I was very happy with this studio apartment. It was very conveniently located for me, close to our daughter. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The real difference though was the ease it was to communicate with owner. Response to time was less than 30 minutes every time. I will definitely stay here when I come back

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was easy to find, the owner was easy to communicate with, and the room was just how it was described. The bed was comfortable and the room felt private. It was just enough space for two people and the AC kept it nice and cool. The location was also wonderful since we were attending an event in North Las Vegas and didn't want to have to deal with driving downtown every night. We would definitely stay here again, nothing negative to say at all!

I felt so relaxed in a beautiful community. I slept well every night on a comfortable bed with peace and quiet. I already miss that! Visiting family and got much needed R & R.

This was an amazing stay for me and my boyfriend...it wasn't too far away from activities.. very nice and clean..perfect for 2 people..there were toiletries if you needed them.. we loved the hot shower.. would definitely stay again!..

This is an amazing incredible property and for the price we just could not beat it.

We came to the Summerlin area for a wedding and were fortunate enough to stay at this adorable casita. Very safe, quiet, and secure within a gated residential community. Ample parking space provided. The casita is well appointed, with many nice amenities. We had all that we needed for our weekend stay. Everything was well maintained and in good order. Our host made a point of being available to us and was very responsive to our messages. It’s an easy 20-25 min drive to/from the LV airport. An easy trip to the strip as well. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Very pleased with our stay, we hope to stay again someday.

My stay was very pleasant. The location was perfect, in a quiet gated community, easily accessible to highways. The room contained all the usual amenities plus additional appliances for easy meal preparation. There was sufficient drawer space and even a rack for hanging clothes. I lacked for nothing. The host was easy to contact.

This property fit my needs perfectly. As an older woman, traveling by myself, I always search for accommodations where I feel safe. I not only felt safe at this property, it was clean, and quiet. Being in a gated community added to my comfort level. The owners were close, but rarely saw anyone. I needed some help with the TV and got that help immediately. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Private. I'm sure the owner would have been available if we would have needed him. We did not. Everything was wonderful. Would stay again!!

Advertised as non smoking, yet smelled strongly of smoke.
The property appeared lovely, however upon entering, it smells strongly of smoke. It seemed to have been the curtains which must have been in a smoking home at one time. I was unable to stay, as I have asthma and cannot tolerate smoke.

Cozy and cute
Everything we needed was there. Liked being in a gated community. Only one problem. The smoke alarm went off at 6:30am for about a minute and a half on the day we were leaving. We were unable to get back to sleep. Other then that it was a pleasant stay.
