Two couples and our dogs came for a long weekend - we had a fabulous time! The kitchen was well-stocked with equipment, and the yard and fire pit were amazing. Our dogs were in heaven. The fence is secure and complete, but it is low enough to jump so beware if you have a runner.

It was the perfect place to stay in and celebrate with friends. Such a cozy home and pet friendly. The backyard was a perfect place to let them run free!

My family, my dog Gus, and I had a great weekend! Between the fireplace, bonfire pit, and nearby walking trails there were plenty of leisurely activities to partake in during our stay. We are look forward to returning in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is so cozy, relaxing and clean. The host is very generous in her accommodations. We never needed to go out for anything except our daily food needs. Quick weekend trip to Michigan before our kids go back to school. A Dog Life Cottage did not disappoint. Open floor plan, great outdoor space that is fenced in for pups. Great getaway spot year-round. The only thing missing was our Doodle, we will bring him with us next time.

My friends and I were looking for the perfect place to spend a long weekend and we definitely found it here. There was plenty of space for us and the home had everything we needed to make our home away from home feel seamless. The location is a short drive away from nightlife and other restaurants and shops, while also being quiet and cozy. We will definitely be booking this home again and will be bringing our dogs with us next time!!!

Lovely home with beautiful dog friendly backyard. We enjoyed the screened porch and well stocked kitchen. Close to beaches, food and brewery options. So nice to have a spot that accommodates family and our dog. Host was very helpful with quick communication. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our group was 4 adults and 1 dog. We had a wonderful stay here and wished our trip was longer. The backyard was amazing for the dog and he loved getting to run around and play. We used the fire pit for s’mores and spent much time around the dining table playing games and doing puzzles. This house has so much beautiful natural light, the bedrooms were cozy and had everything we needed. Would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous backyard that is perfect for all the visitors- especially the dogs! The location is perfect- close to things, but enough away to have peace and quiet. Would highly recommend to all - especially to dog folks because that backyard is superb. House has many amenities to make for a home away from home feel.

We stayed in the early spring and had a bit of snow and chilly temps but we were able to use the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit to warm up. Love the yard and the house. Highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful, open floor plan-house for small family. Fabulous patio with fire place, and large, safe backyard for Rovers’ to romp. Love it!

This house was very comfort and meet all our needs for our family vacation. We loved the location as it was only a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

This is a very nice property. Very clean. It was wonderful having the fenced in backyard for our pets. It too was very clean. Thank you to all the responsible pet owners who stayed before us and made sure they cleaned up after their pets. We would stay at this location again.

This house had exactly what we were looking for with our family. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom, my parents in the 2nd bedroom, and our two little kiddos in the room with the two twins. Our two dogs loved the yard and relaxing in the screened in porch. (Hard to find a place that allows and welcomes dogs with a big yard like this one.) Our kids enjoyed the big tub and the huge firepit for marshmallows! Most of our days were spent going to the Cherry Beach about 2 mins away, more private than the other 2 beaches nearby. We were also close enough to other nearby towns for dinner, ice cream, or drinks. Pam was great at getting us more firewood and answering any questions. The only thing we couldn't find were trails to ride our bikes, rather than riding on the roads, or mountain bikes dirt trails. We can not wait to go back!!!

Large fenced in backyard was the best for our dog to roam. Plenty of fun outdoor spaces to spend time relaxing such as the screened in porch, deck sectional, and outdoor dining space. Location is so close to the large Warren Dunes dog beach. We had easy access to everything we wanted from beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and fresh produce markets. We loved this place. It's clean, well equipped, and charming. The yard is HUGE and beautiful. It's quiet, neighbors were friendly. We'd definitely return.

This home/cabin is beautiful and so functional. The best part was the back yard being totally fenced in. Our two dogs loved running around, exploring and playing fetch.

Older cottage nestled nicely in woods, lots of privacy. Easy access to new Buffalo and St Joe. Great fire pit, fully stocked kitchen and a gas Weber grill. Everything worked properly and I have no complaints. Even the dog/cat enjoyed.

The cottage was perfect for us in a quiet, woodsy setting. We enjoyed the backyard and fire pit as well as just relaxing in the screened porch listening to nature. Great access within a 10 minute drive to Warren Dunes or Three Oaks, just a bit farther to Fernwood Botanical Garden which is a beautiful, must-see destination, or to New Buffalo. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice jetted bathtub. Would definitely stay again!

Love this property and hope to return. Not sure which I like better, the great covered porch or sitting n the screened in porch out back. We know our dog loved the enclosed yard. Very comfortable and well decorated. Pam is great to work with and very responsive. We also appreciate having a great grocery store, Barney’s only about 10 minutes away, they have plenty of gluten free food available also. Missing A Dog’s Life already!
