We had a great time!!! The unit was super cute and we loved the theme and decor! We also loved the keypad entry and mood lighting! The variety if spices was great and we also loved rhe welcome drinks and chocolates!

Difficult to climb stairs between eating/living and bedroom/bathroom make it very inconvenient for older vacationers. Dishes are in cupboards too tall for a short person to reach and there was no step ladder. The space is dark, cramped and full of needless globes and sea chests making it even more cramped. Otherwise it's good - nice location, parking was available.

This charming place was clean and just as described. The location is great for hitting the beach. The only issue was the spotty WiFi connection, but being at the beach we didn’t need it much. We would stay here again.

My friend and I wanted a place that was comfortable and close to the beach. This place accomplished that!

I stayed here by myself. This was a nice place I didn't need much the property mangers were great. I am a big guy and the spiral stair case was a little bit small. That would be my only compliant. however, there are doors to the outside on both floors so I didn't need the stairs as much.

Exactly what we were expecting. Very clean qnd cute and ocean right out your door.

We spent 2 nights in the Nautilus room while visiting the Oregon coast. We had a little hiccup with check-in (room code was wrong), but Teresa answered her phone immediately, and there was a property manager(?) on-site who was able to help anyway. The place was clean and super cute. Very quiet. The location was great; we were able to walk to an amazing restaurant less than a mile away and beach access was right next to the building. Gorgeous sunsets! We had a great time, and we’ll definitely look to stay there again if we’re in the area

Perfect for what I needed!

Apartment was wonderful in so many ways. For a small place it had everything one needs. It is time however, to update the mattress.

The condo was clean and had all the usuals, except that the 2 pieces of soap were postage-stamp size. The ocean was a brief walk away. This "condo" was two utility rooms on top of each other, transformed to make money from suckers like us. Thus the spiral staircase; thus the bathroom that was 3 ft. by 7 ft. including a 2-ft. shower; thus the sink in the bedroom, not the bath. The sofa was cheap and stained. The unit, that had one window on each level and very little light, was painted cobalt blue and pine green and therefore dark and depressing. Going inside felt like being put in jail. Don't stay there! You deserve better!

Loved it & I loved the very short distance to that beach.

Small, but functional. Clean as a whistle - Even provided us a fan, cleaning wipes, and Lysol spray. Kitchen well stocked. Bed very comfortable - The couch not so much. Quiet & safe. Interesting submarine decor - Mood lights also very fun! Spiral staircase really fun.

Great place. Walking distance to the beach

The room was charmingly decorated and we enjoyed the spiral staircases too. We enjoyed walking at the beach a few minutes away. Great value and fun place!

Teresa's property is just as advertised. It's very close to the beach with easy walking access. The apartment is very quaint, providing just the right amount of room for two.

Great little getaway spot! It only takes 2 minutes to walk down the stair path to the beach. It’s also a short haunt to the main road, and there are a few places within walking distance for food and drink, but the location is very central so it’s a short drive north or south anywhere in LC. It was quiet at night while sleeping. Though the description says more than 2 people could stay for an extra fee, I was trying to imagine where anyone would sleep- you could maybe put an air mattress on the main floor but it would be tight! A small child under 5/6 could possibly sleep on the couch. If you’re a couple who plans on spending most time out and about, it’s perfect for eating and sleeping. Fun decorations and cozy vibe!

Our only complaint was the bed was very hard. But seemed much better the second night.

This place was as adorable as the pictures. It was perfect for just two and we loved being able to bring back leftovers to reheat in the kitchenette. *The pictures show the stairs exactly as they are but be aware that they are a bit steep and narrow. There is an entrance both upstairs and down so I typically entered on the floor I wanted to use to avoid too much up and down the spiral staircase. This may not be an issue for most but as I'm pregnant and waddling it was a little tricky for me.

The pictures were a true description of the place. We really enjoyed our stay and loved that we were right on the ocean, even if we didn't have a view!!!

We celebrated our anniversary at the Nautilus. We like to take turns choosing different or a bit unusual locations for our anniversary, and this did not disappoint. It is well-stocked with everything you need for your stay. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the bed was a little firmer than we like. The beach in front is a great place to visit. It was very clean and well taken care of. We had a great weekend get away!

Would have been nice if the tv had been upstairs as maybe it once was? But overall a great little place!

This property is so well kept and maintained and they are so close to the beach! This room didn't have a view of the beach, but we knew this going into renting the space. They made this very clear in the listing. All you have to do is get your flip flops on and head toward the beach to enjoy it! We roasted marshmallows and made smores and only hung out at the room to get ready for bed. However, the place has a tv and a kitchen for all your cooking needs. We made coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner with no problem. The campus is quiet and makes it easy to lightly hear the surf hitting the beach at night. Open the windows to hear it better. We had a great time and will be back soon! Love what you're doing, keep it up!
