Our family had an amazing stay. We absolutely loved the view and location. Amazing to have our own pool at the house. House layout is great and there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a week with family. Would definitely book house again.

Host does not maintain the house. The listing should not be valued at this price. This experience demonstrated poor communication both with the host and Vrbo. The issues that we experienced during this stay ultimately forced us to end our vacation early. Vrbo would not help with refund unless photo evidence of raw sewage under the house was provided.
Our stay was marred by several significant issues, rendering our vacation far from enjoyable. These problems included:
Live and dead cockroaches present in every room of the house. Roaches were seen crawling out of outlets and in sinks.
Four different service professionals were present on the property for four days of our stay, more than half of our rental period, to address an onslaught of maintenance issues including electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, and cleaning service.
The most distressing issue during our stay was the raw sewage leak. The leak and associated fumes rendered the property uninhabitable, forcing 10 guests to evacuate the premises. This incident not only disrupted our vacation plans but also posed a health and safety risk to a toddler, pregnant person, and older adults.
Throughout our stay, the various maintenance issues and other concerns were met with a lack of care and responsiveness from the host. This uncooperative attitude left us feeling dismissed and stressed for what was meant to be a vacation.
I wish there was a way to give 0 stars as I believe this is an accurate review.

We enjoyed the property, great views wonderful set up. Our complaint would be the queen bed upstairs needs a new and better mattress.

We have stayed on Seabrook Island several times and we were happy to find a house to rent Captain Sam’s Creek. The house is well appointed with everything needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Although it could use some updating, it is understandable for a rental to show some use. The pool doesn’t seem to be heated so it was a bit chilly since it was early April and it had been cold there. We rented kayaks and had easy access to the creek. Perfect mornings for coffee on the deck, super quick access to beach, we’ll be back for sure!

Our family couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and spacious home for our October Family Beach Trip! This lovely home was perfect for our large family! We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms, cozy den and grand entertaining great room! The large pool and amazing deck area was perfect for lots of family fun all week. We were so happy that the property was right near the marsh-perfect for viewing the gorgeous sunrises each day! Secluded in a quiet cul de sac, we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place for our October Beach Trip!

This was our fifth trip to Seabrook island and first time at this house. The trip included my wife and I plus our three kids and grandma. The house is enormous compared to other places we have stayed. The rooms are great size and exceeded every space expectation. It is further from the beach than some houses we have stayed in, but it was a 1 minute drive to the closest boardwalk … we only drove to avoid complaints from the kids. Having our own pool was life changing because of all the new rules at the beach front pool on the island. The kids enjoyed splashing around the pool at all hours, and parents enjoys the stunning view and quiet / secluded yard. We had some issues with the thermostat, but the property manager was easy to reach. The kitchen has a ton of dishes / equipment (microwave took a long time to heat anything up but everything else worked well); we were surprised that there were no spices/condiments etc… so plan to have your own. There were a lot more paper towels, toilet paper, soap than we typically find. We will definitely consider returning on our next trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I have rented dozens of houses on Kiawah and Seabrook over the last 20 years, and this house was my absolute favorite. Beautiful marsh view of the sunrise, fantastic deck/pool area for entertaining and relaxing, and super spacious home, all within a short walk to the best part of the beach at Boardwalk #1 which is the closest to the dolphin strand-feeding area. Clean, comfy and well stocked. And as a bonus, Linda is a super nice owner who is very responsive. Book with total confidence. We will be back!

Wonderful week staying in this beautiful, well appointed home. It was clean, amazingly well stocked, and super comfortable. The pool overlooking the marsh made this the perfect place for our family, including 4 small children, to spend a relaxing week together. Highly recommend.

Amazing week at Seabrook Island
This was our first time staying at Seabrook Island. We’ve always stayed at Folly Beach. My son was getting married close to Seabrook so that’s what made us stay.
Community was very nice. We didn’t use the pools at the beach due to our rental had its own pool. Very beautiful beach.
Yes, house was dated but clean, had plenty of cookware, dishes for our stay. Had plenty of room for my group.
Arrived at house and pool deck had no furniture. All had been moved to stain deck and the deck had not been finished so they just left everything off. So I was not happy to have to move lounge chairs and and everything else that should’ve been up on deck back. Really sucked after packing my car and driving 4 plus hours then unpack and then that. But, didn’t let that ruin my trip.
The kids had a ball in the pool even tho it was cold they played and had fun.
New washer and dryer was nice, Not enough bath towels for 10 people had to wash a load daily. Other than the porch and towels it was a nice getaway. Would stay at 3322 Wildcat Point again.

We would return
A beautiful home….Would definitely consider returning…. needs alittle TLC, we understand it is a rental…… we were told not to use the dryer 3 days after being there because it had been acting up before we even got there…things happen we know but we packed knowing we had a washer & dryer especially with little kids….shower door in main bathroom would not close. Some of the boards on the pool patio were sticking up….. our one grandson got quite a large splinter on the bottom of his foot. We were concerned about the pool water being checked for levels…..not sure if that was all done mechanically? We are going on how we handle pools here in Ohio. Beautiful location!!!! The kitchen is more then stocked with all the things you would need to cook or grill out!! Thank you!

Wonderful open spaces with plenty of room for family and children. The pool is positioned perfectly for maximum views and privacy. Loved all the china patterns to pick from for our family dinners. The proximity to the beach can't be beat, will be back for sure!

Love Seabrook
We loved seabrook! House is perfect location and short walk/drive to beach. Great spot for bike riding. House is huge! Needs some TLC and deep cleaning. We were really bummed the pool isn’t heated as the water was very chilly, even with the warm days. I’m sure it would feel perfect in the summer though! Overall, we had a great vacation! Thank you and hope to be back soon!

Lovely pool deck and views
This is a very large house with a fantastic pool deck and beautiful views. Our fitness crazy family enjoyed exercising on the deck and lounging in the pool. And the marsh views were a lovely background when we were stuck "working remotely".

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It met or exceeded all our expectations. The house is not only large but designed in such a way that people can be together without being on top of each other. The location and outside space is perfect. It was very hot during part of our stay and the pool was a great escape from the heat. We could kayak from the backyard into the marsh and it is an easy short bike ride to the beach.

Poolside Paradise
We changed our vacation plans on a short time frame and then changed the dates so we could reserve this property. A pool was a must for us and this house fit the bill. The home was large so we could be together as an extended family or have time alone. The pool area was great. We spent so much time out there. The drink fridge by the pool was a very nice touch. The cooks of the group appreciated all the dinnerware. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions that arose. We've been to Seabrook several times and all agreed we would definitely come back to this home.

Private Seabrook home with plenty of space & huge pool
Our family of six had a wonderful week of summer vacation at this home. It’s bigger and more open than the pictures feel. The highlight is clearly the great pool and huge deck that looks out over the marsh. It feels very private, yet you are right in the middle of Seabrook and it’s a relatively quick bike ride to the beach or Beach Club. Having amenity cards which provides access to the club was very nice as well. There are a few parts of the home that felt dated or imperfect, but all of the important pieces were all good.

Great property!
This house is HUGE-great for large families! The location is absolutely beautiful-cannot be beat for fishing-you will have to bike or drive to beach but not bad at all.
The pool is AMAZING plus it is so nice to have the ammenities cards as well.
Linda and John were super responsive to the few issues that we had.
Would love to return to this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to vacation.

Very comfortable and spacious home
This home accommodated all of our family’s needs in every way imaginable! With 4 children they each had their own bed, the master was gorgeous, very comfortable beds, lots of windows and light, beautiful marsh views, peaceful setting. The pool water was always clean and a nice temperature. Close bike ride to North Beach. Bring beach towels, we forgot ours. Kitchen is well equipped and has festive dishes for entertaining. Very comfortable feeling in this home, we will definitely return next summer!

Absolutely amazing!
Our stay at Seabrook was amazing! We loved all the wildlife we saw and beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The house that we rented was exactly what we needed for a family of 8 adults and 3 small children one being a infant. The private pool was where we spent most of our time. Enjoying the wonderful views from the balcony and deck by the pool. The only complaint we had was the appliances in the kitchen did not work properly from the first day we got there. The refrigerator did not stay cold. We had to keep a lot of our cold stuff in coolers. There was a double oven, the bottom one didn’t even work and the top took for ever to heat up and did not cook evenly. So we had to use the small toaster oven to cook biscuit and other smaller stuff. We did not plan to eat out because of the children and we wanted enjoy the amenities at the house. But overall we enjoyed our stay and we would even stay there again if they get the appliances updated.

Large house great pool beautiful view
I just finished a great vacation at Seabrook Island. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The view was spectacular with an abundance of wild life to watch. The deck around the awesome pool was huge. We had plenty of outdoor furniture to relax in while watching the salt marsh rise and fall each day. If you want a great place with room for plenty of guests, I recommend this place. You can grill on the deck while watching the kids swim in the pool. The kitchen was well equipped, so if you like to cook at home, you will enjoy staying here.
