This is a little paradise in the land of enchantment. We enjoyed our stay, only steps away from Steps beach.. you get to see the diverse beauty underwater. The place on its own can be a great to relax and rest irrespective of whether you choose to explore west of PR or just stay in Rincon!

Everything about this property was fantastic! Exactly as advertised and perfect location. The host has done really thoughtful things throughout to make your stay so enjoyable such as beach chairs, cooler for use, snorkeling equipment, games and the best hammock perfect for napping! Highly recommend this property!

The house was awesome. We loved being right on the beach and being able to relax in the tide pools at low tide. The backyard was so lush and peaceful. Loved the book on the coffee table filled with all of the info needed to make the most of our time there. Great restaurants and the most beautiful beaches close by. Had a great dinner at Estela and The Beach House, which had amazing sunset views. Would love to return!

Great backyard, nice location (not too far from town but not too close), house was clean and well stocked with towels.

This is a great location. The ocean was quite rough for our young kids, but there is a great, calm bay just down the beach for swimming and even a little snorkeling. This rental is the lower level of an occupied second story. The occupants upstairs were very kind and helpful, but we also heard them and their dog upstairs most of the time that we were in the home.

This property was beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful host. It’s location is on such a special spot in Rincon. We would absolutely stay again!

Lovely beachfront home only a stones throw from the water in one of the nicest towns in Puerto Rico. Gorgeous Coral Reef to snorkel in right off of the beach and dining options a ten minute walk from the house. The hosts Allison and Leon are true "artisans" in the game and make sure everything you could need on your stay is available. They even made an awesome book detailing everything from best beaches to surf at to dining and entertainment available in the area. Stayed with my Wife and three daughters and everyone had a blast! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

What a wonderful time we had in Rincon. R House is perfectly situated... snorkeling, swimming, beaches, bars and surfing are all within a few short steps. After a long day in the sun, it was great to return to the house to lounge in the hammock or listen to the surf by candlelight on the terrace. This is a great place with fabulous property managers.

We loved our stay here. The sound of the surf was hypnotic. The location was central but also private. Easy to get everywhere in Rincon. The location within the marine park is so beautiful. Surf was high and rough so no swimming or snorkeling but at low tide we could walk the beach in both directions and we did every morning. House was clean, secure, well-stocked, and comfortable. We would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our time here. The beach has tidal pools during low tide that my kids loved. It was a nice quiet spot with everything close by

I stayed at R House with a friend for some R&R. It was what we were looking for… A relaxing place by the beach with proximity to restaurants and points of interest. The place also had all the amenities you’d need for a beach house. A couple of minus points…. Not the owner’s fault, but there were plenty of mosquitoes around. We could not enjoy the back terrace as we had wished (even with bug repellent). Secondly, there was some noise several times throughout the stay from moving furniture from the unit above. Not horrible, but I would have expected that to happen when no guests were downstairs.

My husband and I never made it due to the hurricane but friends make it and enjoyed the property. It is my understanding that they were well taken care of despite the disruption caused by Fiona. Everything I saw photo wise looked beautiful!

We spent two nights at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the beach that's nearby and hearing the ocean was so peaceful. I would recommend this property to anyone that just needed a restful place to stay to get away from it all.

When we visit Rincón, we stay here. Clean, quiet, easy access to unit and water! Owner is very responsive!

Our favorite spot in Rincon is R House. Near everything you want to experience in Rincon!! It’s our second time and there will be many more!! Highly recommend R House!!

We stayed with our two young kids (both under 3) and it was perfect for us! Not only right on the beach but there was a shallow “tide pool” that was perfect for kids to play in. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

This property is right on the beach, with direct access to an uncrowded area of the beach. Snorkeling here is fantastic. Will return again.

R House was really nice for a family of four and we loved the location near the beach. We snorkel a ton and with booties were able to enter and enjoy Tres Palmas Reserve right out back. We loved the smoothie shop up the street and always enjoy the amazing restaurants and public beach in Rincon. Listening to the ocean waves each night was wonderful. Our only issues were fairly minor - the only table for all of us to sit at was out back and accessible through a bedroom and the foliage definitely obstructs the wow views.

Nice little property with a great location! We enjoyed the beach right in front of the place and the pretty backyard. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and even a spice drawer! Nice, new beach chairs and beach towels provided. We would certainly stay here again.

Great little spot for a quick getaway, close to everything in Rincon, gorgeous spot right on the water. Only wish they trimmed the bushes back a little more so you could actually see the water/view while sitting on the back patio.

We really enjoyed our stay. Allison was very accommodating with providing us with an air mattress that we needed for our group. It was great to have beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials. We’d definitely stay here again if we ever come back again!

This spot was exactly what our family of five was hoping for. The home was perfect for us- the backyard was a dream! We used the kitchen every day and loved having a spot to hang out and play cards at night. It can be hard to travel with active teens and find something for everyone, but our kids loved snorkeling, walking Steps beach, sunsets on the swing, local surf lessons every morning, amazing dinners at local spots and walking around shops in town. We are already planning on our next trip and will for sure stay here!

A piece of paradise. You are cocooned in the most beautiful green space right on the beach. I do not think any description could be accurate. The back garden leads to steps that bring you right on to the beach. A private, picture perfect scene. In addition, the apartment is comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. You can tell someone really put time and care into setting it up. I particularly enjoyed the lovely prints on the bedrooms' walls which I assumed were probably by a local artist. The beds are excellent and the linen feels fresh. Fluffy white bath towels, beach towels. Even a Berkey water filter. Sometimes it is so difficult to feel completely at ease in a place that is used for renting, nor here. This place was outstanding. Stayed three nights and left wishing our stay was longer. We will return. PS. I read in some of the reviews that the TV had lines and wifi was spotty. Both issues have obviously been corrected.

The property was great, in particular the beautiful beach just off the backyard. It was perfect for our family, with snorkeling right off the coast, and a little sheltered ocean area in front of the reef where our daughter was delighted to splash and play in the sand our whole trip. Owners were responsive and quickly addressed issues that arose.

Excellent location. Very clean, easy access with door code. Great beach close by out back door. Plenty of hot water. Hard to find beach chairs , but housekeeper informed us. Would love to come back again soon.

Leon was such a great host. He welcomed us and gave us tips about the house, the beach and town. The house was impeccably clean and stocked with all the essentials. The beach supplies including umbrella, chairs, snorkel equipment and toys was invaluable for us as a family!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Pictures are true to location. House is Clean!! Loved having the beach as the backyard. The house rules contained excellent recommendations on what to do amd where to eat. Wish we would have booked a longer stay. We did the quick walk along the beach to Steps beach and did some snorkeling. Loved our stay. Highly recommend it!

I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay in Rincon. First, the location can't be beat ... walk out into the backyard and step down onto a pristine shaded area of beach. This beach is around the bend from Steps Beach -- a fantastic snorkeling spot. Everything else in town is a very short drive -- that is, if you want to leave. The two bedrooms (one with two beds) have AC, so you'll get a nice, cool night's sleep. There is good kitchen space to prepare morning breakfasts and a BBQ grill to enjoy a cookout that can be enjoyed on the back porch. WiFi is available, though the AT&T signal was strong in this area of the island. Lastly, the owner is just upstairs. He came down to introduce himself at the start of the stay to indicate he was there if needed. No worries, the units have separate entrances, so you'll have all your privacy. If our family lands in Rincon again, I have no doubt i'd pick this place again.

we had a little issue with our check in and was delayed a few hours from original time. the house was amazing and very comfortable. had great a/c and everything you need in the house behind the house was an amazing view with a gorgeous beach. would stay longer if visiting again.

Cute house. Beach is nice. The snorkeling is amazing. Not the best swimming for young kids. Somewhat private but people park on the road next to the house to use the beach. We would stay again.

Hosts are welcoming and helpful best experience in town.
