The condo is beautiful, so clean with everything you could want. It has its own private beach which was very clean. Being on the north side of the island there was a constant breeze, which was welcome in the heat. The check in was easy with a key code for entrance. The owners were extremely helpful with any queries. If you are disabled there are two flights of steps which may cause difficulty. The condo has a massive fridge and freezer so stock up as the nearest supermarket is about 30min drive. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family.

We enjoyed the beach out back, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. Condo was beautifully decorated and up to date. Great place to get away for some quiet or travel 5 min to Rum Point where many gather on the lounge chairs.

The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need! Super comfy beds, nice pool, and a completely empty, quiet beach made this the most relaxing vacation. The proximity to rum point (5 mins) and east end (20 mins) was super convenient, and even the drive out to seven mile beach wasn’t too bad (~45 mins). Our hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had. This was the perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was on the north side and super quiet and private. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. We enjoyed the close proximity to Rum Point and starfish bay. Condo had everything we needed as far as beach towels and kitchen stuff. The beach was quiet. We enjoyed snorkeling. We took our own paddleboards and used them almost everyday to go out and snorkel. We saw turtles, stingrays, lots of fish and found big conch shells. We did go during seagrass season(June), which was not my favorite thing but once you get out past the grass, the water was clear and wonderful. We would return again!

We really enjoyed this condo that had what our family needed. We probably snorkeled (and swam) more here because of the convenience and most days it was clear and calm. Well stocked kitchen, clean, quiet condo made for a great stay. Always very responsive to all my questions!

The location was perfect if you want peace and quiet. The beach was beautiful but when you got in the water it was very rocky. The kitchen had everything that I needed to cook. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. Stop and get groceries on your way to the condo. The decent groceries are on the other side of island. The one near the condo is a major price gouger. You will pay 5 times more than FosterS. My only complaint is the condo was supposed to be ready at 4. We had been traveling 11 hours and thought that maybe we could get in a little early. We got there at 3:40 and the maids were just getting there. It was after 5 before we got in

This stay was perfect for our family who loved the remote setting away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the pool as it was perfect for our kids (we have 3 young boys). There was never anyone at it too, which was an added bonus! The host was very responsive and quick to help with any support that was needed!

This condo is well appointed with everything needed for a great trip. Lots of beach towels. Lots of space, cookware, working appliances ❤️❤️ and a great view. The property management was available if needed.
The owners Ken and Susan were quick to respond and so helpful with any questions we had!! We will be returning asap!

We enjoyed being on the quieter side of the island. Absolutely beautiful sunsets and views. Swimming pool, on the beach, Rum Point very close which was my favorite part of the island. Very low key. The owners went over and above on making sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great property, very quiet, everything was as advertised. Great amenities and neighbors were very nice. Must! have a vehicle to get around because the taxi will be a killer. Only thing that was an issue was the address provided never brought us to the actual location. Otherwise, I would definitely book again if I decide to return again.

This condo was perfect for our litttle family. It felt like we had the pool and beach to ourselves for the most part. The condo had everything we really needed. Tons of beach towels, amazing views, and senerity. I liked staying away from the hustle and bustle of the 7MB area and west bay. We rented a car so we enjoyed every part of the island. I would highly recommend that. We had a magical vacation.

We had another wonderful stay at the Cayman Breeze. The new couch and sofa are very comfortable. Everything is well appointed, and ready for your beachfront stay.

We had a great time at this condo. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Most days we had the pool and beach area to ourselves. It was incredibly peaceful. Couple minor suggestions would be to replace the beach towels, many are worn so thin they have holes in them and to provide a couple of portable beach chairs for exploring the many beautiful beaches on the island. Overall, we had a great experience!

We were very pleased with the condo. It was just as described and lived up to our expectations. The north side is very quiet and the condition of the condo itself was great. Everything we needed was provided. There was seaweed along the beach but once you got past it and the rocks, the snorkeling was very good there. We appreciated the tips they gave as far as where to shop, eat and book excursions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

We had a wide range of children’s’ ages and found the property and accessibility of the island a perfect fit for our interests.
Snorkeling at the property was good offshore, and proximity to rum point and cayman Kai were good for quick sights. We were able to see the entire island with our plans and rental car, and have plans for our next visit already!

Loved the property! Still close to many things. The condo was fantastic! High ceilings, wonderful views, quiet except for the wonderful sounds of the sea! Loved the sun room area. Neighbours were great and friendly. All questions were answered in a timely manner by the owners. Nothing bad to say about the place. Hopefully we can return in tete future!

Very clean property. Well kept grounds and nice pool for size of complex. Sandy beach portion is not huge but so close to drive to other beaches for a variety. Recommend bringing some condiments if planning to cook at condo. Hosts/owners were easy to work with and very helpful. We had a fabulous week there.

We had an excellent stay at Cayman Breeze. The owners were very communicative and gave us a wealth of information that helped us find fun things for the kids to do and great restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a family trip with young kids. They responded within minutes to a few messages I sent once we arrived. I would hands down recommend and if we’re back in Grand Cayman we will stay here again.

Thanks so much! The condo fit our family perfectly! Everything was clean and listed as we saw on VRBO. The owners were flexible with our schedule and responded quickly to any questions that we had. My only suggestion would be to have a few staples in the kitchen. (Salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil etc. Other than that, we look forward to staying again! We are huge fans of the location as it was away from the busy touristy areas. Nice and quiet! Thanks again!

Very good communication thru waiting to take our trip because of Covid, no issues rebooking several times. Beautiful property with everything you need and more to enjoy a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved the large enclosed balcony and spent most of our time enjoying the view when we weren’t out exploring the island. Favorite restaurant: Tukka. Favorite shop: Beach Bubbles. Favorite activities: Botanical gardens, stingray tour, and swimming with the dolphins. A big thank you to the owners Ken and Susan for renting your wonderful condo to us! We loved it! 😊

We have stayed at North Pointe villas over the last few years. This year we picked Cayman Breeze and it had everything we needed and more! The view from the unit was incredible and you could watch the sunrise each morning! The owners Ken and Susan responded to all our questions quickly before we booked and after! They care about their tenants and making sure their stay is fantastic! Couldn’t find a better condo than this! Also the owners suggested nearby restaurants and The Italian Kitchen across from Wyndam resort was amazing and next door is a wonderful store to get nice T-Shirts/hats and other quality items at a very reasonable price!

A beautiful return!
After three long years, we were able to return to the Cayman Breeze and the Northside of Grand Cayman. A well-appointed condo, we love the ocean views from the lanai and especially the breeze off of the water. A spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo, with everything you need for a great vacation. Staying on the quiet side of the island makes for the perfect getaway from city sounds and traffic, and the beautiful beach and pool make for a relaxing and peaceful stay. So glad to get to stay again and can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Cayman Breeze was great, the unit was very clean, spacious with incredibly comfortable beds, plenty of linens, plus we had the benefit of a well equipped kitchen. We could not have asked for Ken and Susan to be more responsive with questions along the way or any help we needed during our stay, they were superb from start to finish!! Thank you

Peaceful vacation
My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the private, secluded beach and pool. The condo was very comfortable especially the two plush King size beds. We had a memorable trip with Captain Chris from the White Sands boat excursion to Stingray City and the barrier reef. Thank you for a wonderful Cayman trip.

Great place on North Shore
We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at this property. The property managers/owners were very responsive throughout the booking and stay. There was one day that the pool was closed for maintenance and they provided us a refund for a portion of our stay. Very thoughtful! The condo was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids- 7 yrs and 10 yrs old). The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms and other rooms met all our needs. The kitchen has a limited supply of dishes, but everything you need for basic cooking. It was a bit windy the days we stayed, which limited our use of the ocean, but the pool was a great alternative. It is a natural beach (i.e., lots of sargussum and seaweed), but we didn't mind this at all. Good snorkeling offshore and more options a short drive away. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing oceanfront stay on the North Shore.

Relaxing and quiet part of the islands
Accommodations were perfect for two couples. The pool was great when it was too windy on the beach. Location is close to dive shop and Rum Point. Snorkeling with the star fish was a fun experience. Definitely would return.

Quiet Side of Grand Cayman
The condo was nice and neat; only complaint I have is that there was sand on the floor when we arrived. Hard to keep clean when on a beach I'm sure. Rum Point, Starfish Point and Stingray City were some of our favorite places along with a food truck restaurant, Island Bites just down the road from the condo. Would love to have a vacuum at my disposal next time so that I can easily keep the floors clean and sand free.

A windy week at Rum Point
Our condo was great. It had everything we needed for 4 adults. Rum Point was out primary point of hang out along with Kaibo yacht club. We also enjoyed starfish point. Only negative was the 6 straight days of winds between 25-40 mph causing a shutdown of sting ray city and many other off shore boating activities. Not much you can do about the weather. Other than that we had a great time.
