We loved our little getaway weekend at Brevard at this property very convient to go to the college. The house was very comfortable. Love coming to Brevard to cook for my son while he is at the college and this house made it so nice to be able to do that. Felt like home

My sister and I had a great weekend stay in this lovely yellow cottage on Maple Street. We grew up in Brevard and were returning to visit friends and family. The check in process was seamless, the cottage is well equipped, clean and within a short walk to downtown. It is perfect place for a visit to Brevard. Thank you for hosting us!

This house and location were perfect for our girls 3 night stay. Everything walking distance and really enjoyed some of the local restaurants only 2 blocks away. House is comfortable, but a bit dated as stated in other comments.

The property fit the bill for our week’s stay. Close to downtown, and the music center. Walking distance to main downtown area.

My family had a great stay at this property on our recent trip to Brevard. The house was perfect for the 5 of us, and we really enjoyed the screened porch and beautiful backyard. A short walk had us downtown with the wonderful shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again when we come back to Brevard.

A lovely house in a great neighborhood close to downtown. Easy walk to all of the restaurants, shops, bars, breweries and other activities in town. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time here. The house is awesome it is kept clean. and It is very coinvent to downtown. Also hiking and canoeing/ fishing opportunities are nearby. Will be staying there again.

You misrepresent price of stay when price nearly doubles from per night price online after all your fees

This is a comfortable old house in a great neighborhood, close to downtown Brevard. Booking and communication was very easy and appreciated. Though the bathrooms and kitchen need updating, the house was very clean and the furniture, including the bed we used, comfortable. Since we eat in a lot, some of the pots, pans and silverware need to be replaced. That was disappointing. We had breakfast on the screened -in back porch, which overlooks a large and attractive backyard(including a small, completely fenced in area for our dog). We recommend this property.

The home is in the perfect location because hiking is close by and walking to downtown Brevard is less than five minutes away. The home is cozy with a lovely screened porch and front porch.

The property is a bit dated and some small repairs and updating would go a long ways. But the house is convince to downtown, within a 10 minute walk . It was also clean, well equipped and the AC works great .. I needed it with temps hitting 85 degrees. The neighborhood is up and coming and level fir the most part . Great for walking the dog. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again .. recommended.

We loved this house! The host was very responsive. We were super close to downtown and walked to dinner each night. The neighbors are fantastic BTW! Short drive to the forests where we did lots of hiking. Three white squirrels live in the backyard. Would definitely return.

Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs or uptown for shopping. The small back porch is charming, and the fenced area allowed the dogs a bit of off-leash time outdoors. The front 2 bedrooms are very comfortable. If using the back bedroom, you might bring a mattress topper...very firm. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner, and the kitchen had everything I needed except for a hand mixer. No problem! We enjoyed baked sweet potatoes! Tv was great, as was water pressure for shpwers. Very clean and comfortable for our 9-night stay. We would happily stay again.
