This place is great and very big. The house has so much room and different levels and beautifully decorated. There are instructions for everything in the house. We loved the home feeling to it. The property owner was very nice and responsive to all our questions. It’s a great quiet neighborhood situated near everything lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area to visit family again. We highly recommend this home for families who plan to visit the Hill AFB área.

We had a really nice stay, there is lots to do in the area and lovely places to eat

We were in for a wedding so we really just slept there. It was perfect for what we needed it for. It does have a lot of stairs which was fine for us but if you have elderly staying there I would take that into consideration. But overall the stay was good.

The location was great and filled with movies and games, you can tell at one time the home was well loved. Unfortunately, the home is showing lots of wear with some things needing replaced or repaired. Poor communication from the property manager when an issue came up. It took us finding the owners number, texting them and finally received text communication from the property manager 16 hours after leaving the first message.

My family of five rented the home for the weekend, check in process and communication was efficient. How much clean well stocked and an awesome location. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house is decorated very cute. The back yard was perfect for a picnic and a fun corn hole game. We were very comfortable here. The management is wonderful to work with. No problems at all.

property was exactly as listed. A little snag with the Xfinity TV But The owners were awesome and went above and Beyond They came over in 15 minutes when called and stayed their almost 2 hours to Get The Tv working with Xfinity. Much Love to these Folks !

Awesome ski trip with my son and brother. Great location. Plenty of stores and restaurants in Ogden. Communication and responsiveness of owner was fantastic. House had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again for a ski trip to Snowbasin.

Communication was great with the host before and during the trip, and easy check in. SUV fit in the garage and the other car fit in the driveway. Our group of 10 easily fit in the home without feeling crowded. Kids loved the game area. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. After a full day skiing, it was nice to just kick back and relax there. I'd definitely come back.

Communication and lead-up were great. Quick responses to any questions. Extremely friendly. Access and property info made sense. Convenient and helpful Welcome Binder with plenty of info. Shovels to shovel the steps, driveway, and anything that might get icy. Great exercise!! Honestly, the best part was that it simply felt like a cozy home after a long day of snowboarding or snowmobiling. Very interesting and cool 2-Level Split design. No rear neighbors. Privacy in the backyard. The Owners even messaged to make sure we had everything we needed. We brought a LOT of our own essentials, baking needs, trash bags, body wash, but they had a lot of that stuff already. Felt like home. Great experience. Thank you!!

There was plenty of room for all of our family. We were ther for my son’s wedding. It’s in an older neighborhood but it felt safe. The hospital was just done the street and it had a great walking trail around it that I was able to get some quick runs in. Some things could be updated like the shower heads and the door sticking but overall it is well taken care of.

This house is a great fit for a family. It has almost everything exept enough gates for 3 levels. Other than that, it is at a good location. It is close to the canyon grocery stores and many other great attractions. The owner responds quickly to questions and they are friendly. I for sure recommend this house.

Great spot for our ski trip. We haven’t stayed in this part of Ogden before but it worked out great for our Snowbasin weekend. House amenities were perfect. Loved the local coffee they supplied. Nice to have the whole house to ourselves. Lots of food places in the area. Host was very responsive with communication! Highly recommend Will definitely go back.

My friends and I had our biannual ski trip in February. The house was perfect. We loved the setup and the cozy atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. We loved the backyard too with the fire pit. The location was perfect for the more northern ski resorts and the town of Ogden is amazing. So many delicious restaurants and breweries. We all highly recommend it!!!

I came to Ogden to buy a truck. I needed a place to sleep and this host was able to provide. The house has plenty of sleeping space

The family sisters really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was cozy yet roomy and just as described. Communication with Tracy was a breeze and we appreciated her recommendations for activities in the area, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. One reason we booked was because of the fun backyard firepit for outdoor gathering.

We stayed at this house in September 2021 while in town for a wedding. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definately stay there again.

This was a great place for us to gather with our Ogden relatives. Loved the patio and fire pit. Tracy was very easy to communicate with at all times.

Everything was according description online, we have a good time, beside it's closer to mountains close to the city.

My family was in Ogden for my husband’s family reunion including a surprise 80th Birthday Celebration for my Brother in Law. The VRBO home was a perfect location, close to amenities, family and local recreation. During our visit, we enjoyed hiking, golf, shopping & most of all, spending time with family. The house was clean and as described. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment venues. Virg’s about a half mile away was our favorite take-out restaurant for breakfast and while slightly further away the Greenery restaurant at Rainbow Gardens had a superior lunch plus the added bonus of shopping or viewing the river (the Mormon Muffins with honey butter for dessert were delicious). The home had room for us to spread out or gather. In the evenings, we played card games around the table or sat in the den reminisced about my three adult daughter’s childhood memories. The time spent with my family will be cherished for years to come. Thank you, Tracy, for hosting us. We enjoyed our stay and would reserve your home again should future travel put us is in your area.
