Great location… close to park, biking, river, town of Vail, bus, services, everything! The home was fully stocked, had many beds, beautiful new bathrooms, full kitchen, games, Netflix, etc. The owners were both responsive when items needed attention.

We had a great week in the mountains. The house was perfect for 2 families and we were able to sleep 9 people very comfortably. We took full advantage of the hot tub, shuffleboard and full slate of games offered at the house. Location to Vail/Lionshead/Cascade village was ideal and either a short drive to each or a quick shuttle ride. We loved the house and can't wait to come back to the mountains.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! We booked the home for our family and friends to stay for our daughter's wedding in Vail. The home was exactly as described, very well-maintained and had everything we could possibly need--and then some. We had 12 people so we also booked the apartment on the lower level...it's not mentioned in the post, but I was so happy when I found out they had the extra space so we didn't have to rent two places for our group. The lower level is not connected through the house so you have to go outside and up the stairs...not a big deal, but just something to note. Great communication with the owners throughout the entire booking process. We reached out to the owners when we first arrived because we had a question and they called within 5 minutes. They were so friendly and helpful. The location of the home is perfect. Close to everything including the bus route which was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and steam shower however there was so much snow we didn't get to use the patio/fire pit. Everything in the home worked perfectly and we didn't have a single problem during our stay. My daughter got ready for the wedding there and we have wonderful pictures in the master suite with the large window and snow in the background. It was perfect in every way!

Hollie was a fantastic host. The house was exactly as described. Tons of room for a group of friends visiting Vail for a ski weekend. The house is 40 yards away from the bus stop that comes appx. every 30 mins (at least during the winter) to shuttle to lionshead and vail village base.
You can tell the house is well maintained and the owners put alot of work into keeping it that way. Kitchen is huge and great for cooking for a large party of family or friends. We had a private chef come one night and he was able to whip up a great meal here.
Overall would say this house is nothing short of perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a marvelous time at this beautiful rental house. The location is fantastic and the set up is so accommodating with a first floor bedroom. The house is very well stocked with all essentials and the house manager is so kind and helpful (we could not locate the pak and play but he found it). The house was one of our favorite rentals and if we are in Vail again, we will rent it again!!!

Perfect for a family vacation. This home was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. Just as described it was centrally located and easy to get to Vail. My nieces enjoyed playing at the cute park down the street and I appreciated that It was close to grocery stores and the kitchen had everything you can think of to make a family meal. We had a great stay for our daughters wedding in Vail. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. The house had enough room for all our adult kids and their extras. Great location right by the shuttle stop. Loved it!

A perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving! The house was great, kids LOVED the bunk rooms, kitchen was great for a big feast. We had a minor range/oven issue, but the owners were extremely responsive, and all worked out ok. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable, but everything else was great—we’d definitely stay here again (we would just fight over the smaller guest room) ;) Beautiful house, Sinclair Family!

This was the perfect house for entertaining the family while celebrating my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The big open kitchen which connected to the living room was the perfect setup for relaxing, cooking, eating and playing games.
The bedrooms were laid out ideally for us, and we all felt like we had enough space and privacy for personal down time. The patio with the fire table was a nice touch to an already beautiful house and the hot tub on the upper deck was super fun.
The location was superb as it gave us some separation from the heavy tourist areas but still had quick access to the bike path which led directly into the village.
The stream is right there by the house and on our first night we caught some trout and grilled it up for dinner.
Everything was spot on and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend booking this place. Can’t wait to plan a return trip.

Lovely home with easy access to I70 and groceries. Owners were very responsive. We had nine people and the layout worked great! Really enjoyed the back patio and fire pit. Young adult kids loved the shuffleboard and other games. Great place to stay!

This was my first time renting on VRBO, couldn’t have had a better first experience. Hollie and Brian were the quintessential hosts, super responsive and helpful. Their place more than met our needs. We were 3 dads trying to sneak in a dad- son trip just before the season ended. Needed a place that could accommodate the energies of 2 seven yr olds and 1 five yr old, and still allow for the dads to relax, jump on a few work calls and hang out. The place is well designed and furnished, great location - close to the grocery store and just a few minutes drive to Vail/Lionshead village. . Will be staying here again and very highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! This house was nice to sit around the fire and talk every morning and evening. We loved the uniqueness of the fire pit and are looking into getting one ourselves. The only issue we had was one of the shelves fell down when we were cooking breakfast. It was not properly installed and only 2 pegs we holding it up, so all the dishes came crashing down into our food we were preparing. the pegs broke because of the weight of the dishes. We didnt even touch it. It just came crashing down. As a result of this, the glass electric kettle broke all over. We replaced it with a stainless steel kettle so it wont happen again.. Plus we went to the hardware store and repaired the shelf correctly. email me personally if you want pics. Other than that it was a. very relaxing time. You have a beautiful home!

We loved the property. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed. The property owners were very nice. Hollie was very good about sending us all the information we needed. House was clean and had towels, extra cleaning supplies. We had two families with kids and we all enjoyed it. Plenty of games and a cute outdoor patio to enjoy in the summer. Highly recommend.

We shared this house with another family and added the apartment after booking for another friend who decided to join. The kids loved all of the games at the house, fire pit, hot tub, and proximity to the river. The adults enjoyed having shuffleboard tournaments in the evenings and patio dinners. The master is amazing - large room with generous en suite bath and steam shower. The 2nd bedroom is very small with a queen bed and shares the main floor bathroom, just something to keep in mind if traveling with another family. The 3rd & 4th bedrooms were perfect for the kids and they shared a nicely renovated hall bathroom. The finish out of the house, beds, linens etc were very nice and comfortable. House was very clean. There are 2 large fans of the temps get high (no A/C, which is pretty standard for CO), and 2 humidifiers. Location right off I-70 was convenient, and we biked to Lionshead & Vail daily on the bike trail which you can pick up at the end of the street. Owners were super nice and responded quickly to any questions. Beautiful property!

This beautiful home made our family trip to Vail easy and special. The hosts were very flexible with our schedule and very helpful before and during our stay. We would love to visit again in the winter!
