separate toilet from bathroom, no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, broken fridge door (door doesn't follow the wooden pannel), no hangers in the bathroom (for towels), relatively old furniture, unconfortable sofa for sleeping more than one night, very old front door of the apartment, dark lobby and corridor on the apartment's floor
