We enjoyed being walking distance from the shops and restaurants. The screened in porch was so nice to enjoy as it was raining outside. The bed is comfortable. Shower is tiny. We would come back again.

Perfect location especially if you want to visit towns north of Charlevoix during the busy boating season with the bridge going up all the time. Also, great location to walk the town of Charlevoix, walk to restaurants & take a walk along the channel to get to the beach or watch sunsets from the lighthouse.

We had a great stay in unit 105. The unit was clean and comfortable. Ideal location, everything was within walking distance. Plenty of places to walk the dog, and was definitely a dog friendly city.

A nice property. The indoor patio and big jacuzzi tub are unique features. Management was helpful and communicated well. There was a sound like running water we think coming from another unit that was constant ( only heard in the bedroom) and could use a better blackout curtain in the bedroom. We didn't bring these concerns up as they were minimal, I believe the property managers would gladly look into these items and see what they could do.

The property was good to stay at. It had access to everything. The condo/room was nice. The mattress cover on pull out couch was dirty and stained. Also the couch had not been moved and cleaned under. The bathroom floor was also dirty. Would i stay here again? Id give them another chance.

Overall, we had a great trip. We loved the location & condo was cute & dog friendly. All of the staff was very helpful & welcoming. It was great having the screened in porch; however, it really needed a good cleaning. We had a king size bed which we appreciated; however, the sheets did not fit well and the fitted sheet came off on both sides nightly. Mostly, the bathroom was very clean but I don't think the floor had been cleaned well in a long time.

It would also be nice if there was another mirror - perhaps a full length one that someone could use to put in their contact lenses.A few more items at breakfast would be nice - perhaps some hot water and some more fruit. Very pleasant stay
Everything was wonderful. The only hiccup over our 4-night stay was on Saturday morning when another guest obviously had a small dog. While trying to get an hour or two of extra sleep, the dog barked continuously for about 45 minutes. Other than that, our stay was fantastic.
