Great property! The interior space is very clean and modern. Open living area with a small but functional kitchen. The outdoor space has a large patio, pool, and tiki area. We spent most of our time here! The beach is very close by, but I would not say it's walkable. The public parking is cheap and very accessible at the beach. The property has everything you would need for a beach trip. We didn't need to interact with the host but she made the process seamless. My family and I would stay here next time for sure!

The house is exactly as it is pictured online. Super easy walk to the stores, restaurants and the beach. Diana was super easy to work with when we had questions.

Host was very easy to deal with. We used the property during hurricane Ian so our stay wasn't a vacation. But inside the home was as advertised and in very good condition.

House was really nice.. one the bathrooms shower didn't like to turn on and off and toilet keep stopping from flushing other then that was beautiful.

This was my first VRBO experience, so I have nothing to compare it to. We found our rental to be almost perfect in every way. Check in was easy and the pictures were accurate. We felt the location was just about perfect. We were about 1/2 mile from beach, 1 tenth mile to groceries and alcohol, and 2 tenths of a mile to many great restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, and we spent every evening walking the streets (no sidewalks in neighborhood).. We paid extra to have the pool heated which had 4 recliners, 6 chairs, a table, and a covered cabana to provide shade. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathrooms were small but usable for a short stay. It seems like everything was provided from soaps, shampoo, garbage bags, laundry soap, tea, coffee, and even a bottle of bubbly in the fridge. The TV had Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a few local channels. The WiFi worked great. Only a few nagatives: The bikes need some tender loving care. 2 bikes had no or poor brakes. My son in law took one to a repair shop and had the brakes fixed. I thought there was too much noise from ambulances, helicopters, and police sirens. Of course those things can't be helped but annoying just the same., Final thought -- we would definitely stay here again. Very good value for the price. All in all, a great relaxing week with Mother Nature providing great weather too!

We love our stay in Pompano Beach, FL - We had a lot of fun and we love to come back sometime.

Everything was quiet as we expected, we felt in house, the children didn't even want to leave !

Very clean, comfortable place. Property manager was prompt answering our needs. The only thing I will complain about is that the place needs new pans and pots. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time ( our first time renting via VRBO). Diana and her husband were super responsive and helpful. We had AC issues as soon as we checked in and he worked all day to resolve it— luckily we were out and about so it wasn’t an issue. He even brought us some mangoes from the neighbors and sliced open green coconuts for us! Simple touches that really made the trip rather nice for us. The house itself is clean and modern and set up for a rental. We had a great first vacation after a year of the pandemic. The kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, Lauderdale by the sea, lighthouse point and Hillsboro beach( which sadly we didn’t discover until the day before our departure). Overall, a lovely stay thanks to the hosts!

Absolutely loved the pool! The house was very nice and clean. Two items we felt we needed more of were, eating utilizes (forks & spoons) and definitely needed more/nicer wash clothes.

The place is very nice and having Diana nearby to address any issues was convenient. The pool is great and everything you need is within walking distance. We stay at vrbo homes a couple of times a year and this is a good choice compared to others.

The house is nice, very clean, pool always clean and warm, very close to the beach. Diana Houseband is a very nice person when we need help with something he was there for us. In general 5 * plus. Thanks for opening the coconut to my kids they love it.

Wanting a break in the midst of Covid, safety and socially distancing along with quality family time away from daily routine and work were on top of our search criteria. This vacation rental on Pompano Beach checked all the boxes. It's a beautiful home, clean, newly renovated and well maintained, with lush tropical garden/landscaping and a nice, private pool for a small family. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, within walking/biking distance of a beach, waterways and restaurants. Even though our family stayed away from crowded public areas this time around, we still found plenty of less crowded/ secluded beaches and other ways to explore the area. The owner/ property manager is approachable, friendly and responsive and we loved interacting with her. Suggestions for property: * A mosquito repellent for the backyard/ pool area * Replace toiletry bottles in the bathrooms with higher quality toiletries, maybe a wall dispenser, or remind guests to bring their own.

Diana is a great property manager. She came with a welcome gift, answered all our questions and gave us a thorough tour of this special, newly designed home. It’s exactly like the Vrbo pictures, beautiful, upscale and very clean. The floors and bathrooms were marble. The bedrooms were very nice with comfy mattresses and bedding. The fenced in private backyard included a lovely heated pool, a covered dining area with ceiling fan and the use of a new grill. This home was equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. If we’re in the area, we would definitely enjoy renting here again.

My daughter and groom were to honeymoon here, paid in February for the August Honeymoon. As they land there they are advised of hurricane Dorian. These 20 year olds, bring from Ohio we’re a little nervous due to water already off shelves and state of Florida becoming a state of emergency. The owner never met them to make them feel comfortable, which I was counting on and so when all the hype came about evacuation they wanted to leave. Only spent 2 days, although I paid for 7 days, she refuses to give my money back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, everything was very clean and communication with Miss Diana was great! I highly recommend this.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property overall. It’s very well-located — minutes from Publix, the beach, restaurants, and the highway — and it is very modern. The pool and BBQ area with tiki hut make for a perfect afternoon. I did feel like the check-in process was a bit overly complicated. After filling out six pages or more of paperwork, I had to text Diana, the landlord, prior to our arrival so she could meet us with the door code and show her my ID and credit card. If the code changes after each stay, I’m not sure why that info couldn’t have been provided in advance. And as for the ID and credit card, Diana took photos of them, again something we could’ve provided in advance. The paperwork was a bit much. This could’ve easily been done via DocuSign or a similar service. Another thing was that sometimes our bedrooms were a bit hot. The house has a Nest thermostat, but it has a PIN/code that is required to lower the temperature past a certain point. My husband called Diana twice, texted her, and also sent an email, but never heard back. She claimed we could contact her if we needed anything, but apparently that wasn’t the case. It was also odd that the vent fans in the bathroom didn’t seem to work. They appeared new, but didn’t turn on. Finally, the TV didn’t have any paid movie channels, or even basic cable, nor did it have Netflix or Hulu. These are inexpensive services, not sure why they couldn’t spring for them, it seems like an oversight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the check-in process, lack of entertainment, and a/c issues did put a damper on the experience.
