Condo was everything they listed and more! Great for a group of 6 women and perfect location. We booked next years trip while we were there.

Our family fell in love instantly with the condo! Everything was perfect - from the parking at the front door, the room we had in the condo, the security, the access to the beach, and the cleanliness of the complex. No problems at all. Orange Beach is a very nice place to visit, and we will definitely be back.

My family and I just spent a week in this rental and it far exceeded our expectations!! We have been traveling to the area for 10+ years, and we’ve never loved a unit as much as this one. The complex is low-density and the beach was not crowded at all even during the peak season we were in. Parking right outside the condo door was so extremely convenient. Close enough to restaurants and shopping but not overly busy and chaotic. Plenty of space, fully furnished kitchen, and wonderful views from the corner balcony. The cleaning company should be commended as well, as we’ve never had a unit look and feel as “deep cleaned” as this one did. We loved it so much we’ve already inquired about renting it again next year. Don’t let this one pass you by- it’s perfection!

The entire condo was very nice. I was impressed with how well it was stocked with various supplies. The rooms were very spacious! Will definitely book again in the future!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and met and exceeded all expectations. Spacious, gorgeous views, convenient parking, nicely decorated and comfortable. We all agreed we would gladly return. Perfect set up for 3 couples.

This condo is huge, light and airy, and located right on the gulf. We were 5 retired seniors having our annual catch-up week. The roar of the surf is so soothing here as one sits on the deck. The parking accomodation at the door on the 4th floor is wonderfully convenient with carts to help you unload your car. The manager was very responsive to questions and problems. But be aware that you best make an early grocery run if you fly in. There will be 4 toilets with just one roll of paper at each, no kleenex, no spices at all, even salt. The fridge and freezer are totally bare. We drove so I brought most with us except did not anticipate the tp shortage.

This has become our favorite getaway! It clicks all the boxes for our family. Beautiful condo with amazing view, great parking, able to maneuver a wheelchair or walker, well equipped kitchen, great furniture to enjoy the balcony and an amazing indoor pool. And management is so helpful! See you next year!

Very beautiful condo. Parking was ideal, literally steps from the front door. So spacious as well. We had beautiful weather during our stay, so that was a plus 😊.

We have taken our mother to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores 3 times. This stay was BY FAR the best condo that we have stayed in. The property owner is easy to contact and very helpful. All of the furniture, including the beds, were very comfortable. The appliances, decor and all of the cabinets were high end. I will try my best to stay here in the future!!!

We loved it!! This condo is by far the best I have ever stayed in. Very well stocked with plenty of dishes, bath towels and beach chairs! The beach cart was very helpful as well. The ocean view from any where in the condo, was great! Everyone had a great view from their room as well. We will definitely rent again! Thanks so much!!! You have a beautiful place!!

I booked this property for family (6 adults including elderly parents). Everyone was so impressed I found such a great place! For us a major plus is the parking right outside the door to condo. Perfect for us older folks. Great views and balcony in every bedroom. The chef of the family said best equipped kitchen he has ever seen for a condo. Everything so well thought out through the entire complex. We will definitely be back!

We really like the location and layout of the condo. It really works for our family. The condo was not as clean as it has been in the past and the ice maker didn't work which I count on for ice. So I was disappointed with those things but we had a nice vacation.

We have been coming here for seven years straight. It never disappoints. Great management, great location and great furnishings.

Only complaint was that the ice maker was not working. I understand there was one on back order but this is a wonderful perk. We REALLY enjoy having ice in the room!!

This is the second time we’ve rented this unit, and I’m convinced it’s the best unit, best complex and best beach! We’ve previously stayed in Phoenix X, and while it was fine, this condo in Phoenix IX is so much better. The views are great, the new deck furniture is fabulous, and the beach is not at all crowded. We plan to book it again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and amazing unit. It was spacious and well stocked. Finally, enough towels so that I wasn’t washing towels constantly. Loved the fact that there was dish available for all the tv’s and not stuck with streaming services. The unit was very comfortable with amazing views since it was a corner unit. Loved the huge balcony as it wrapped around giving every room a view and access. The bedrooms were a little warm at night if the doors were shut. The vents were small, and really had a hard time adequately cooling especially the master bedroom; but their were other family members who were quite comfortable. We did follow the directions and kept the thermostats 2 degrees different, and the rest of the unit was cooled perfectly. The beach service was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. There also was a nice supply of beach toys in the closet. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool since the outdoor pool was still a little cool. Loved being able to park close to the door of the unit and we didn’t have to deal with luggage carts or elevators. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the owners hospitality.
