Super property, will definitely go back. Great location, parking easy, exceptionally well furnished and a really lovely touch with a bottle of bubbles on arrival. We enjoyed the stay and the outdoor space

There’s only one bathroom, but there are two toilets. No air con, so was warm as we visited in August, but there are quiet ceiling fans.

Charming home in the heart of AY, in walking distance to champagne houses, center of the Village.

The house is beautiful with lovely and charming details and it was perfectly equipped. There is a numbered key lock next to the entrance door so you don't need a key during your stay which is very comfortable. Communication was always fast and comprehensive. It is walking distance to several champain houses, bakery and butcher. Ay is a small quite village with not many restaurants (pre-booking necessary) or bars. The museum Pressoria (close by) is highly recommended - please go there, it is the best museum to learn about Champain with all senses. We were super happy and recommend the house by heart.

The house is amazing. It is fully equipped and full of extra facilities. The decoration is elegant and refined, perfectly located in the village. You really feel good there. Nice gesture of the owners who welcomed us with a bottle of champagne.

Perfect for our weekend getaway from Paris. We felt immediately at home yet with hotel-quality amenities & details throughout the house. The river & vineyards around town are perfect for walks.

The village was not so lively during the weekend, although this was likely due to the season (end of winter) and pandemic.
