Property is great. Can’t beat the view and the access to the beach. A short walk down the beach the turtles come up at sunset. The location has quick access to groceries, coffee shops and quick stop restaurants but is away from the busyness of the hub of Kihei. Property was spacious enough for family of four. Beautiful pool on site.

My family really enjoyed the property we stayed at in Kihei! The property was easy to find, very clean, and within walking distance to the ocean. We would definitely book this property again❤️

Very clean. Nice location. Unit has Window a/c not central air, but window units kept us cool enough. Great place and value.

We brought the family out with us for Christmas vacation absolutely loved our stay here. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into the amenities and even put a binder together for local Fanfare and great places to swim and snorkel. Will definitely be staying here again

Location on Pacific is great. Condo is spacious for family of five. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is big. Floor extremely dirty. Electrical outlets in bathrooms didn’t work. Cockroach found in master bath. Things to keep in mind… Too many trinkets. Felt cluttered. Air conditioning rules. We had two nights with absolutely no breeze. Very stuffy. Area has many homeless and the area is quite rundown for walks/runs.

Great property next to beach and sown the street from Maui Brewing. Wish we had more time - will stay here again next visit

Great property. It was clean and we loved the proximity to the beach and the views. We also enjoyed the Hawaiian decor throughout the condo. It was well stocked with coffee, coffee filters, and the basics. We had a bit of traffic noise late at night coming in through window in smaller bedroom but overall a wonderful place to stay.

It was clean ,nice, comfortable, it had everything we needed in order to cook. It was very nice. I will rent the place again coming back to Hawaii.

The property is in a prime location. Peaceful at night, near a lot of stores, restaurants and shopping. Condo is very nice minus the water pressure in the hall bath is very weak, the A/C unit in the master bed isn’t strong enough for the size of the room. The fan in the master bed did not work. It would be nice if 2 hours prior to a guest arrival the condo would have the A/Cs on along with the fans to get circulation and lower the temp. By 3-4 pm it was hotter inside than outside and I was dripping sweat quickly. We really liked it, but wouldn’t stay again. I like to be honest with people so the next person can have a better experience.

The beautiful sunrises that represented new beginnings every morning we woke up there. There's something magical about seeing your footprints in the sand. Let's not for get the gorgeous sunsets and the beautiful hues that represented a magical feel all over the island.

In all honesty I needed a place for one night for our group because I found out late that our trip had to be extended by one day. Found this unit and the price/location was right. Communicated with the owners and was very happy. It was clean with a pool and very short walk to the beach. If I had to give one honest criticism it would be that it is very hard to keep the place cool within the parameters that the owners suggest. This is not entirely their fault. There was a storm coming up from the South which made the area unusually muggy with no wind. When it gets to the high eighties, even in the evening with no wind off the ocean there is no way, outside of air conditioning, to cool down enough to sleep. There are 2 air conditioning units but the owner suggests only running the units for 2 hours to cool down enough to go to sleep. That information isn't forwarded until you've already booked and you're about to check in. My good faith suggestion would be to slightly raise the overall cost of the rental or give individual renters the option of paying extra so they can run the AC to their hearts content without without hurting the owner's bottom line. Again, I have to point out that most of the year, with the usual trade winds, this is probably not an issue and I would absolutely consider staying here in the future

Our family of 6 enjoyed this spacious, comfortable, well-stocked home overlooking the sandy shore. We borrowed the sand toys and body boards and walked 2 minutes before we were in the water. Back at the house we had everything we needed for cooking & dining. I can't say we felt "at home" because it was so much cleaner and well decorated than my own home, but definitely appreciated the personal touches from the owners. 😊

Our family just returned from ten days here and we just loved it. Clean, roomy, great decor and character, and a great location right by the beach and grocery store. A perfect place from which to venture out to Maui and a perfect place to return to at the end of the day. Check in/out could not have been easier and the property facilities (laundry, parking, pool) are great, too. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We didn’t really know what to expect but were blown away. The view from the lanai is great. The beach is literally right over the berm. The condo’s atmosphere was quiet and peaceful despite having all the amenities. We saw sea turtles every day on the local beach. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a grocery store but we rented a car to enjoy the whole island.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful and quiet grounds and sunset view. We used the boogie boards, chairs, and guide book and saw turtles on the beach out front. Kihei has a great local vibe that is easy going. Ate at Nalu’s and Akami coffee, both short walks away, and enjoyed Kamaole beach park.

This was a great place. My kids and I really enjoyed it. The location and beach were great!

My family stayed a couple of nights at this property for a family vacation. Most of our time was spent out and about, but our time here was great. Very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything one might need, and there many great decorative touches throughout the property. The beach is also just a short walk away. Highly recommend.

This unit is located in a very old condo complex. It has accordion walls between bedrooms and other rooms which we did not expect. The beach here is very close and beautiful but the view is half blocked by trees and there were homeless men sleeping there. Unfortunately the floors were dirty and we got no response from management after requesting they be cleaned.

This place was beautiful! It had everything we asked for and it was a prefect location. We couldn’t have been more happy.

Had an amazing time at this property. See turtles abound in the cove, and our night walks up the beach let us see them sleeping in the evening. Proximity to the beach was excellent

It is also nicely centrally located and a great launching off spot for all of the many Maui adventures. The owners of the apartment are very nice and informative. The only downside of the condo is that it does not have central AC. I am sure that most times during the year this is not an issue but the week we were there in August it was quite warm and the trade winds were not much help in cooling it down. Overall we were very pleased with the condo and the view from the condo is stunning, especially at sunset!!!Mahalo!

This condo met all of our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our week spent here. This complex has permanent residents. It is stocked with any and all amenities we could have possibly needed. I used the Magic Bullet daily. Spot on ocean view and ease of access to the beach, pool/outdoor shower. Two full bathrooms and bedrooms, w/ ceiling fans, up to date, Hawaiian themed. Use of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, great. We appreciated the smaller condo complex with less people, usually had the pool to ourselves, plenty of chairs and water is warm/solar heated. Would definitely plan a stay here again.Cons: Someone stole personal beach towel in the community laundry room, leaving two condo towels and throwing away a single sock, all of which were left in a dryer overnight???? Towels were still wet and out of the dryer in the morning, still puzzling. Lessons, don't leave your laundry alone. Bring your own beach towels if you want a larger fluffier towel. Thank you for a wonderful holiday away from the current chaos.

The place was in a great location. The view was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped. Would stay there again.

After our first night, our whole family agreed that we could easily live here! This property is so comfortable and feels like home. The area is residential and less like a crowded resort. It is close and convenient to everything and was a perfect place to begin all our Maui adventures! The kitchen is fabulous and has everything you could possibly need--including a beautiful vase for me to show off my road to Hana flower purchase. On our first night, we were amazed to find 5 turtles happily resting on the sandy beach! Speaking of the beach, it is a perfect, uncrowded local beach frequented by the locals to fish, watch the sunset and enjoy. We were so happy to find your place and thank you for sharing your beautiful Maui home with our family.
