We love Shoreline Towers - have rented here several times. They're undergoing a massive renovation, so if interruption from construction will bug you just wait until it's done. Owners have no control over construction activities and things change constantly, so your unit may be affected in spite of what your owner or the property manager says, and their best intentions. Once renovation is done, there is no reason to stay away from this property. Location is fantastic, beach is lovely, beach rental crew is great, huge pool that is heated year-round. Nothing bad to say about it at all. This unit in particular is super spacious with tons of windows and a great view. We weren't able to really use the balcony because of construction but it will be awesome when construction is done. View is exactly as pictured online, and the ability to open up the storm doors will be super cool. Owner was super responsive and helpful with the very few issues we contacted him about. We liked the fact that they stocked the condo with lots of toiletries and bathroom supplies - it was a nice touch. Only thing that would keep us from renting again, and the reason we took off a star, was the two extra bedrooms had no window treatments. They have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there was way too much light coming in at night for the kids to sleep well. During the day there were constantly construction workers outside their windows so they didn't feel comfortable taking a nap, getting dressed in the rooms, etc. That won't be a problem once construction is done, but the light coming into the rooms would be an issue for those who can't sleep with a lot of light. Otherwise everything is exactly as pictured and we had everything we needed!

This property was terribly misrepresented! Entire complex is under major construction. Two flat tires from nails and screws in the parking lot. Asked to evacuate premises mid-stay because our condo was scheduled for renovation after I paid for a two weeks. This is just a few of the many disappointments with this property. Even more disappointing is VRBO didn’t help at all so far with relocating or reimbursements. (I will update if something changes.) It was up to me to find new accommodations out of pocket. The good news is we finished our family vacation at a very nice condo with an amazing management representative. I will NEVER use VRBO again!!

Beautiful view, but the balcony was flooded due to construction. Looks like a short walk to the beach but because of the way beach access is set up, it's quite a walk around the building before you can access beach. Overall a nice stay.

The property is going under a major construction so there are contractors everywhere. The contractors are very respectful of the patrons . I would have liked to have been told of the construction prior to our reservations.

Check in was easy, the whole property is under construction so walking to the beach you had to go all the way around the building. The pool is not close to towers 1 and 2.

This spot was the perfect place for a weekend of family fishing out of Destin. Centrally located and a beautiful property

We very much enjoyed our nine day stay here. The views were amazing. It is in a great location. We had easy access to a grocery and target. Everything else was close by. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We look forward for to renting this property in the future.

All and all it was a great place to stay. The rental process was easy and the check in process was awesome. Could not have asked for a nicer host. He was very quick to send information confirming our stay and was very quick to answer my emails.

Beautiful view but needs some major organizing and cleaning out of owners stuff. Could hardly put anything in the closets because they were crammed with old bedspreads, lamps etc. The plug outlet by the Master bed was hanging out with wires showing. The linens and towels were extremely old. Some had holes in them. The washcloth looked liked something I would wash my car with. The kitchen was very disorganized with items just thrown in drawers or cabinets. The laundry room shelves were backed with junk. No where to store anything. The refrig doesn’t shut good, doors need adjusting. The coffee maker does mot turn off automatically, so you MUST remember to turn off. I believe I left it cleaner and organized then it was when I got that. There is major construction on all the buildings, so a lot of noise and you can not park in a covered spot as advertised. There was an issue with the beach people in charge of the umbrellas that come with the rental. I had a good time but it’s because I was with girlfriends and we were on the beach. If it had rained it would not had been great cooped up in this condo. Positive side is the view is absolutely beautiful. This condo could be over the top Beautiful if taking the initiative.

The renovation noice was annoying. It feels like someone pounding on your head. The HVAC noice was loud and was waking my grandkid. Overall stay was okay

Good location

Amazing views from balcony. Only place I have ever been, where you can watch the sunrise, and sunset over the water unencumbered by any buildings. Just beautiful gulf view.

Had a great time. Room was well organized and had plenty bath towels and cleaning supplies for the whole 4 days I stayed. Will be renting again

We brought two of our children 7, and 13. This spacious condo allowed for each of us to unwind in our own space after a fun day at the beach or adventure. The balcony was one of my favorite features which also opens into the master so in the morning I would use that door to not wake the kids. My husband and I were able to enjoy the sunrise while drinking our coffee on each morning before the kids woke up. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We will be staying again.

Went on a weekend getaway to Destin before we ventured off to meet friends and we absolutely loved this condo! No issues with parking, easy access to the beach! It was comfortable and had a great layout and plenty of room! We will be back!

We always enjoy Shoreline towers. The views from this unit were all we dreamed of. Really appreciate the garage parking and beach umbrella set-up!

Condo could use a few maintenance updates, a little bit better cleaning but overall it was a good place to stay, the Manager was very friendly & available at anytime! We will definitely be staying there in the future! Thanks Andy

This was the first trip I had taken since the pandemic hit over a year ago. Of course, it happened to be when Tropical Storm Claudette was passing through the area! However, despite the weather conditions, this property allowed us to have terrific views of the turbulent ocean, all behind the protection of the hurricane glass. When the clouds lifted, the doors could be opened up to all that fresh air and sunshine. Andy was so helpful when we first arrived to help us get settled in. I had a few minor questions, and he immediately called me back and answered everything. The condo is on the top floor of the building, so noise is not a factor. We were there during a very busy week, yet were not bothered at all by any exterior noise from neighbors. There are plenty of provisions already supplied for you; towels, kitchen appliances and accessories, even toilet paper, hair care products, and bath soap. We were also within walking distance of restaurants (some literally right next door), and many places deliver, including the nearby Walmart if you just want to stay in if the weather is bad. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Thank you Andy, for a wonderful vacation!

Andy’s property is a gem and the best condo in the complex for sure. We had a wonderful stay and would love to be back soon.

The condo and the beach were excellent. Door code was a bit difficult but we managed. Directions said to pick up keys from guard gate which was incorrect and took a while to realize there was a door code with no apparent phone contact number. Otherwise we had a ball. Pool is located in middle of parking lot, but we are beach people so it was great! View is spectacular. Plenty nearby for groceries, shops, etc.

We surprised our family from out of town with this vacation and we all fell in love with this penthouse. The views were absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped. The rooms had their own unique charm. The pool was a short walk and was never crowded. The property owner was able to immediately resolve our check-in issue with the door lock. Overall fabulous stay. We will definitely be booking this penthouse for our next Destin visit!

Our family had a very nice time. The views were beautiful and it was a great place to be with our grandchildren. The kitchen had every gadget we needed. It took us 2 days to locate the washing machine and dryer.

We loved our stay and loved all the fabulous restaurants. We w ill come back again soon.

Condo is in a great location, near a lot of great restaurants. Exactly as advertised on the beach, with under building parking. Kitchen is well stocked, washer dryer is a huge plus, check in super easy and the property manager very, very on top of things. Really appreciated that there was toilet paper, soap, cleaning products and such available when we got there. Plenty of towels and pillows. The unit is older and the bathrooms are very small. The windows do not open at all other than the balcony so fresh air is not really available. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Awesome property

Had the best time with family staying at this property. Beach view was spectacular, so easy to walk to beach from apartment building. Bedrooms were very comfortable. And apartment was very clean!

Very nice luxurious condo

We have vacationed at Shoreline Towers for almost 20 years, but this is our first time in this unit. The only downside for us was the dining area only had a table that seats 4. We could not all gather at one table for our meals. Teens sat at the bar. Otherwise, this is a nice condo with great views.

Condo was large with amazing views. Located within a good distance of several shops and eateries. We enjoyed our stay.

If you want a condo with a patio that literally puts you over top the beach and has the best views of all the Shoreline Towers, this penthouse is the one. Sitting on the outermost corner on the highest floor, this patio is also the most private and has both double sliding glass and screen doors. The interior and furnishings are a little dated but the unit was clean and has what you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation (on the Emerald Coast, the world's best kept secret!)

This was a very spacious property and perfect for the whole family.
