We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. A few minor technology bumps on the first day, but the owners were quick to respond and the issue was quickly resolved. Location is close to downtown and the beach. We would love to stay here again next fall break.

Prime Rosemary beach location, unit is well equipped and very clean. Ricky is super attentive and very quick to respond with any correspondence. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be definitively be repeat customers!!!

Our only surprise was the lack of laundry pods.Be sure to pack them unless you want to buy more than you need. Outside of that, Tabby #5 gets an A+ for the location, quality of accommodations, and amenities. Thank you!!

Great location right in the heart of everything. A car and bike rental fit in the parking space. Renting bikes makes it easy to get around and to the beach. Condo was neat and tidy and had a huge wrap around porch. Everything about the unit was explained very well in the email prior to arriving. The only kind of complicated thing is the front door handle doesn’t move from the outside. You just have to turn the key and push the door open.

The property was nice, however, if you are in master bedroom you won’t be able to sleep past sunrise…extremely bright! Bunk beds were a little dirty. A used q-tip was in the space between the mattress and frame as well as hair and dirt. Grossed my kids out. Location was great; just bring sleep mask and a sound machine as you are in the town square.

We had the best time staying here in RMB. The balcony was perfect to sit outside and read and the indoors was updated, and very clean. The kids bunk room was very dark so they slept well and the location was central to everything. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!!

Rosemary Beach is amazing and this property is a gem. Everything needed is within walking distance. We loved the large patio for evening meals. Or we could walk right down to the many nearby restaurants. This unit is GREAT!!

The place is great ,clean modern, close to everything,coffeehouse ,shopping,restaurants, beach , overall perfect spot .

We spent an incredible week in Rosemary Beach staying at Tabby 5. It was equipped with everything we needed and the location was perfect. The host was responsive when we had questions. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! There is plenty of space and the deck is great! The internet was really slow and there’s no detergent to do laundry (we didn’t know this until our last night when we wanted to do laundry and it was late enough we didn’t feel like running to the store). I’ve not stayed at a place that provided a washer and dryer but no detergent so found this strange. The location is perfect for getting around and we really appreciated having a designated parking spot. Would 100% stay here again!

My family had a great time staying at this condo. It was just right for what we needed. The location and the balcony are high points for me. Communication as well as the check in process were well organized. We will be back!

Really nice condo in Rosemary. Perfect location with reserved parking, Coffee and restaurants right downstairs. Huge terrace for coffee in the morning sun. Bedrooms are smaller but adequate. Owner’s rep very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing condo, very clean, and awesome location!

Myself, my husband, and our 5yr and almost 3yr old just returned from a wonderful vacation. The condo was absolutely perfect for our first visit! It was extremely clean, in a great central location with easy access to the shops, pools, and beach! The bunk room was perfect for the girls - they loved having their own fun kids space, but an adult or teenager could easily fit in the beds. I will say that the master bed was a little uncomfortable, which probably wouldn’t have bothered me much if I wasn’t 7.5months pregnant…but it could definitely use a mattress topper or something! The walls were also a little thin. Specifically the master would get noise from the square, but things calm down pretty early in Rosemary so it didn’t bother us. The hallway noise is also surprisingly *briefly* loud, however there are only two other condos on the floor so we very rarely heard anyone…but when we did it echoed! It didn’t bother us at all but We did have one grumpy hungover guy in the condo next door yell at us at 9am, because of the literal 15 seconds of noise my kids made from the condo to the elevator — annoying. Ricky was so fast at answering any questions I had. The town of Rosemary is amazing - the private beach and pools are literal perfection. Condo was pristine and the price was great. Don’t hesitate and just book this place, you will not be disappointed!

I cannot express enough how much we LOVED “our” little rosemary beach condo! It was absolutely perfect for my husband, me, and our 2 year old. The pictures are perfectly accurate and it felt sooo clean inside! The location could not have been better. We never had to drive anywhere. Can’t wait to book our next trip there again!! We already miss it !!

My wife and I stayed at this property with my 21 month old and 4 year old. This property let us keep our kids busy with the many amenities that Rosemary Beach has to offer. There are multiple playgrounds, heated pools, many options for dinning/takeout, shopping galore, and easy access to the beach. The property itself was very clean and functional. Having a parking spot right outside the unit was ideal as well, as Rosemary Beach can get quite popular and busy. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again.

The condo is an awesome location to walk to the beach, restaurants and all the shopping in Rosemary Beach. We really enjoyed the walkability of the location. The space was perfect for us and our 2 kids. The bunk room is great. The top bunk is a little tough to get in and out of so is better for a little older kids I think. We have an 8 and 6 year old which was fine but I could see it being tough for anyone younger. The kitchen was well equipped and it has a great big balcony overlooking Barrett square which was nice in the mornings having coffee. It was clean and a good size. Would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone going to Rosemary Beach.

My wife and I wanted a weekend away with the kids. We booked last minute and it was fantastic. We were steps away from all the amenities you could hope/wish for and it worked out perfect. Would love to book again.

Great week at Rosemary Beach thanks to this condo. Clean, enough space, well decorated and up to date. It was very comfortable both inside and outside on the large balcony. Quick walk to great shops and places to eat. Close proximity to the beach. A very enjoyable week thanks to all the amenities both inside and outside the condo.

We loved the convenience and aesthetic of this rental. It is very close to the beach...about a 5-7 minute walk to beach walk G and H. The property was very clean and well stocked. Also, this host doesn't require you to turn into the maid/cleaning staff when you depart. That is a nice perk. The check-out requests were very reasonable. This location is on the third floor but there is an elevator so that is not a problem. The balcony is absolutely fabulous (and HUGE). We spent a lot of our time just hanging out on the balcony. You couldn't ask for a better location on North Barrett Square. We only used the care once our entire trip. Also, the hosts are very quick to respond. The VRBO app was down about 24 hours prior to check in and I couldn't access certain information. The owner reached out to me quickly and provided the necessary details within one hour. We will definitely be back to this rental.

This property was perfect for our stay in Rosemary. It's close to everything - we didn't get in the car once, super clean, great views from the wrap around terrace, and generously stocked with cooking supplies and extra linens. We hope to stay again soon!
