Host is very nice. He welcomed us warmly and reserved parking place for us. The distance from old city is near(15 minutes by walk). We walked everyday to old city. View was really good. Real view is better than picture.

Be advised parking in Dubrovnik is almost non existentant and very very expensive. Host helped us find parking on the street but know it is very tight and once parked you won't want to move it until you leave. I recommend you don't have a rental car here.

Beautiful views from the balcony. Roomy apartment with aircon and all of the facilities that you need (apart from a microwave). A steady twenty minute walk gets you into the old town. A very convenient, although small, grocery store is just across the road. Damir, the host, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. He even turned up at a restaurant in town to get us a discount,. Overall a very positive experience.

A couple of niggly things. The sink plug in the kitchen leaked and the washing machine sounded like it was going to explode. The apartment could do with a little updating. The floor has some gaps which need to be sorted. I would say that the apartment was slightly overpriced.

The view is fantastic. Excellent location for a walk down into town and ideally located for an uber home. Damir was an excellent host, welcoming us to the apartment and helping us lots on our final day.

Great apartment, bigger then i was expecting. You can sit on a balcony whole day. Host is great, view is great and you can also find free parking if you have some luck.

Damir is the best host ever. So kind and welcoming. For our first stay in Croatia, this place was AMAZING. Damir is such a great guest and I could not have asked for a better experience. The place was beautiful, my siblings and I were dreading leaving. Views from the balcony were unreal. 10/10! Best experience ever.

Our kids loved it. 15 min walking distance to Dubrovnik and St Jacob beach. Out host Damir welcomed us in person and left a bottle of wine for us and kids got Domacica and fruit. He also recommended several good restaurants. The view of Dubrovnik from the apartment is amazing. Kitchen is well equipped and we had everything we needed for kids.

The view of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic Sea from the balcony are incredible. The apartment while on an inclined slope, is very walkable to the city and the beach. The owner and his family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They shared all sorts of tips about what to do and see, making the experience even more special.

the location was picture perfect. With the old town & see view , you don’t feel like loosing single minute of your trip. The host (Damir) is super amazing. He went extra mile to help us in every possible way from suggesting good itinerary, arranging our son’s birthday cake to dropping us to bus station. I cannot thank him enough for all what he did for us.

Brilliant view from the living room and the balcony. The host (and his mum!) was so friendly, kind, and always supportive. We truly enjoyed the stay and highly recommend this accommodation. We no doubt stay here next time we visit this beautiful historical town!

The view from balcony is definitely amazing. You can find everything you need during the stay. My children are thrilled when they saw PlayStation in the room. The host also provide pick up and drop off service to the airport.

Everything… It was exactly what we wanted. The Host was so nice had fresh fruit and wine waiting for us when we arrived. Parking is a nightmare BUT the host has a parking spot saved for us. Everything is in walking distance. Best Beach was St.James only 10 minute walk it was magical. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and exactly as advertised. You get the best view of the Castle and the Adriatic Sea.

The stunning view from this balcony is obviously this apartment's selling point, however, what really made our stay so excellent were the other touches such as wine, chocolates, bread etc. The apartment has everything you could want and Damir is a brilliant host who is always contactable if needed.

Lovely, homely apartment with incredible views and a wonderful helpful host. Lots of extra provisions including fresh fruit were very welcoming. Easy walk into the old town and also walking distance to Plaza Beach which is beautiful. Loved our stay.

It’s true (see reviews) it does take a bit longer to walk back up the hill but a cab rank at the town gates, a good option. That view is well worth the walk back.

Damir is an amazing host. I contacted him before reaching Dubrovnik, and he was very helpful with accommodating our needs and suggesting things to do in and around Dubrovnik. He also offered to pick up and drop us at the airport for a nominal fee. He also brought some wine and dessert to welcome us, which was a special touch! The apartment itself is really nice, perfect for a couple. The view from the balcony is one of the best views you can get in the city. The location is very convenient too - you can take an Uber to the old town in under 10 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment, and extra points to Damir for going out of his way to make us feel at home.
