This was one of the best, if not THE BEST, place we ever stayed at. The host was absolutely fantastic! The place is located right at the beach. We are always looking for places with the pools and this place beat our expectations: 4 heated pools (one was outside and 3 inside) and 2 unheated pools. The place is very spacious, and layout is very good. The place was clean, quiet. and felt like home away from home.
I highly recommend it to anyone and hope to rent it again the next winter.

The unit was very clean...one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It was well stocked and when I had a question, the owner responded immediately. The location was very easy for InstaCart and food deliverers to find. No complaints at all! We will definitely try to book this unit again.

The condo was clean, adequately stocked and had comfortable beds, great view, and large balcony. Seemed quiet and private. Parking garage wasn’t as easily accessed as we would have liked but was ok.

Beds / pillows were comfortable. Elevators were fast. All appliances worked. More than enough chairs on the balcony with a table. Kitchen fluorescent light would only work if you flicked the switch several times, meaning the bulbs were bad. The dishes were put away wet and therefore the bowls and plates had water in the bottom of them. Freeks women out. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. One of the bedroom doors would not shut into the frame. The main TV remote did not function at all. Suggestion from the owner was to “check the input”, which has nothing to do with the remote. To control anything on this TV it had to be with the manual side buttons which was a real PITA. Of the two other TVs, one remote was fine, the other partially worked. You could change channels but only going down. No one comes to NMB to watch TV but you should be able to watch the news or a movie without complications. Several amenities on the property with nice pool chairs. They do vacuum the pools daily but the tiles just above the water line were filthy for some reason….oh…. maybe because they are rarely cleaned. Umbrellas and chairs for rent on the beach at what I thought was a reasonable price. People on the beach were considerate of others. The beaches were clean and people used the trash cans provided.
This was a nice condo. There were some minor things off but for $$$ you expect things to be spot on. I think I would try another place before coming back to this one.

Great 3 night family vacation. Weather was perfect everyday. Condo was clean and spacious with a beautiful ocean view. Easy access to parking lot. Nice amenities such as pools, restaurants and ice cream right in property. Would highly recommend for your next vacation.

Overall, our trip was great. The living and dining room area of the condo is just soooo tiny. Even for our family of 4 it was very crowded. The resort itself could use some upgrades - it’s apparent that it was once really nice years ago. The condo itself felt more like a hotel - no overhead lights, no ceiling fans, and small bathrooms. Both of the beach umbrellas did not have a bottom so we bought one, and you have to bring all of your own beach stuff. When I’ve stayed at other condos, that stuff is normally there for guests, including beach towels. Also, none of the tvs are smart tvs, and I wasn’t aware of that. It would have been helpful with the kiddos in the evenings.
So we enjoyed our trip but I wouldn’t stay here again, just not the right space for our family for the amount that we paid.

The condo has a gorgeous refurbished kitchen, beautiful views from large balcony, and is very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to my questions, replying within a minute each time. The Baywatch Towers amenities are wonderful with so many pools, indoor and outdoor! Baywatch also does a great job maintaining the facility, with ample staff, all very friendly. We had a wonderful time, would absolutely stay here again.

We had the best vacation ever. Charlie's condo was perfect for My husband, my daughter, her friend and myself. The condo was very clean and spacious. The girls had their own room with an attached bathroom and balcony. The main balcony was perfect. The view from the 17th floor was absolutely beautiful. The condo had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again. Charlie was great with directions on how to enter the condo. No check in at the front desk was excellent. Until next time Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be back.

First time to myrtle beach and I was so happy with this resort. The owner also was very accommodating. We love traveling all over the world, but if we ever go back to myrtle beach, we would stay here again!!!

We loved the pools and the onsite restaurants -we all took advantage of those options. The bedrooms were so roomy so we were not crowded. The balcony had enough seating to accommodate all of us in the evening! It was a great time and we created many family memories!

This condo exceeded my expectations! It has a large balcony with wonderful views. Elevators are quick which is a major plus! Definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back with my family!

Baywatch resort clean and room was exactly as described. The owner was nice enough to let us check in early. The only complaint I have is that is was Atlantic Beach Black Biker's Week. The room next to us was partying, hollering, playing very loud music and using profanity. I went downstairs to reoprt to security and front desk. I was told it would be looked into. But, they continued with their loud music. The entire weekend was nothing but noise of bikers and loud music. I strongly advise not to vacation during this time. If you do, book with a hotel that doesn't allow bikers. Not a family atmosphere with all the profanity.

Thus is a private condo within BayWatch Resort . The amenities of the resort were wonderful. Loved the indoor and outdoor lay river and pools plus the multiple hot tubs. Property was well cared for as was the condo. Comfortable chairs in the deck fir adults and children and beach chairs and an umbrella available! Parking garage was a plus!!!

We just had the most wonderful dream vacation at the Bay Watch resort at Crescent Beach (N. Myrtle Beach)! Multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, multiple hot tubs, indoor and outdoor, as well as a personal jacuzzi in the condo's Master bathroom! Charlie, our manager for the unit, is always available, if you have a question, and super friendly. Our end-unit condo is only a couple of floors shy of the Penthouse, has 2 balconies, beach views forever and views of all the outdoor pools & hot tubs. A couple's paradise OR a family's paradise. Thank you, Charlie, for a Dream Vacation!

This was the perfect resort getaway to ring in the New Year! Charlie was extremely communicative and easy to work with and the check in process couldn't have been any easier. The condo was plenty big enough and had everything we needed and the resort was amazing. The pools couldn't have been more perfect and even the outdoor pools were open and warm! Great place for a family and excellent way to start 2023. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The view was simply amazing, spent a lot of time on balcony (sunsets) lazy river, pool and convenience of restaurants was good. Location was good too. Would go back to this condo.

The rating is fair and just, we have stayed at many many many places in the myrtle and north Myrtle Beach areas. And we will definitely be looking at this one again.

My sister, niece & I truly enjoyed staying at the condo. Once there we never left the property. There are good bars & restaurants within the complex & walking distance. The only negative is that we didn’t know there was a unloading zone & we carried our stuff from the parking garage before we saw it; & all the kitchen cabinets are stuffed full with food, etc so we had to keep all our food on the counter; not a big deal for us since we didn’t need that space for eating. The balcony was excellent…comfortable & roomy. We will return 😎

OK If you want great beach view/access and have kids and don’t care about cleanliness of condo building, the downright disgusted and surly staff, and very dated (original I’m sure) condo contents. Paper thin walls where you can hear the neighbors conversation The ultimate tacky MB experience. 30 years ago with my kids maybe I would not have been so disappointed. This was not good value for what we paid for 3 nights.

My hubby, 2 grandkids (12 & 8) and I stayed here August 6-13. This is our second year in a row staying here. We love this condo and can't say enough good things about it. The location is great, everything is clean, it has everything you could possibly need, the keyless entry is wonderful... I could go on and on. We will stay here again.

Family vacation
Nice ocean front unit. Beds comfortable ( trust me I don't say that easily) Very clean on arrival and appreciated some items left in kitchen from other guests ( spices etc) The unit has sleeping for 8 but that would be a tight fit for seating in living room area and at kitchen table.
The kitchen could be be better stocked with glass wear and utensils. Best for limited cooking on only. We did take advantage of beach chairs availability and packed less items than we would have in the past.
Our biggest complaint is not with unit but the building. The elevators could be stifling and parking garage a challenge to navigate. Bring a wagon to transport items to make it easier.

Great getaway
Prefect little condo...a little smaller for our family but still was excellent stay! The condo was clean and communication was great. Only hassle was the double doors into the condo, with a wagon made it a little challenging but that's minor! Perfect on the beach condo.

Girls weekend
I traveled with a couple girlfriends from Minnesota to visit a dear friend of ours that moved to South Carolina. We decided on Myrtle beach. The property was clean & well taken care of. The reason we picked this property was that is has 4 queen beds, so we didn’t have to share. Also the fact that it has two full size bathrooms was another deciding factor. We did not use the pool or lazy river, but it seemed nice. They have an outside bar which is right next to the pool that serves food as well. Food was ok. We mostly cooked in the unit , only going out to eat 1 evening & on departure day. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pot/pans etc… We spent most of our time on the beach which is just steps away. Also another deciding factor. The first day we dragged chairs and umbrellas down there, but I would recommend just renting them from the guy on the beach ( not the resort) We paid $40 for two chairs ( lounger or Adirondack) & an umbrella from 10am-4pm. Definitely worth the price if you ask me. Overall the trip was great & we would definitely stay her again!

We had an amazing time in North Myrtle Beach! The property was the perfect size for us and the view; I could wake up to that everyday! From booking, to check-in to check-out, it was seamless. The property was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, plenty of sheets and towels, fully stocked kitchen; all you need is groceries! At no time did I have a question that wasn't already answered. Property Manager kept me informed every step of the way via emails; no guessing. We will most certainly return next summer. Highly recommend.

Location was amazing. Have stayed at the Baywatch on previous vacations to Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the North end. Condo was nice, living area was small for 5 adults but we made it work. Ocean front view was amazing.
