We loved the beautifully-appointed condo, as well as the location. The view and beach can't be beat! The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week. Can't wait to go back!

We Loved our stay! The condo is literally on the beach and the view from the patio is stunning especially at sunset. This is a very nice area with a long stretch of beautiful beach. Everything was clean we were very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! The hosts were so helpful when our flights coming and going got canceled and rebooked. Great response time! 10/10 We highly recommend!

This place worked perfect for us. It has a beautiful window that over looks the gulf which my wife loved. She is more into staying close to home, and having a giant window to view the scenery worked perfect for her. I am more into adventures and the location was perfect for short trips to everywhere you want to go and explore. The beach access is awesome and the community was very nice. We brought our two Pomeranians and the neighborhood offered beautiful views while walking the dogs. We will definitely book again. The hosts are amazing and very responsive. Russ, the maintenance guy, is always around working on something and ready to help with anything you need at the drop of a hat, He always did it with a smile and made you feel comfortable with asking for help. In short, just an amazing place.

We have been coming to the Beach Club for many years multiple times a year. We have always enjoyed it but much less since it no longer runs as a hotel. However, this time we felt so welcome with Joanna and Island Way Rental Properties.

Absolutely loved our stay! The sunsets were spectacular and the quick, easy beach access was so convenient. The condo was clean and well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and high quality beach gear. The hosts were friendly and very responsive with answering our questions. Highly recommend. Hope to come back next year.

We had a great stay ! Management was more than nice and was happy to answer any questions we had. Great place for a couple and was extremely clean. Love that it's right at the steps leading to the parking lot and just steps away from the beach. High tide limits the beach area but it didn't bother us. :)

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It is a bit small but perfect for a couple. Would love to come back and stay again.

Fabulous get away if you are ok with a small bedroom and the main area is workable for 2 people. Parking was never an issue. Great place for 2 adults. View of the ocean is awesome and to be able to walk out onto the beach in seconds to drink my coffee was my favorite time of the day.

We loved this cozy, little one bedroom unit for a long weekend away from the cold. The condo was spotless, organized with the essentials and the unit provided a perfect view of the ocean! As an added bonus, the hosts were excellent communicators! We would love to come back and visit again!

This property was perfect for our week long vacation. The view was outstanding, and the location was great. The condo was so sweet and comfy, my 22 yr old daughter and myself really enjoyed the entire experience.

Property manager was excellent to deal with. She made our stay very comfortable

Cute little place and awesome location, however it was unfortunate we had to leave after spending a day in the unit. We were forewarned there was construction however none of us knew just how bad it was going to be. Our hosts were absolutely amazing and relocated us immediately to a fabulous property in Manatee Bay. Thank you for making our stay wonderful and peaceful. :) We hope to return again one day.

Great location on the Suncoast south of Clearwater but away from the busyness. Nice smaller complex(Bellaire Beach Resort) right on the beach and the unit was everything that was promised. Perfect for two people. Easy communication with the property manager. We will be back next winter!

We were not advised of the property repairs that were ongoing. Workers arrived promptly at 7:00 am with drills and jack hammers. No need for an alarm. Oh , wait they tested that too! We were not offered another room or to change properties. We will choose better next time.

Condo is small but perfect for two people. It is on the beach and we loved the sunsets. Lance and Joanna were great. We had a problem and it was fixed right away. We would stay there again

We have stayed twice this year. We loved it!

Due to hurricane Ian, I had to evacuate 2 nights early. It’s just the risk you take booking during hurricane season. There was a fishy odor in the condo, but it was not intolerable. I believe it may have been from prior guests, and the Manager said it may have been from other units. View was gorgeous, beach just steps away. Perfect for one or 2 guests.

We stayed for a week and it was great! The condo is away from the busy part of Clearwater Beach so it was private and quiet. Everything was clean, in good condition, and we loved having access to a private beach - we never had to fight for space. We will definitely be returning in the future!

All my questions were answered prior to booking. Love the keyless entry, after a long 12 hour drive we walked straight in to the condo. The condo was clean, bed was comfortable, had everything you could possibly need for the kitchen. Very quit. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. The beach was never crowded due to no public access. Joanna and Lance were so helpful. Great place to stay we will definitely stay here again.

It was great, wished it had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Otherwise it was very nice, great location to the beach and watch sunsets

Condo was tastefully done with everything needed including beach, chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Location was perfect and owners were extremely responsive to minor issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Good experience

This compact unit was as described/pictured and was a very functional space for two adults. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, paved patio and beach. The hosts were very responsive when bathroom vanity light bulbs needed to be replaced and in assuring the cable company restored Wi-Fi access when it went out. Appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella and yoga mat in the unit.

Quiet area with easy access to the beach. The couch was definitely not comfortable, but the bed was very comfortable. No oven, but we used one of the grills for some of our meals. Property manager was very kind and responsive.
