This property has everything you need for a great week at the beach! Host very responsive. Location an easy few blocks to the beach! Quiet.

This was our second time renting this condo, and we had an even better time than before! The condo is very clean, updated appliances and has become a family favorite for sure!

This is a great condo to stay in! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Although you must bring your own linens, towels, etc., everything is supplied….at least enough to get you a good start (if not enough to get you through your entire stay). I cut my finger cooking & was relieved to find bandaids were provided in the closet! Great owners that take pride in their home!

My family and I were very impressed and glad we choose to stay here. This is a spacious place to stay on a quiet street just blocks from the excitement of the boardwalk. We were there during a large non sanctioned auto event where almost every hotel had loud music and people yelling in the area so was great to be able to go to a quite apartment with my kids and enjoy a peaceful evening on a private balcony! This place has everything you need to have a comfortable stay unlike conventional hotel rooms I have stayed at before while at the beach. Two full baths was awesome especially when you have teenagers that just like to hang out in there. Also the basement has bikes, boogie boards and beach accessories to make your trip even better while saving you money and reducing the amount of packing need to do. Communication was great with the hosts who stayed in contact and even were able to get us checked in early and stay a little late. Thanks !! Will definitely be staying here again my next trip to Wildwood!

They could use new mattresses, beds were very uncomfortable. Need a new refrigerator, missing shelves on door. But on whole a good place.

Everything was as advertised. It was clean and neat. The only problem we had were the bikes. Most had little to no brakes, so they could use some attention, but not a deal breaker.

It was nice, good location, and I do it again.

We had a great visit! Two kids under 8 were exhausted at the end of each day; beach, boardwalk, rides, games and treats within walking distance. We will definitely rent this unit again

.5 mile walk to the beach, super close to Mack's pizza and the boardwalk! This place was the perfect spot for our group to relax and spend time together.

Our stay was nice. The best thing going for this unit was the location, it’s really great. A short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. It was clean and pretty much as shown in the photos. When they say no linens they mean ZERO linens; no hand towels, no kitchen towels, no bath mats, so you need to bring all of it. I anticipated most of these things, short of the kitchen towels. We made due with paper towels but it wasn’t really ideal. The majority of their beach chairs are broken and thus unusable. We only needed a couple and made due. The beach cart was also not functional but when we told the host they offered to bring one by and were apologetic, which is what I would expect of a good host. They were responsive to all our questions and accommodating when we needed help. Overall they were kind and communicative hosts who seemed genuinely invested in our having a good experience.

We visited Wildwood for my brothers wedding! The condo was perfect! Very clean and a close walk to the boardwalk! We have an 11 month old so it was very nice that they supply a high chair and pack and play! The owners are super nice and very quick to respond to any questions! We would definitely stay here again if we vacation in Wildwood again!

The property was everything you could ask for , just like you were at home . The bedrooms were perfect with the bunks for the 4 kids in one room and 2 rooms for the adults . The rest of the condo had everything you needed for home cooked meals , doing the wash after beach days , and sitting around relaxing after long busy days . Having 2 full bath made getting ready everyday smooth and easy .The boardwalk was a short walk even with a 2 year old , made great memories with the 4 grand kids . So much to do so very close to this place . Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out , had no problems at all . Want to thank Blair & Rick for letting us use their place , it was a clean and safe place for us and the kids . Would refer this property to all my friends and family no questions asked . Hope to see you again next year .

Great property. Had everything we needed, including kitchen and Beach items. Only a short walk from the boardwalk and Beach. Owners responded quickly to resolve any issues.

The accommodations were exactly as listed. Locations was good for easy walk to beach/boardwalk, restaurants and more. We appreciated the availability of infant items for use, such as the high chair and pack’n’play. We also enjoyed having the full kitchen and other amenities available. These made for a comfortable and easy stay!

Very nice three bedroom, two bathroom condo. Nice location. Clean, furniture, beds, overall areas very comfortable. Washer and dryer were the best. The kitchen dishes, silverware, pans and all the utensils were very abundant. If I didn't mention also close to grocery stores plus many areas to eat and a Boardwalk! Everything we needed for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

My husband and my two year old daughter loved our stay at this property. The condo is perfectly located and is one of the cleanest properties we ever stayed at. Beach, boardwalk, and a ton of restaurants are right around the corner. LOVED! The early check in and had no issues with leaving at 8am . We will definitely be checking this out again next summer.

House was just as advertised. Had everything we needed for a long weekend and was close to the Beach and boardwalk. Had trouble first getting into the property but Rick & Blair responded immediately and helped to fix the situation quickly. Also provided games for us to play during the rain. Would love to rent again!

The Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, good sized bedrooms, and a very good stocked kitchen that allowed you to prepare any food you wanted. The beach and boardwalk were 2 blocks away, that made for a very easy walk. Over all no disappointments , a great place for a beach vacation.

This was our first experience home away and we were very pleased. We arrived and found the property to be clean and spacious. The location is in an ideal part of town is just about 2 blocks the beach boardwalk but is residential and quiet. There are several eateries and stores within distance. The property owners were courteous and easy to communicate with. Rick was very helpful and they even provided toys for the kids to play with. They did everything to make their home feel like ours. If I return to this destination I would certainly consider staying here again.

My family and I had a great time, this place was perfect for us. It had all the amenities for going to the beach or just hanging around the house. It was very accommodating to our toddler with many child activities as well. Kitchen was fully stocked, laundry room was a great touch. Very clean, very welcoming. The property also had a very large garage and a very nice selection of beach chairs, wagons, sand toys, beach cart, collar. You literally have to bring nothing but your luggage. The owners were very easy to work with and responded back very quickly. We would seriously consider staying here again in the future.
