Thank you so much for making your beautiful waterfront home available through VRBO. I can’t imagine a nicer place to stay on the island for a large group. Everything was immaculate and the view was incredible from every room. Awesome artwork! We enjoyed our visit to San Juan Island and much of it was being able to stay at the Alba Vista.

Perfect set up for our friends with kids. We love how close to town we are, but not right IN town. The only thing we aren’t a huge fan of is the downstairs smells like a cat box. If you live with cats, maybe it wouldn’t bother you. But overall we still love this house and hope to visit each year with our friends.

We spent the Christmas holiday as a family, including grandparents, parents and children and the spaces were perfect for a large group.

Home was clean. Beds comfortable. Only concerns were the lack of a window covering in the water closet and musty odors in the guest house and basement.

Great stay with a nice sitting patio. It’s a steep stairway to a rocky beach, grandparents unable to go down, but beautiful view! I would stay again!

I wish I had another week here just to stay at the property. Great communication and very clear directions on how to access the property, great location to Friday Harbor, and stunning views of the Salish Sea. I would stay at this place again in a heartbeat. We had to use casting useing a third device. The house was very clean. The beds were great! The views are wonderful, but partially obscured by high bushes. The beach was nice, but it is a steep trail and stairs. The second to last step to the beach was not attached and resulted in a hard fall for our first person going to the beach. Luckily it was a 20 something and not one of the 60 somethings. Management responded right away to our call about our tv and step issues, but the tv soution was that they needed to remove "cable available" from the property discription", He was going to come right back with his tools to fix the step, but the step was still free floating when we left four days later.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and proximity to Friday Harbor are excellent. While the unit was very clean, the property is not well maintained. Furnishings were mix-and-match, worn-out, and felt less than clean. Mattresses are worn-out. Two bathrooms and the downstairs bedroom have windows with no covering. While this is a remote area, it's uncomfortable feeling that others might see in. Landscaping is not maintained either. Removing a couple of key branches would significantly improve the views. We enjoyed our stay but did think much of the property.
