Great property, older antique feel. Great owners. Felt right at home. Plan to come back!

My family and I have stayed in OCNJ each summer for over 45 years. As the years have passed and our family has grown (now 5 grandkids :-)), we rented several different homes as repeat customers. We were looking for a new place for 2023 to accommodate our expanded family. We wanted to find one where we hope to establish another long term year-over-year relationship and fits our needs. This home was exactly what we wished for. It is exactly as advertised, the owners are friendly and accommodating and the location (for our taste) are perfect. I highly recommend this home to all looking for a nice, comfortable place, that can host a larger family of both adults and children.

We had a fabulous time at this house! It is roomy and open and had plenty of space for talks, games, television, reading. So many great spots to hang out and super close to all the fun!

Communication with the host was great, House was clean and exactly as pictured. Location was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for more.

This place was perfectly located 2 blocks from the beach. Had tons of room, beds and sitting areas to spread out or enjoy time together. Bed were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with utensil/dishes. Totally would recommend this place.

This home is a great location, short walk to the beach and downtown. We loved the large dining room table, and there is a nice size yard with plenty of table space to accommodate our group of 11. The front porch was also a great place to relax, used by our group mornings and evenings.

I’d highly recommend this house if you have younger kids with you. We had a group of several families with a total of 5 kids under the age of 10, and really wanted a place where they could play outside and get some energy out. This place was perfect, with a big fenced backyard where they could safely run around and play. There was plenty of space inside the house as well. Plus it was walking distance to the beach!

Great house! Large enough to accommodate 2 or 3 families. Really nice outdoor spaces including front porch, sun room, and beautiful yard! Easy to communicate with host. Bonus- beach tags and chairs included!

Excellent location one black away from downtown Asbury and all of the shops. A few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. We stayed with two families. The dining room was large enough for all of us to dine together and we spent time in the large fenced in backyard with the little ones. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfy. Hosts were top notch. Definitely recommend.

This property is excellent! We stayed a week and loved the house, the number of rooms, and the beach theme of the house. It is well taken care of and the property owners were easy to communicate with, before our stay, during check-in, and during our stay. We somehow missed the information that we needed to bring our own bedsheets, but it all worked out anyway. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was hard to find a house that didn't require you to rent a full week, so this was certainly a nice option. The owner of the property is extremely nice and helpful and great with communication. The property itself is nice. It has a great front porch, which we really enjoyed. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, which are comfortable, and a 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms. We found the 3rd floor to be pretty hot. The owner does provide additional fans in the upstairs rooms, but it's definitely warm up there during the day. The house was stocked with appliances, silverware, and even soap (dish soap & hand soap). They had a high chair which we ended up using which was also great. If we had known ahead of time we would have saved the space and not packed our travel one, but we didn't think to ask. My really only complaint is that the floors felt a little dirty in the house. When wearing socks we could tell they hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. Aside from that, everything was really great. I would recommend this property to other families looking for a great location and nice size house for a family vacation.

Highly recommended for a family with children or a large group. We loved this place and would stay here again.

Nice backyard gathering spot with plenty of seating. Also liked the rooming dining room and seating for dinner/game playing. The sunroom and porch were also very nice.

Very accommodating and clean

The house is large as advertised and is in a great location a few blocks from the beach. The property owners are nice and communicate very well. All in all it was a great stay.

This house is dirty and completely dated. It's discusting, the bathroom shower liner was dirty, the kitchen was also dirty. The pictures are misleading. If you stay here bring your own cleaning supplies, towels and sheets. We also had no heat for hours. Then after we checked out the dishonest owner blamed us for a dirty twin mattress that no one slept on and took our security deposit. If you choose to stay here take lots of pictures and note everything you see wrong with the place. I recommend you go elsewhere. Stay away rent another home.

House is perfect for a large group. Not only is the bed space impressive there’s a huge dining room table and seating outside for about 12-14. We would come back.

House was very spacious and accommodating. Very large dining room and back yard to host any kind of get together! Ryan was very accommodating and easy to work with 5 out of 5 stars and will be booking again!

The outside patio is awesome for cookouts. The front porch is great to relax on. Area is family friendly and close to beach.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and found it comfortable for our family of 5. There is plenty of room and beds, can easily accommodate two and possibly 3 families. Location is quite good, about a 5-10 min walk to the boardwalk and beach depending on kids and how much stuff you have. Also close to OC downtown with plenty of restaurants near by. The house itself is a bit dated and the bathrooms could use a refresher. All in all though a comfortable stay, all had a good time. Owner is exceptionally responsive and was very helpful.

Amazing location and great communication with the owner. Would rent again!
