating to our family of 3 married couples and a toddler, and two infants. We felt like we could spread out, but also the seating in the gathering spaces was great. most places do not allow for our whole family to sit. The outdoor furniture was also great! A wonderful property
This property is ideal for a peaceful getaway in the mountains. Great location for hiking and biking. Lots of space, comfortable beds, game room, hot tub, deer feeder and other amenities. It is a quiet neighborhood. We have stayed here twice. Host Mary P is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Columbus - Boston family outing.
Great Columbus-Boston midpoint family weekend meetup. Great cabin close to I-80 with fun outdoors activities. Jim Thorpe city/train, Hawks Falls trail, biking and the cabin hot tub. The cabin has very nice bedrooms, baths, big kitchen and family room. Big deck to hangout plus the hot tub.

Perfect getaway!
We stayed for two nights and three days and had a great time. The house was clean and big and the kids loved the hot tub. The only negative is it there is only one thermostat on the main level. The basement was freezing and my daughter had to use a space heater just to stay warm. If they put a separate zone in the basement, I would absolutely give this house five stars.

Perfect Weekend Stay
This wonderful house was a home base for our group of 8 friends as we spent the weekend tubing at Blue Mountain and then enjoyed a train ride, lunch, and window shopping in Jim Thorpe. The house was fully equipped for all our needs and the fireplace and hot tub were just perfect for a relaxing time. Couldn’t have found a better house!! Even made friends with the deer thanks to the tub of deer corn left by the owner. They have thought of everything!

This is definitely a Mountain Home
We go to the Poconos every year on the same week. We stay in a different house every year and this year this home is the best we have stayed in by far. All the other houses were beautiful but this one 100% has the feel the Poconos. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. The decor is great and that is what we loved, u know you are at the mountains, the other homes decor looked like a normal everyday home. You def feel and know you are at the mountains in this home. The hot tub was nice in the snow and the deer that came right up to us to be fed, was the best part for they kids,, they loved it! It was 8 of us and there's was plenty of room for more.. Its a warm, cozy and inviting home and we are def going back next year. BEST HOME EVER!

FANTASTIC
We spent an amazing weekend at the Tree House ! Our family celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday at the hustle and it was absolutely gorgeous. The photos do not do the house justice! The house was equipped with everything we needed And more. We will definitely be booking again and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental ! Owner was very responsive and so easy to work with !
