Beautiful maintained cottage and property with amazing lakefront access and very clean. Easy access to the water to launch our kayaks. We really enjoyed our time at the lake.

Overall this location and house was perfect! This was the first time we brought our dogs on vacation and it was a great experience. We really appreciated the homey feel on the inside and it felt like a lot of thought was out into in this home. We had so much yard space for our dogs and they also felt at home, it was super easy for them adjust. The beds were incredibly comfortable and enough storage for all our things. The sunroom was my personal favorite! Linda is wonderful at keeping communication and we really appreciated her checking in on us as we were dealing with historical flooding in the nearby areas. The place is well kept and she communicates her rules throughly which we also appreciated. All basic needs for our stay were provided for us (ie grill, utensils, plates, pillows, blankets, etc). Would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away and relax!

Overall enjoyed our stay. The stairs into the cottage really to be replaced; they are loose and you ahould step on the studs when going up them. Also, did not enjoy being contacted by the owner that new furniture was in and wanted to know if it was okay to have it delivered during our vacation. Issue was resolved but felt she should not have contacted us in the first instance.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside cabin! Very peaceful and relaxing. Cabin was very clean and well kept. The enclosed front room with sliding doors allowed enjoyment of the lake in rainy weather as well. Nice to just enjoy quiet and wind down!

Wonderful weekend getaway. Linda's property is very well kept, clean, and welcoming. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking- even with spices beyond salt, pepper and garlic. We will definitely be back.

My wife, son and I stayed at Linda's beautiful lakefront cottage in Alburgh, VT and had a wonderful time. We also brought along our 2 year old lab and she enjoyed the lake even more than we did. The cottage was spotless and in the perfect spot. We would highly recommend this spot and will plan to return soon.

My children and I had a fantastic week overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain. Everything was exactly as described and the addition of the mini split A/C made a huge difference on the couple days of humid weather! Linda was a perfect host and suggested some local places for us to check out- Alburgh Dunes State Park was a definite hit with the kids! If you are looking for a relaxing time on the Lake, this cottage is worth it!

We have been renting vacation properties multiple times a year for many, many years, and I have to say this one makes the top 3 list in cleanliness!! It was immaculate! What an adorable cottage with a great little screen room to eat in and relax. Also has a great front yard with lots of seating and a front porch with two seats to relax in. Even the beds were great! Fully equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom, and quality furnishings. Beautiful sunsets as well. Thanks for sharing your lovely cottage.

The house was immaculate and has a well equipped kitchen. Our three great grandsons stayed with us and they absolutely enjoyed their time with us. Linda and David are absolutely the best, very attentive to our needs making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We are looking forward to our next stay.

My Dad and I rented this cottage for a father-son fishing trip. I was blown away how clean and cozy the cottage was which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Especially for kicking back and relaxing after a long day of fishing. Little labels on light switches and little notes around the cottage were very helpful. Beds were super comfortable and the AC/Heat split unit works very well and super quiet. Linda was a pleasure to communicate with and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable about things to do in the area and details about the cottage.

We got away for our honeymoon and had the greatest trip imaginable!

The cottage was just wonderful inside and out. Beautiful scenery, nicely landscaped, adorable and CLEAN inside. Had all of the amenities you could need. All of my company loved it as well as my 2 1/2 yr old grandson. The beach is rocky and not a lot of sand but he loved it just as well. He also went out in his mom's kayak. Hope to come back next year and so do all my quests.

Our family had an amazing time enjoying the lake and the surrounding area. The camp was clean, comfortable and well appointed with all the creature comforts. Linda the owner was gracious and easy to talk to. The lake was low which made docking the boat a little challenging however the camp has a mooring and skiff to resolve that. We will definitely consider renting this camp again!

We enjoyed a few days at the cottage. The property is very clean and proximity to the water can't be beat. We cannot give enough praise to Hero's Welcome for kayak rentals -- amazingly accommodating and delivery right to the cottage.

Had an excellent time

We discovered this cottage 3 years ago and had to come back, because the location is just the most beautiful. I could never tire of looking out over the lake, to the other shore, with the Adirondacks in the far distance, in any weather. Day and night and at sunset. The shore is rocky but the water is shallow far in and warm, with water shoes it's perfect for kids as well. We loved the cottage 3 years ago as well and it has since been renovated and is even nicer inside.

The weekend at the cabin was amazing. We were blessed to have beautiful weather in late May and I couldn't have thought of a better spot for a relaxing escape from city life. The cabin was clean, airy with high ceilings and is just steps away from Lake Champlain. My entire family keeps saying how relaxed we have felt since the weekend and I hope we get to make the journey back soon.

Everything about the experience was wonderful. The cottage was cozy, clean, and beautifully constructed with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a sweet screened porch. The view of the lake was lovely by day and the sunsets were truly magnificent. The owner has a home right next door and is accessible as needed without ever being intrusive. It was a perfect place for an early fall getaway.

The cottage was sparkling clean the beds comfortable. Not a ton to do in the area but if your looking to get away and relax this is the place.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days for our honeymoon. Linda was very communicative and helpful. Also, upon arriving she had set up a table with champagne, glasses, and a sweet card as a surprise! We really enjoyed the cottage and the gorgeous sunsets in late September / early October. It was a great location that allowed us to check out local parks and view the fall foliage in both Vermont and nearby New York.

Waking up to the beauty of the Lake, the sound of wind in the trees, the open skies and lovely sunsets-all make for a perfect respite. The cottage is ideal, steps to the Lake across the lawn, benches and sitting areas are perfect. The owner has been thoughtful to the smallest detail. Excellent protocols. We will return and certainly recommend to friends
