House is located in a perfect location

We absolutely loved this house and had a wonderful week with family!!! The outdoor spaces were amazing and the house was one of a kind. We can’t wait to go back. Seconds from the beach and no crowds!!!! Don’t wait, book this one fast!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property with the close proximity to the beach, much less crowded on the private beach and the homeowners are terrific with their communication and clarity on all aspects of the beach house rental.

Beautiful home in the perfect location!!
This is our second year in a row staying at this home. We had a wonderful stay! The location is great with the private beach and the proximity into Dewey. It was so nice to be able to walk back and forth from the beach easily with young kids. There was plenty of room to spread out as we had 3 families sharing the home. There were even plenty of spots for those who needed to set up a laptop and work during the trip. The pictures don’t do the house justice, it’s more beautiful in person! And the shuffle board is always a nice treat! The owners are quick to respond and delightful to work with. We hope to stay at this home again next year!

Beautiful house on a private beach
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Stephany and Ryan were amazing hosts, very responsive to messages. The beach was private which was wonderful and it was very easy to socially distance given the current situation. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home at the perfect beach spot!
We stayed here with our 3 children and another family who has one child. This house was perfect for what we were looking for! It’s just steps away from the beach which is ideal when traveling with 4 children 7 years and younger. The pictures did not do the house justice. It was very charming yet full of many bedrooms, bathrooms, decks, and hang out areas! We never felt like we were on top of each other. There are beautiful ocean views as well. We all loved the shuffleboard table! We had a fantastic stay and the owners were easy to work with as well! We hope to stay here again in the future!

The Pics on VRBO don’t do this house justice. It is the perfect house for a large family vacation. Location was perfect & Ryan the owner was wonderful. We had a hurricane pass thru n and he told us exactly how to prepare the house & all went well.

I rented this house before the pandemic but because of the private beach and fully equipped kitchen I decided it would be safe to keep my reservation. This was a wonderful vacation. I packed everything needed for the week so we could avoid coming in contact with others. The house is well stocked, the kitchen was easy to use and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very relaxing. Definitely would stay here again.

I rented this house before the pandemic but because of the private beach and fully equipped kitchen I decided it would be safe to keep my reservation. This was a wonderful vacation. Beautiful escape
This was our first time in Dewey Beach and the house was perfect! The private beach was key since it allowed us to properly social distance from others. Steps from the beach and ocean views made this house the perfect escape for our family. We enjoyed our time and hope to come back in the future!

We had been vacationing in Bethany Beach for many years and decided that for 2019 we would try Dewey Beach. We found this home on VRBO and contacted the owners about the property. The owners Stephany and Ryan could not have been nicer. The house was great and our family have a wonderful time. We will be back next year!!!!!

The pictures of this beach house do not do it any justice! Our family enjoyed the accessibility to the private beach (1 house away with ocean views!), many porches with comfortable sitting areas, screened in porch, and state-of-the-art shuffle board table. There was plenty of room and every room was spotless when we arrived. The outdoor shower made cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze.
The open kitchen and living area made cooking meals a family event. There were high end appliances and grocery stores, including a farmer's market, nearby. The house's many amenities make it a must rent on the Delaware shore. We will certainly return again!

Great stay at this property
This is a great house. It is just steps away from a private beach on the ocean. The House is beautifully kept, roomy and well equipped - including baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairways which made it perfect for my family of 8 adults and 4 children - including 2 under the age of 2. The bunk room with 4 bunk beds was great for the older children. The large kitchen was very will equipped including an espresso maker and there was a great outdoor grill. There were plenty of beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. And the owners were wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

We just finished our second year renting "the Blue Roof house". It is a wonderful home and we look forward to returning again next year!

A wonderful house on the beach!
This "Blue Roof House" was very accommodating for our whole family. It was comfortable, clean, modern appliances and bathrooms - and gorgeous! And just steps to the beach/ocean. Loved it and plan to rent it again next summer.
The owners were very nice and made sure we had an enjoyable week!!
