This property is perfectly situated right on the beach. Even when weather was not ideal, the lanai allowed the feeling of being right on the gulf. The condo was well stocked and the kitchen had everything needed for a meal in. Peggy was very accessible prior to our stay and provided many tips on how best to spend the week and was available if necessary during our stay.

Condo was roomy, clean and has a beautiful view from the deck. The stairs down to the ocean and pool were unbelievably convenient. Also just a few steps from the front door to unload our stuff from the car (we parked on the road right in front of the condo for a few minutes to unload, the assigned parking space is very close as well) we didn’t need the usual luggage trolley and never even used the elevator at all. Peggy was great to work with and we loved our stay.

This has to be the best location on the beach! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach or pool from our balcony! Loved the views! Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Peggy was wonderful to work with! We are now spoiled and would definately stay there again!

Beautiful rental and relaxing stay
We really loved the property. Beach was easily accessible and there were so many entities. The unit was clean and well kept. So many personal touches by the owners made it feel warm and inviting. Would go back if we visit Marco again.

Amazing Vacation
Our family stayed at the condo for a week and it was like a home away from home. The condo is updated, clean, and comfortable. The views from inside the condo and ocean front porch are stunning. You are on the quiet, white sandy beach within 2 minutes and even closer to the pool. The condo location is convenient to a variety of restaurant choices and shopping. Peggy is an amazing host and very quick to communicate anything you may have questions about. Words can't do this condo & location justice, do yourself a favor and book it! look forward to returning soon!

Property was exactly as advertised. Perfect location to the beach and pool. Beach property is quiet and clean. Great location for being able to walk to a few restaurants and shops. The cabana area has everything you could possibly need and more for a beach vacation. Only complaint we had was the sliders were terrible to open and close to the back patio area. At times it was nearly impossible and we were afraid one of the kids was going to slam their hand in it if it would let go all of a sudden.

Location, location, location!
We had an excellent stay here. The location of the condo on Marco is perfect. Just far enough away from the large hotels to give space on the beach. The condo has immediate access to the pool and beach and easy for unloading your things when you first arrive.

We had a great time here! We really enjoyed being able to walk down to the pool or the beach from the back patio. Peggy had all the beach equipment/toys you could ask for and was a great host. I highly recommend.

Great Condo
We wanted the easy direct access to the beach and it was just as expected. Very spacious for our family of four. Steps from beach. Never even saw the lobby! Parking space covered and steps from front door. Owner easy to contact and very helpful.

The Perfect Spot
I’d say it was as advertised but it’s not true. It was way undersold! It’s a perfect view of the gulf, 40 feet from the pool gate, 30 feet from the boardwalk to the beach, and about 100 yards from the gulf waters. Everything you need is included. Any appliance you want, any beach toys or accessories, it’s all there. Peggy was super available and helpful at check-in. Our favorite part of the inside was the couch. It’s so comfortable!!! Peggy if you ever decide to get rid of it let me know and I’ll drive from Kansas to pick it up. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect Location
The property could not be in a better location. Short ten minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Private staircase off the balcony leading directly to the pool and the beach access. Huge cabana at the bottom of staircase with all the beach equipment, cart to pull chairs to the beach, cooler on wheels. Property sits between the public beach access so even though spring break the beach never felt crowded. Would definately rent again.

Great location!
This unit was very spacious for my husband & I and our 2 adult sons. The Murphy bed was great to have so the boys didn’t have to share a room. The staircase from the balcony so that we could head straight to the pool or beach was another bonus! We have stayed at the Somerset before and the cleanliness, security, & location can’t be beat!!!

Wonderful!
Just returned and highly recommend the property and you couldn't ask for a nice owner to work with! We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the location with immediate access to the beach. Well stocked property and very thoughtful touches throughout the condo. We were very nervous with the ongoing pandemic but the privacy afforded with the exterior direct access to the unit made it possible to avoid contact with others. Excellent experience and will absolutely return again in the future.

Girls Trip
We were very happy with the condo. It was everything we expected. We were a little worried about the view with being so low, but it was beautiful. The convenience of having the spiral staircase off balcony was wonderful. It was also nice to have the beach supplies to use. We defiantly look forward to coming back.

Loved the easy access to beach and pool via the spiral staircase from the balcony. View was amazing and we couldnt get enough of it. Beach was not overcrowded and owner had everything we needed stored in the beach house located below our condo.

This gem of a condo is absolutely beautiful! It has all the amenities and the convenience of the locations is perfect for the beach or the pool. Everything you need to have fun at the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. I appreciated the spices and such that can be left in the cabinet. Seems such a waste to throw things out that can be used by others.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. It was exactly as advertised. Everything was provided in the condo plus bicycles and all the beach gear one could think of. The owner was in another condo and provided all the help on restaurants and what to do on Marco Island. She was great. Thanks Peggy, it was a pleasure to meet you and we'd love to come back again. Its a great property and a 2 minute walk to the beach exactly.

Well appointed condo
This property is extremely clean, well stocked with supplies, and location within the facility is awesome. It is located on the first floor with direct beach access via stairs, so no waiting for the elevators. The Cabana is also stocked with any items you may need for the beach. The beach cart is a real back saver. Owner was extremely responsive with any questions both before and during our stay. Would definitely stay in the unit again!!!

Marco Island
This was our first time to Marco and we loved it. The condo had all them amenities we needed and more and was very clean. Loved the oversized sectional to lounge on at night. Loved being close to sunset grill too. Will definitely be back!
