From start to finish all went well. Beds where comfortable and that was my only concern. Every thing was labeled and clean. Will definitely stay here again

One of the best experiences. Erin was a great host, easy to communicate with and extremely understanding. The house has every amenity - like being home. And so close to so much.

We stayed that the house for a family vacation. Plenty of room to do things together & to spread out. The pool / yard and the fenced in patio were big hits as well.

Convenient to everything we wanted to do and as advertised. Comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. Wonderful stay felt like home. Would recommend to friends and family.

We always enjoy our stay at Tommy's. This year was a bit cooler due to traveling the week after hurricane Ian, so we didn't have a chance to use the pool but that is ok. We had a great time cooking at home many nights and love the new grill. Erin is always wonderful to communicate with and she always makes sure we have everything we need! We hope to come back next year!

We had a perfect stay, my only wish was that it was longer. Property has everything you could possibly want. Communication was top notch. The house is very clean as well stocked! We will definitely come again if we have the chance.

We loved the privacy of the back yard/pool and the quiet neighborhood. It’s an easy walk into town or a cheap Uber or Freebee ride. The house was perfect for my husband and I for a month of working on and off from home. Our grown daughters joined us for a week (we were there for a wedding) and loved the chance to get away from the cold weather back home. Erin’s home was well stocked, just a short walk to a fantastic lunch place (French Bakery), and our dog loved the fenced backyard. Erin made a forever friend of my husband by setting him up to watch his beloved sports on TV. Look forward to staying here again. Thank you Erin.

We had a great time. The house is great, clean, spacious, well stocked. Everything you need is there. Erin was great. She got back to us promptly when we had a question. I would go back in a second. My wife loved it.

We spent the last 3 weeks in December and it was like going home for the holidays (if “home” is in Florida). Erin, our host, even asked our preference and had a decorated Christmas tree set up for us.🎄This was our 3rd visit but not our last.

My Mom and I had a fantastic time at the blue wave! The property is exactly as advertised, beautiful and conveniently located to dining and the beach. Came fully stocked with everything you need to have a great trip to florida - beach supplies, bicycles, etc!! Would definitely stay here again 😊

I rented Erin’s house for 6 weeks while looking for a place to move to in the area. It felt like home when I walked in and smelled like a clean hotel room. I would’ve moved in forever if I could! This property was exactly as described. Erin, the owner, was super responsive and I think she may be my new BFF. The house is an oasis - clean, comfortable, and extremely liveable. We walked to the beach, swam in the pool, and enjoyed the Delray Beach chill lifestyle. Can't say enough good things. Enjoy!!!

Our total experience at this location was beyond terrific. The property is quiet, beautiful, tastefully decorated, has tons of amenities, is neat & clean and close to everything. Five-minute drive to all prime spots – downtown Delray, beach, groceries, restaurants, etc. Another huge bonus is that the landscaping makes it so the back of the properly is totally private. A word about the owner, Erin. Erin enhanced our stay and vacation. She truly cares about her guests. Clearly, lots of emphasis to ensure guests are comfortable. For example, the mattresses are super comfortable. We slept better in that house that we do at home. She even provided great travel suggestions that enhanced our vacation. Can’t say enough good things about our experience at this property!

We loved this house, and had a great time. The layout was great with kids (master bedroom is separate from the two smaller bedrooms), and the house was really well-stocked with everything we needed (kitchen supplies, beach toys, board games, etc.). We were there during a cool spell, so didn't get to swim too much (the pool is lovely, but unheated) but loved relaxing in the beautifully landscaped back yard. The house also has a screened-in porch, which was nice during the occasional rainstorm. We had a great stay, and hope we can return soon!

Tommy's Blue Wave Beach House was a 10/10 for us and I was so incredibly sad to leave. Erin was very attentive and got back to us right away with every little question we had. Check in was very easy. The house literally has everything you need! The ocean is a super quick drive from the house, but the pool was so relaxing and private that we didn't even bother going to the ocean on this trip. We used Freebee (download the app) for several trips down to Atlantic Avenue for dinner which was super easy and FREE (just tip). We did decide to venture out a bit further on this trip over to Lake Worth and tried Benny’s on the Beach which I highly recommend. We took advantage of having lunch delivered several days from Delivery Dudes which was SUPER fast and cheap! We recommend this house to anyone and do not have a single complaint! It was just my fiancé and myself on this trip, but we cannot wait to plan another stay in the future with our kids. Thank you so much for the great stay, Erin!

The house is furnished for comfort as well as style. The kitchen is very well stocked, which was great for us because we cooked at the house much more than going out. Everything is maintained really well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful time in Delray Beach! It was the perfect location for our young family. Erin was very attentive and got back to us right away. Check in was really easy. The house has everything you need! The pool was great and the crystal clear ocean was a super quick drive. Atlantic Avenue was a fun street to explore. We definitely recommend this house!

Everything from the layout of the house; privacy of the yard; and size of the pool were excellent. Unbelievably well stocked home with everything you could possibly need. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries. I would definitely rent this home again.

We just completed our third vacation at Tommy's Blue Wave--and we're already booked for number four! We spend most of our time in the large private yard--or in the pool. But if Atlantic Avenue is your thing, it's only a short bike ride (or an energetic walk) away. The house is beautiful, clean, and comfy--with a terrific master bedroom just off the pool. The neighborhood is quiet, leafy, and not far from the beach. Thanks, Erin, for sharing your home with us again and again. You may never get rid of us!

This was our family's second visit to this house. The owners are great, have a great property and are extremely responsive. There is plenty of space, close proximity to the beach and Atlantic Ave. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Delray.

This property is well situated and not far from the beach. It is delightfully decorated. I have never seen a location so well stocked with all your needed comforts. Also, there are bicycles, games, books, puzzles, TV's, and a pool for your entertainment. We didn't use the Bar-b-que grill but one is available. Master bedroom is large with French door access to the patio and pool. Would highly recommend this property.
