This place has a ton of room and is really great for families. Everything was very clean. It is very easy to get to from downtown Breck- about a 7 minute drive.

Although we had a few problems due to the renovation finishing the very day, we got there, the owner has been very fair with compensating our inconveniences. The house is great three floors so everybody can spread out , outdoor space was wonderful, we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit and the grill each night! Beautiful views in a treed lot.

The property has a great layout for a family. The location is great for easy access to Breckenridge. Overall a great place.

Beautiful home and great location. Loved the personal touches. Few things for cleaning crew like under couches/beds and fans but other than that great trip and would come again!

Great family home with all needed accommodations for multiple nights. There was enough space for everyone to spread out, 3 floors. We cooked each morning and evening - there were plenty of options for cookware and dishes. Dining table fit all 8 of us comfortably. We used the pool table, 2 laundries, grill, hot tub, etc with no issues. Very happy with our stay, and would definitely rent again in the future.

This house was great, suited our needs perfectly. We had three families with kids of various ages and the three floors provided just the perfect amount of space and mostly congregated near the kitchen. It was quite clear the Owners spend some time there, because it was all tip-top. (And they have the best squeegee ever in the main shower) it was all around fantastic, We already have two that want to rent based on our experience. There are excellent binders prepared on the details of the home, maybe in your listing you might consider a list of all the household items you have. We brought things like crock pots, etc, that we didn't really need to bring. All in all, a fantastic visit. I am hopeful we left it better than we found it. Thank you

To start, this home had everything you could possibly need. There were no short comings when it came to needing extra linens, blankets, humidifiers etc. The home was gracefully decorated with touches of Christmas cheer and the location was perfect. Not close enough to walk but a very very short drive to Breck. My only dislikes were that fans had dust built up on them and the dishwasher had left over food that did look like he had been there for a long time. The owners may need to have a talk with their house cleaners. My expectations for a home as pricey as this is that fans are free of dust and other appliances are deep cleaned especially given the cost of housekeeping charged. My other dislike was finding out if we had more trash than the big can could hold, we would be charged $45. As feedback, it is unfair to host a home this big that houses a ton of ppl and expect them to be there for an extended stay and not over exceed the size of the trash can. For the price of the stay, the owners should cover that cost. That is an unrealistic additional cost to place on renters. We almost did not have enough room but made it work. Aside from those things, the hosts were great to work with and even came down on Thanksgiving to try and fix a remote control and Tv issue we had. Overall I would rate this place great and would stay again!

We enjoyed the home greatly. It was well provisioned with plenty of silverware, dishes, etc for our group of 10! Everything was just what we expected and the small issue that arose during our 5 day stay was dealt with quickly and professionally. It was a great home base for our family reunion.
