We so enjoyed staying at this property! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and location was fantastic with lots of lake toys to keep everyone entertained. The only downside was that it was super hot outside and the downstairs bedroom did not seem to cool off as well as the rooms upstairs. I would totally rent this place again though! We just won’t come in July when it is 100+ degrees outside. :)

Great time here! Place is beautiful & clean, owners very friendly. Definitely recommend. We rented boats and jet skis from splash boat rentals in Kingsland but wouldn’t do that again it’s a 25 minute drive to get there and then have to drive your boat back. It seems they don’t deliver any more. Lake LBJ boat rentals way closer. Great time regardless.

This lovely lakeside property has everything you need to relax and enjoy the water! Outfitted with plenty of water toys and everything you need for outdoor fun. Conveniently located next to Horseshoe Bay Resort and nearby restaurants. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Ample decks and dockside spaces to enjoy morning coffee and soak in the sun. High speed wifi worked great for working remotely! An amazing place to escape for a few days!!

We had a blast. My family was so happy being there. Really there was no reason to leave. Townhome is stocked for a comfortable stay.

We werw super bummed that the weather didnt cooperate with our boating and outdoor plans, but it made us appreciate the inside of the property that much more! Great landing spot for us for the weekend - we look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay at this property. The host was very responsive, which is always nice. The location is great and its extremely convenient if you’re bringing a boat. We had two issues during our stay. The first issue was a lack of cleaning. Whoever cleaned the unit did not do a good job. I wouldn’t say it was extremely dirty or anything, but there were signs that it was not thoroughly cleaned. A few examples of this were a used bar of soap in the shower, trash in the trash cans upon arrival, and grime around a bottle of hand soap showing they just wiped around it when cleaning. The second issue was a lack of washcloths. The listing says that they supply bath towels, so I felt safe assuming that meant washcloths too. We booked the unit for 7 people, and we arrived to only find 2 washcloths in the whole unit. I searched every cabinet and closet I could. I then called the host and she answered immediately. I do have to say she did resolve the issue quickly by sending me to another unit she owns to get washcloths from there. My only real problem was that when I told her that I only found 2 and needed 5 more she acted very surprised. I don’t see how that’s surprising that I need a washcloth for each person in my party. Overall, it served our purpose, and we enjoyed our stay at this property. Next time I return to the Lake LBJ area, I think I’ll look for someplace else.

It was great

My family rents in this area several times a year and this is a primo location for lake access as well as Horseshoe Bay. This is the first time renting from this host and we will definitely be coming back again. I really feel we got a deal for our money and so happy with all aspects of the property. The neighbors who own adjacent properties are all very friendly.

great place --great location- great hosts. We have stayed at many VRBO's and this is one that we will be back to. We were there for a long term stay --kitchen and unit are well equipped.

Our short stay was great. The location is very convenient to the resort for the convention we were attending. The condo was well appointed, comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four and had wonderful views.

This house is amazing! The view is gorgeous - you are right on the water in the marina and the view is incredible. Love how close it is to Marble Falls. Used all the bunk beds, plus there is a super nice master and another bedrooms with a queen so plenty of room for everyone in our small group. We hung on on the dock in the morning for coffee. Will definitely be coming back!

The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom was fine, but the only other bedroom upstairs is a bunk room, which is fine for kids by not conducive for adult guests. The only other “bedroom” is on the bottom level, which appears to be an “after thought” addition since it is extremely small, has a queen size bed, and columns supporting the main level right next to the bed. The bathroom for the bottom level bedroom is across the hall and extremely small, with restrictions on how to use the toilet. Our guests slept there, but used the bathroom upstairs. Worse was the cleanliness of the porches. Bugs and spider webs littered the upstairs and downstairs porches. We spent time wiping down the rails and walls outside just to be able to sit outside during the day and evenings. We understand that bugs are a problem along the lake, but there was no effort to ensure the unit was clean before we arrived. The downstairs porch was covered with dead bugs. Parking is an issue since there is limited space for more than one car, especially on weekends. Overall, it was an adequate space to spend on Lake LBJ, but we’ll likely look for something thing else for our next visit.

Our stay at this resort was very good in general . The little kids loved the room with the the double bunk beds , and we had a really good view from the balcony The one thing that wasn’t good about the property was the cleanliness of the balcony and the outdoor furniture. There were many spiders and webs and we had to clean them thoroughly before using them.

Great place for family and children. Had watertoys for adult and kid.
