She made sure everything was well cared for before our arrival. We didn't need to worry about anything.

It was a very clean comfortable little house. It had all the basics you could need and the host was very easy to get a hold of. We would stay here again. The only recommendation I would make is if you are gong to need an extra bed maybe try an air mattress or plan on stacking plenty of blankets. The pull out mattress is very thin. But overall 5 out of 5.

Just as described! Fresh and clean inside, with a beautifully landscaped yard. Quiet and comfortable. We will not hesitate to stay again, should the need arise. Thanks Debbie!

The property is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Perfect for our needs. The property owners are wonderful! They were very kind and accommodating. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this location when staying in the Medford area.

The small, quiet cottage is perfect for a couple. The bed has a firm, comfortable mattress with nice linens. The bidet and huge walk-in shower were a luxurious bonus! The kitchen is perfect for making meals and had most of what we needed for cooking. The living room furniture is small but comfy. The only amenity we wished for was cable or satellite television. Using streaming services is a pain when all you want to watch is a few football games on network stations. It does seem to be the way most VRBO homes are equipped, however. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this adorable cottage. It has a well equipped with a nice sized kitchen, large bathroom and cozy bedroom and living space. It's on the owners property, but tucked in the back corner of their lot. The owners were very friendly. The cottage was clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying again when in Medford.

The cottage is absolutely wonderful. It is clean and well appointed. Mark and Debbie are fantastic hosts and were very accommodating and available during our visit. We would definitely like to visit again !

Amazing accommodations. Gardens and grounds were immaculate. Host was wonderful. Stayed 8 days and loved it all. Golf, Osf, wineries and food. This is a great place to stay. We will always use this cottage when we return.

This lovely cottage is clean, quiet and close to things, but far enough away from the hustle bustle of city to provide a quiet retreat.
We were here to celebrate our anniversary with a Britt Festival concert. Only 10 minutes away, easy to get to.
The hostess was friendly and available if we had needed her. But, as it was, all was taken care of. She has put a lot of love into her gardens that surround the cottage, which made the stay even more special.
I will recomend this place to friends.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 2 nights during mid-June. The cottage was everything I had hoped for as it was very peaceful and restful. I traveled to Medford to take private yoga lessons and the cottage was a perfect compliment to the intensive yoga experience. Debbie, our host, was super friendly and helpful!

Traveling alone for art workshop in nearby Ashland and Jacksonville. This was the perfect spot!

about 1.5 hours to Crater Lake National Park, clean and large bathroom and large3 walk in shower with grab bars and hand held shower. We didn't need grab bars, but good to have if anyone needs it.

This is a lovely cottage behind the owner’s home. It is private and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting Medford and Crater Lake. This home was perfect for our getaway.
