Amazing hosts, great property, plenty of space.

We loved the property. The location was a piece of heaven. My family fished from the private pier, canoed, played corn hole, card games, board games, grilled and cooked. It was a great fit for our family. A memorable vacation.

Property has minor maintenance issues, but Lake and toys - size of house make up for any shortcomings.

We just finished our family vacation and had a wonderful time. There were 16 of us ranging from 5-68. Our kids and grandchildren loved the paddle boards, kayaks and canoe. The house was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! The owners were easy to contact and very helpful with information and making golf tee times. We highly recommend this house

We had an amazing week at Nir'Anna. A great house well appointed with all the necessities. The house layout allowed for several different locations for a large group to gather yet all couples could still have their own private space. We only used the outdoor fireplace once but it was fabulous! Not sure what was going on with the jacuzzi (outdoor) but the mildew odor did not allow for us to use it but once. We enjoyed every aspect of the lakefront though and had so much quality time gathered on the dock.

Lovely home , beautiful landscaping, large deck and patio for outdoor enjoyment. Gas fire pit wasn't in working order but the built-in fireplace was nice and worked well for s'mores. Lots of outdoor seating which was nice. No Keurig coffee machine as mentioned but there is a built in espresso machine and drip coffee maker. Our family had a great time, playing games in the yard, gathering for meals on the deck, canoeing and kayaking, and the kids loved jumping in the water off of the top deck of the boathouse. All of the beds were comfortable except for one and the host said they would be replacing that one.

We had our daughters wedding at this lovely home and it was beautiful! When we checked in, there were a few issues with the decking and patio due to some recent storms and the owner was super responsive and kind. She acted quickly and had someone out the very next day that remedied all issues. Her communication was wonderful and it put me much more at ease given our daughters wedding was the very next day. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent property with well stocked kitchen. Stayed three nights in December with my mother, brother and sister, and our seven children [ages 14 to 24]. The power went out one evening for about 40 minutes, but the generator kicked on immediately and kept the main floor powered. We had space for puzzles and board games. Some learned how to play pool and others soaked in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this beautiful house.

This is the second of Chris’s properties we’ve stayed at. Fantastic! House is great! Did a lot of fishing from the dock which was in great shape. Kids loved the mini beach with canoe, standing paddle boards, and kayaks! Highly recommend. Very likely we’ll be staying at this property again.

We had 18 family members at this home. There was plenty to do with the paddle boards, kayaks, hot tub, pool table, and plenty of games for the children. The yard worked great for football and kickball. The adults enjoyed the outside fireplace. It was too cold for the jet skis.

House was great for our group and would recommend to others. Only real caveat would be if members plan to work from the house the wifi was constantly kicking people off and not loading things.

The house was beautiful along with the grounds. My family really enjoyed our visit.

Stayed at many rental homes over the years and almost all have been oversold with pictures that are obviously outdated. After arriving and inspecting the property that was not the case here. What you see is what you get, it was clean and well maintained with great little extras like putting small labels on cabinets in the kitchen, light switch's, etc. made it really easy to settle in. The kitchen was well appointed with good quality items and surprises like a emersion blender and high end blender. It had enough of everything (cups , plates , cookie sheets, cutting boards, flatware....) The ice maker was great bonus and worked well. Beds were very good, fire places (gas) work well. We kept expecting the "ah ha" moment when something didn't work or was shoddy, this never happened. 10 minutes by car to the boat launch 20 to Food Lion. I highly recommend this place, Chris (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. We were there for five nights and met two of the neighbors who were very nice. This is a wonderful house and location. Hoping to return next year once we agree on the dates.

Perfect property and location for big family vacation !

The house, property, location were all wonderful. The kids (ages 8-36) had a blast jumping off the dock and jet skiing. Everyone enjoyed swimming and floating around in the lake, and everyone from infant to 83 yo enjoyed the pontoon rides. It was a great family vacation. There were some maintenance issues with cleanliness of the property and basic wear on the house. When we were leaving a crew of people were getting ready to power wash and landscape and fix some of the broken things. It is unfortunate that these things were not done before our visit, but it did not stop us from having a great time. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The house setting was wonderful. The dock and dock house bot wonderful as well. We were disappointed with the internet going in and out. The owners were responsive but still had poor internet signal. Also, the clothes dryer stopped working. Again the owners responded but nothing was able to be done until after our stay - disappointing especially with 7 kids under 12.

Very pleased with the house, the boathouse, kayaks, beach, etc. We had grandkids from 4 to 20 and all of them had plenty to do. We rented a pontoon boat for two days from a marina and a jet ski from the owner for three days which added to the things to do. My only complaint was that the master bedroom had two french doors facing the deck where there was a lot of activity with only very sheer curtains, so the privacy of that bedroom was poor. Shades or heavy curtains are a must and should be installed.

Perfect for multiple families

The property is beautiful. We were very disappointed when we arrived. We had to vacuum the kitchen and dining room. The house needs some TLC and lots of paint. We contacted the property owner because the basement shower didn't work. He told meet pull out the handle. The water did not work in the shower. When I sent a reply he didn't answer. Sad to see the house is not what the pictures show.

Property had plenty of amenities, games, all of the kitchen items you need, ice machine, coffee makers and a blender, outdoor seating, and lake "toys" . Bring your own floats and outdoor games. We had an issue with the air conditioning and the owner had very fast responses and the AC repair happened the next day. I reached out to inform the owner of the dirt/ cobwebs (needs power washing) and overgrown landscaping and she said she would have that taken care of soon. The bathroom on the first level is nice but small to share between 2 bedrooms, no space to put bathroom items for storage. There is a kitchenette downstairs so that can limit the amount of stair climbing. There was even a second refrigerator/ freezer in garage and brand new laundry units. Overall, i would stay there again!! Stellar location and great customer service!
