Beautiful view, well appointed. Great pool on Gore Creek for kids.

We are always amazed at the location of this condo. Everything is walking distance from town, the river and restaurants. The view is breathtaking. The pool area is also very beautiful with an amazing view. It’s always nice to sit and read a good book by the side of the pool. The people at the front desk are always super nice, willing to help in anyway. There’s always fresh water and cookies at every entrance. Lastly, we always appreciate the good communication with the owner and his willingness to accommodate us. That’s why we come back every year!

We loved staying here! So convenient to ski slopes and dining. We could walk to anything within a few minutes. Rick and Sharon were great hosts. The place had everything we needed and was very clean.

A wonderful experience! The unit is so welcoming, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, and more! We had our 2 children with us and they loved sleeping on the Murphy bed! The location is great in that it’s a short walk to the gondola, the village, and everything closeby. Little general market is right nearby too! Skis were safely & easily stored right at base for us, ready every day! The unit also has a beautiful view of the slopes - we enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking in a sunny day and view. Beds were very comfortable too. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at the property. This is one of the largest one bedroom condos I have stayed in at any ski resort. The living area is huge and comfortably fits the Murphy bed as well as the sofa bed. Location is fantastic in Lionshead with ski valet at the base of the run. Additional benefit of the condo is that is in the North building, which has underground parking, so you don't have to clear the snow off your car when it is time to go home. Rick is extremely attentive and is in constant contact as you approach your stay and during your time in the condo.

Third ski trip staying at the property as a family of four. Very spacious one bedroom apartment, that fits the four of us very comfortably, one kid on pull out sofa bed, the other on the Murphy bed, the parents in the king bed in the bedroom. As always everything in the apartment was clean and in working condition, everything as advertised. Location couldn’t be better for a ski trip and skit valet is a plus!

Our family agrees this is the best condo we have stayed in during ski vacations! The spirit of the season through Vail was incredible! Rick was incredible to communicate with throughout the booking and while on-site. We stayed for 10 nights and it felt like a second home to us! Very well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. I did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed for baking and cooking dishes and utensils. The king size bed and Murphy bed were both super comfy! What made it just perfect was having inclusive valet for your skis and less than a 2-minute walk to get onto the Eagle Bahn Gondola! We loved it so much that we wanted to book our upcoming January trip and next Christmas; however, I think the secret is out as this condo was already booked! We will be back when the calendars line up again! Thank you Rick!

This place has always been amazing either in the summer or the winter. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, not to mention the owners, they are great! They make you feel right at home. We love to come back every year. Of course, in the winter, is so convenient and its steps from the gondola, makes your skiing experience the highest level. In our recent stay, we were a little bit nervous because being early in the ski season, there was not enough snow to open the trails in front of the apartment, but the staff at the lodge was so incredible that literally they would take you right in front of the other gondola, that way you could ski. At the moment you were finished, they would be there ready to pick you up and take you back to the lodge in minutes. Always with a great attitude.

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. The place is so warm and inviting, and perfectly situated within everything Vail has to offer. So many thoughtful touches - Rick and Sharon are excellent hosts. Highly recommend.

The unit was everything as advertised in a fantastic location to explore Vail and the surrounding areas. Kids really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool that was still very comfortable to use during our weekend there in mid-October. Would definitely stay again.

The owners were incredibly nice and took care of all our needs for our comfy stay. This property was the perfect size for my cousin and I to spend 6 days in Vail. Loved the kitchen and extra eating area at the bar. The bathrooms were spacious enough and had everything we needed. Loved the living area ❤️ It’s almost as if the furniture was designed perfectly for the space. Lots of room and super cozy. Adorable deck with outdoor seating that looks out the balcony and towards the hills of Aspen’s changing colors! Appropriate space for the grill that was supplied if wanting to BBQ. We were so grateful for the parking structure and elevator. Also the gym area/hot tub were conveniently located within short walking distance from our room. We did not get the chance to check out the laundry facility but it was nice knowing we had those amenities available for use as well. This was a great find on Vrbo and glad that we got to experience it!

This is easily one of the best properties at which we have ever stayed. Clean, cozy, convenient, and comfortable. The owners are very easy to communicate with and beyond helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next Fall! We highly recommend this beautiful place.

We love staying here! The views are beautiful, the location can’t be beat and the accommodations are perfect. Everything is close and the complimentary shuttle came in handy a couple of times this year when the energy level just wasn’t there. Plus, we really enjoy working with Rick! Can’t wait for our next Vail vacation.

This condo couldn’t have been better for our end of summer family stay in Vail. My wife and I stayed on the Murphy bed (one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a rental), my in-laws were in the main bedroom, and our 9 month old slept in a crib we rented next to our bed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Having the two bathrooms was a HUGE plus - both of which are very nice - roomy with incredible water pressure. The views on the balcony are fantastic, and the location of the unit really is unbeatable for Lion’s Head. The decor and furniture is updated and very clean. I would recommend 10/10.

We spent a week in Vail enjoying the cool mornings and warm afternoons. The unit was spectacular and exactly as described in the listing. Of special note was the amazing patio where we spent our mornings enjoying coffee, our afternoons reading and our evenings relaxing and reviewing the day's activities. We used the BBQ on multiple occasions which was a real treat and a nice change from restaurant food. Also wonderful was the proximity to everything Vail. Nothing you would want to do was ever more than a 20-minute walk and most were under 5 minutes. Lastly, the area was extremely quiet in the evening and the bedroom essentially blacked out which made sleeping easy! Of course, the comfortable king bed helped a lot too! Hope to be back for another summertime visit!

Great property. Can walk to shopping, restaurants or gondola to take to top of mountain. Perfect location. Property owner was very responsive and helpful, probably best I’ve ever had on a VRBO rental!

We visited Lionshead a week ago and had the best time. This property is beautiful, stocked with all you need for a relaxing, fun, family or adult trip to Vail. The condo was spotless, extremely well kept; we have no complaints at all. Lionshead is a great location if you want a relaxing, lower key, less crowded village, which we enjoyed immensely. If you prefer more crowds Vail Village is a better place for you. You can visit and never leave the village if you choose. It was important for us to have a family vacation before our son started kindergarten and this couldn’t have been more perfect. There is something for everyone, shopping, restaurants, hikes, bike trails, and plenty activities and parks to keep your little ones busy. Epic adventure at the top of the mountain was also super fun; everything is within walking distance. Do get ready to spend some money, but well worth the funds. Rick was awesome to work with and checked in multiple times throughout our stay. The weather was 30 out of 10. :) All in all - excellent. We will be back!

You can’t beat the location, close to everything and next to the scenic river. We have been going for a number of years, and everything is always excellent, clean and we have even noticed that they have upgraded things in the apartment over the years. This shows how they do everything in excellence and top level. Incredible communication with the owners.

We are used to Vail Village but couldn’t reserve where we normally stay on our new July dates so we tried Lions Square. Property couldn’t be more convenient to everything in that area. The property description and pictures are all very accurate. We missed the detail about the fan the first night but that was our fault as it was in the laminated FYIs in the unit. We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication by the host when we reached out. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Stayed 4 nights in July, two adults and 2 kids. The layout and amenities of the condo were just perfect. The Murphy bed is brilliant and much easier than the sofa bed, though great to have one additional bed option just in case. Plenty of extra bedding, everything was really clean, and location can't be beat. Enjoyed the property pool and views. I didn't realize there was no AC in the unit and panicked a bit when I realized that, but they have ceiling fans and box fans and honestly it was fine. It cools off enough at night that sleeping was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! Easy access to bus, shops and restaurants. Our teens were comfortable on the Murphy bed and pull out sofa and we loved the pool for relaxing after morning hikes! Loved it!

The condo was clean, well stocked and in a great central location. The owner was easy to communicate with and expedient when any questions came up.

We had a great time at this central Vail apartment! Getting to the Gondola was so easy and the ski valet was super convenient. We also loved that the property had a car service that would take us to Vail Village if we didn’t feel like walking. The Murphy bed is very comfortable, it’s an actual mattress and not like a fold up couch. We would definitely return!

This property was exactly as described. The location was excellent and getting in and out was a breeze, once you learn the streets and the owner was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay in Lionshead! The location is just perfect. They are not joking around, it really is a one minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola. Also, it’s 30 seconds from shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. We would absolutely stay here again! We cooked breakfast and lunch in the condo each day. The condo was able to sleep our 5 person family. The Murphy bed was perfect! Thank you to the hosts for a great stay. Brian Kelso
