Elegant and tastefully decorated house in an unbeatable location.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was just perfect, the location easy walking distance to shops, restaurants...So comfortable - the beds, the porch, the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. The Host was easily accessible and super helpful. Our flight was delayed and arriving very late. She went to house to leave an outside light on for us. So appreciated! We look forward to returning!

The Halcyon home is gorgeous…and the views from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies are breathtaking. Anna Marie Island is such a quaint beach town that we visit each year. Staying at Kelly’s home made this year’s trip so memorable. She pays attention to detail in her decor, the beds are comfy, and she provides bikes, beach umbrellas, and lots of other amenities! Kelly is gracious and friendly and communicates quickly. We loved our stay! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

The home is absolutely beautiful. The furnishings are perfect and comfortable. The view is amazing. Kelly is a fantastic host-very attentive to our needs and always responded immediately. This home is a rare gem. Loved it!

This place is even better than the pics can tell! When I walked in and got the first glimpses of the ocean through the glass doors and windows, I got tears in my eyes. It is so overwhelmingly stunningly beautiful 😍 It's like you never leave the ocean cause even when you are in the house, you can always see the ocean 💙🌴 The house is clean and well stocked. The days at the house and ocean are relaxing, quite, peaceful and restful. We greatly enjoyed our stay!!

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and is now our favorite place. The house was gorgeous! Kelly, the host, is exceptional. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and supplied so many essentials to make our stay so much easier. She even had an air fryer! We enjoyed the beach items too. The water was beautiful! Best trip ever!

This home is everything you see in the photos - adorable, quaint, comfortable. The view is stunning... I wish we could have stayed longer. So relaxing! And AMI is a treat. It is a hike to the beach, so just be prepared for that. The host is amazing, exceptionally helpful and responsive.

Communication was great, respond time was quick and we were able to decide last minute on our trip THANKS! The house is very well equipped, plenty of sand toys for our little ones & chairs etc. The view was spectacular, we saw rabbits almost every morning and a turtle. The house is beautiful, extremely cozy and the décor is so beachy refreshing. (Pretty neat door knobs, lol) Perfect path to the beach. The beach is clean and sandy perfect! We definitely will be booking next year perfect way to disconnect!

Honestly can’t recommend staying at this beautiful property enough! The views are stunning, beach is gorgeous, the house is impeccable and Kelly is an absolute pleasure. We stayed for 5 nights and definitely wished we had booked it for 7. We’ll be back!

What an incredible home! The home has the BEST location for getting the most out of your beach stay! The house is beautifully decorated, bright and super comfy. We did a girls trip and enjoyed everything the home has to offer. The owner was delightful and helpful! The cleaning crew forgot to leave trash bags and the owner dropped thwm off the next morning after apologizing profusely. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

I couldn't recommend this property more highly. The host is so helpful and I can't wait to come back again.

Our family had wonderful and magical stay this year at the Halcyon House for our return to Anna Maria over spring break. It was the perfect property for us, and it was our best visit to Anna Maria Island yet. Kelly, the owner, is fantastic and clearly a very thoughtful and detail oriented owner who understands this special property and wants her guests to enjoy its magic. We were in great communication and she was able to provide some useful recommendations for us for the island. The house is in excellent condition, the location is spectacular, and every space in the house is useful and livable. For example, we spent a lot of time on both outdoor decks, and relaxing on the the upstairs deck was especially serene to help disconnect and relax. The walk to the beach is about three minutes which made it easy to come in and out as needed, for example spending the hotter parts of the day indoors in the late afternoon, to then easily return for sunset. The house is special -- it's intentionally not cold and ultra- modern, but instead is like a warm hug, well suited to let your guard down and enjoy an island vacation. It's in excellent condition and deeply captures a beach-house feel which is really what you're looking for. We found the configuration worked really well for us, with the whole family upstairs in the three bedrooms. I also felt really safe with our two-year old, especially since the railings on the decks were sturdy and well designed. Kelly, thank you for an excellent stay and we can't wait to return. This was my sixth February as a guest at Halcyon House, and I can't imagine a more comfortable or better located place to spend four magical weeks. Kelly is exceptionally responsive and clearly committed to taking great care of her guests. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are as spectacular as described. Anna Maria has become an increasingly popular destination for good reason, which has meant an increase in traffic and busier restaurants. These can be managed with some forethought, and sticking closer to home when home is Halcyon House is no hardship.

The property is the epitome of comfort and escape. The ocean front view will be everything you are hoping for.

The beach wasn’t crowded and we took walks daily. The horizon was wide and distant, the sky ever changing. The wind changed greatly. Many birds and shells. Well organized and equipped home, tasteful interior. Elegant, simple.

Everything was fabulous! Great location, and beautiful beach house! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

I wouldn’t change a thing it was a great house for an early Christmas with family.

One of our greatest joys is our family. We carve out a few days to be together, laugh and share memories every year. The Halcyon House was an exquisite place for us to enjoy the beauty of Anna Marie. The house was a reflection of the setting, beautifully designed and every detail has been well thought out for our enjoyment. From the gourmet kitchen to the new bikes - the house was perfect. Beautiful property in a great location! Everything you need is in the house. Owner wonderful and very accessible. Very cute decor. Bed mattresses need to be updated in all rooms which resulted in back pain for several guests. House also smells musty which flared allergies.

We couldn't wish for a better vacation. This place is wonderful and it feels like you are living a beach fairy tale while you are there!!! Fishing, swimming, quality time with the family and unforgetable sunsets! We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful with just amazing views. I loved sitting on the deck when it was nice out and when it rained. It was an easy walk down a sandy path from the house to a fabulous sandy beach. The water was incredibly clear and warm. We had a manatee swim by and could see dophins swimming further out. The host was wonderful, letting us check in a little early after a long day traveling and reaching out to check in on us and making sure things were going well. We would absolutley go back again.

My husband and I wanted to rent a property close to the beach for our young family, and this did NOT disappoint! Not only was it just as it appeared online, it was beautifully decorated and perfectly stocked with anything we could need. With three kids ranging from 6 months to 5 years old, it was important to us to have spaces for them that were quiet and private in the house for naps after longs days at the beach. The amenities listed were accurate (especially all the baby gear!) which made what we needed to bring much less. Thank you Kelly for allowing our family enjoy your home. This will definitely be a place we would like to return to!

We spent a week at Halcyon House with our 3 daughters. Overall the house is great - it is beautiful, beach front and close to lots of great dining options. We were a little surprised at how far back it was from the beach, but they did provide a wagon to get beach chairs/toys down to the sand which was a great perk. For reasons out of the homeowners control, my daughters were unable to sleep in the upstairs bedroom. The downstairs bunk area where they slept does not have A/C - just a standing unit in the bunk space. Because of this, it does get hot down there (especially in the bathroom). Overall, it was a really, really great trip and I hope it will work out for us to return to the Halcyon House again. Kelly the owner was very helpful and gave lots of advice and suggestions for things.
