My family and I had a wonderful vacation week in OCNJ. Wendy was so helpful in the booking process and with providing us updates on the potential for early check in. She was very easy to reach when we had questions about the grill and other items. The house was very well equipped for all ages and in a fantastic location, with easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and town. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night playing cards and watching the people go by after we returned from the boardwalk. The streets were easy to bike/run on without too much traffic. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the layout of the house was great for organizing the best sleeping arrangements for the various ages of kids. We would definitely consider renting this property again next year.

Great location in Ocean City! Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and downtown. Great layout with large personal and communal spaces. Includes everything you may need to cook in the kitchen or even bring to the beach. Perfect house to share with multiple families, especially the extra game room downstairs. Since many restaurants were only open for outdoor dining, we spent most of our time just eating on the front porch enjoying each others company. Wendy was always easy to reach out to with any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Just as listed and more. Great location, only 2 and a half blocks from beach and boardwalk. Property manager had great communication with me. Definitely will be back.

Our friend group had an amazing time during our stay. The property was as listed and had enough room for all 15 of us. The location was excellent for going to the beach or the boardwalk.

Our family had such a wonderful time and house was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. Wendy was extremely responsive to our questions. This place is centrally located so it was nice coming and going throughout the day, especially being a few blocks away from the boardwalk. Anyone would love this place!

I’m 52 years young and our family has stayed at numerous properties over the years and this one was perfect. Evidence was our Grandchildren crying on the way home in the car, wanting to go back to the “Beach House”. Was close enough to the beach and boardwalk to be there in 5-minutes, but far enough away to have quiet conversations with the family on the large porch. Wendy was great to work with and responded promptly to any request. Can’t say enough!! Thanks

House is furnished very nicely. Mostly new furnishings as well as beach chairs, toys etc. Located centrally: can walk to beach, restaurants, shops. Everything you need is within a few blocks. Front porch is a great evening sitting area! Wendy provided everything we needed. Will definitely return!!!

We had a total of 12 people (8 adults and 4 kids) stay in this house. We’ve been to OCNJ many times since our first trip in 2002. This was our favorite house and location, yet! The location is great!! Only a few blocks walking distance to prime location on the boardwalk. Same for downtown shopping and dining. We enjoyed the walking with the mass amounts of cuisine and ice cream we were enjoying. The house itself has everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs and toys for the whole crew. Plenty of seating for dining inside. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance we needed (blender, toaster, etc). Wendy went above and beyond to provide us with 2 pack and plays for our twin babies. We ended up using the twin-bed bedroom for our family of 4, simply because we wanted a space where we could set up the 2 pack n plays and have the babies be out of viewing distance from us so they would sleep (since this is how they sleep at home). This bedroom had a very large walk in closet that allowed us this space. We wished this room had one of th queen beds rather than 2 twin beds, since the closet is almost another bedroom-perfect for a family with babies, but we made it work! We had 4 total families and had ample space for everyone. The pullout couch in the basement is what you’d expect for a pullout-bed and not the most comfortable, but we kind of figured that going in. There was an extra mattress (trundle) from another room that we were able to use in place of the pullout couch, so it all worked. Wendy was there to meet us at check-in and was super accommodating. She let us know she would be available for any questions we had, which we very much appreciated. The home itself is beautiful and furnished very nicely. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a wonderful week. We had an amazing time making family memories in OCNJ!

Beautiful place to stay in. Very clean, modern, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops and bicycle rentals. The beach/boardwalk was personally too far for me to walk to but there is a huge parking lot at the end of the street right at the boardwalk to park which worked out perfectly for us. Beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, and board games are available too! We had a blast and would highly recommend! Thank you to Wendy for this wonderful property!

My family and I enjoyed our multi-generational vacation in Ocean City. This home is luxurious by beach standards. Everything a family needs is available on property: toys, bikes, chairs, blankets, small appliances, etc. I cooked for my family and guests during our stay and there were plenty of dishes and a table large enough to accommodate 10 guests. The children enjoyed the breakfast bar as well as the many games and of course the bunk beds. The property is a short walk to the beach and Boardwalk in an area where everything is happening. Many restaurants, grocery stores and shops were just around the corner. Parking was ample for 2 cars with one in the garage. Everything at this property was in working order and very clean. The owner takes pride in this home it is decorated impeccably.

Great place to stay right in the heart of Ocean City. The place was immaculate. Tons of room for our group. Comfortable furnishings. Everything you need for the beach was in the garage. Wendy, the owner was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rent from Wendy again.

Wendy, the owner was very easy to work with. The house was clean and bright and just absolutely lovely. We spent a few nights out on the porch listening to the crickets and snuggling under the blankets provided by the owners while enjoying a glass of wine. Great location to the boardwalk and beach, just a few blocks. Lots of beach chairs and beach toys for everyone. Free parking in the garage and drive way for our 3 cars. I only gave it 4 stars though cause there were no beach tags that came with the rental and the people above us were very loud to the point we would get woken up in the morning at 6 am most of the week we were there. Otherwise it was a great week! Would definitely rent this property again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing shore house. We stayed here Aug 26 thru Sept 2nd and had a wonderful time. The house looks just like it does in the pictures, absolutely beautiful. The front porch was even bigger than it looked in pictures. Plenty of room for sitting out at the table enjoying a meal, playing games at night or just people watching. The location was perfect. Just a couple blocks walk to the boards and the beach or from all the shops on Asbury. Right as you get to the boards, there's a huge new Manco & Manco's Pizza on the corner and Kohr's Bros ice-cream. There's bike rentals up 8th St. just a couple blocks away, on the way to the boards. The house had a grill and a ton of beach chairs and equip in the garage for our use. Wendy, the owner was an absolute delight to work with. She was friendly, quick to respond to my inquires and made the whole experience go very smoothly. My family and I look forward to staying here again next summer.
