Our stay was amazing at this well appointed rental. The owners communicated easily and the stay was absolutely PERFECT! The unit is in immaculate condition and very well cared for. We will definitely be using this amazing place for our stays in Winter Park!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our end-of-season run at Winter Park. The condo had everything we wanted and more! A lovely balcony, dreamy soft beds, fully fully fully stocked kitchen, cozy dining table, ski shuttle that picked us up at the front door of the condo...Seriously! We were so happy from start to finish. Can't recommend this place enough--we will be back.

We’ve been staying in condos in this price range for the last 10 years and this condo is hands down the best condo we’ve staying in. The host offered snacks and late night arrival food! The kitchen was extremely well stocked! Everything was in very good, working condition. The beds, bedding and towels were top quality! Thank you to the hosts!!

This was a great spot in WP, the condo was more spacious than we expected, very comfortable for two couples. It was well stocked with food, pans, cleaning supplies, etc. that helped make it feel homey. In good weather one could walk into town. It was a little far from the hot tub, but easy to drive if you’re feeling lazy.

This condo was very well equipped! Definitely had everything you might need, and it was much appreciate. It’s also in a quiet location but close to the ski resort and downtown and its restaurants and shops. Thank you!

I can't say enough positive things about this place. Amenities were top notch and really made this place stand out amongst all the rest. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for an awesome and memorable experience!

My kids and I enjoyed this rental very much. The owners get an A++ for great communication. The unit was as described and the town had a great bus that picked us up right outside our unit and dropped us off by the slopes. Very convenient and a great stay!

Karl and Maggie went above and beyond as hosts! My family loved our stay! Everything was so clean. The kitchen had anything and everything you could think of. They even provided snacks, spaghetti ingredients, and oatmeal, which saved us a trip to the grocery store. Beds were comfortable and the in unit washer/dryer was helpful, especially when you have little kids! This was our second time staying here, and we hope to come back in the future!

The Schroll's hospitality and condo are FIRST class! Everything functions, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked! My brother and I had plenty of room, and I look forward to bringing my family foursome to Winter Park soon!

This property was simply perfect! The condo was super cozy and the the perfect size for my family. The kids loved having their own room and beds and the shared spaces were warm, comfortable and felt like home. The owners supply the condo with tons of extras, from coffee beans, ready for fresh coffee, to comfortable linens, to games to enjoy with the family after a long day of hitting the slopes. We even found a couple of sleds tucked away in the back patio to enjoy! We more than enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back again and again! Thank you Karl and Maggie!

Great location and value. All was as advertised and went well. Not a ton of natural light in the space if that’s a need for you. Turning from the access road onto the highway can be very tricky with a semi-blind curve to your left, so be forewarned.

Trails to the forest right from the parking lot allow for immediate immersion into the forest. The unit was perfect for two couples. So many extras provided. Only suggestion would be to add some chairs on the balcony that looks into the forest. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good location
We appreciated the convenience of the location. Close to all winter park and Fraser restaurants, activities, and trails. The condo was relaxing and had all amenities listed. We had a great stay!

Amazing Experience
This is our 6th time staying in this Condo - our home away from home. It is always clean and ready for our weeks stay. Year after year we find new adventures in and around Winter Park - we alway visit in July or August.

Updated condo. Comfortable. Lots of extras in TV choices, snacks and comfort items. Owners very pleasant and responsive.
Only thing I would suggest is to have housekeeper clean burned on stovetop food and oven. Bleach smell in master bedroom a bit much but got better with opening window a while.

We enjoyed staying in the extremely well appointed and very clean condo for 5 days during the peak Aspen season. We stay in VRBO's often and this one was extremely well equipped and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The owner went out of his way to assist us in securing an Internet connection when Comcast went down. Highly recommend this place.

Beds are good and that is one reason we come back. Staple supplies help when you are cooking. Great view on front porch for reading and watching the trains go by.

The dryer did NOT dry. The condo was crowded for a family of 4 adults. Had to contact owner on our travel to ask for assess because not received as advertised prior to travels. Charged for towels used during hiking. Would have cleaned them however with the dryer not working it made it difficult to do this before we left when bleach would have resolved the issue. We stay in Winter Park almost yearly for the past 25 years and like to try out different properties. We really have never had an issue until now. Would not stay at this property again.
