Well equipped home with all amenities available in the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and sunroom. Very clean and tidy. Would recommend that a night light or sensor type light be made available near the stairs.

Vicentia is a jewel in Jervis Bay; the location cannot be faulted. The property was clean and was lovely, albeit somewhat pokey - the kitchen in particular is small (it is difficult to cook with 2 people) and the stairs leading down to bedrooms are very steep, and therefore not recommended for those unsteady on their feet. Memorabilia and photos of what I assume to be the host's children provide a homely touch. On our stay, the property's internet was not working at all, resulting in us having to cut our trip short due to work contactibility (Telstra and Vodafone have virtually no phone data reception in the home, so we could not use hotspots). I stress this was the NBN, and nothing to do with the owners. Upon leaving, they did offer to provide some compensation which was very kind. The $25 we received 7 weeks after our trip was appreciated, and I do apologise for my follow-up email regarding this. We made the best of it. Many thanks, Phil and Loretta.

The accomodation was comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Well equipped kitchen. Close to beaches and shops. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Baybreak for a week with my in-laws over the New Year period. The house is very centrally located: it's just a few minutes to Huskisson by car, and walking distance to many beautiful beaches and Coles/local cafes. The house was clean and comfortable, and it was well stocked with utensils, tea/coffee, games and DVDs. Our wifi went down a few days into the trip, but it was actually a joy to disconnect from our devices for the remainder of the holiday and to focus on family/relaxing. We had a great summer holiday and we can't wait to return to the beautiful South Coast next year.

Comfortable and great beaches to explore. Loved the bird life and feeding the friendly possum. Also so close to shops.

'Baybreak' had everything we needed to feel at home whilst away from home. Lovely touches included throw blankets in almost every room; phone charges; fully appointed kitchen etc. It is conveniently located with beautiful leafy outlook.
