We loved this place! The location is so close to town that we walked there frequently. The furnishings are all very new and the bed was very comfortable. We brought our car and dog for four days in the middle of October. The weather was excellent and we got to drive all over the island and see most of the beaches and lighthouses. We mostly cooked in the house for our meals and it is very well equipped for anything you want to cook. The only drawbacks were the driveway and back yard are very small. We couldn't put the dog in the yard because it had such little space and it was almost impossible to get the car into the driveway/parking spot without scratching the car on the bushes on the right side. We ended up parking in the parking lot next to the house, but overnight parking was not allowed. One other difficulty was the upstairs toilet. It doesn't have a handle or obvious way to flush it. Turns out all you have to do is touch the tank top (who knew?)
All the issues were very minor compared to the house and its location - five stars are well deserved.

Beautiful, beautiful property. Just a very short walk from the center of town. Theresa was extremely responsive with any questions that came up. The house is perfectly clean, as pictured, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again!

We stayed in mid December and the house was fantastic. Everything is new and nicely decorated. The house is beautiful. The location is convenient to town and just a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect. My husband and I came to Nantucket for a mini-moon and the Cindy cottage was perfect for us. Walking distance to downtown, beautifully decorated, and so clean!! We will definitely book the Cindy cottage in the future!!!

Wonderful Way to Ring in The New Year
Cindy Cottage was really fantastic. When we arrived the porch gaslight was flickering and the Sonos system was playing welcoming music. The décor is nautical chic and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and was a lot of fun to utilize. Wonderful spot to ring in 2022!

Wonderful space for a Family trip
The high end design and airy pace makes the space is very comfortable and enjoyable but it’s a very tight neighborhood. You can hear neighbors talking. The engine room is a bit too noisy for us. Overall, it’s a very nice stay!

Very nice place
The property was very nice, though it was not in a choice area and we found the property manager to be somewhat less than helpful with any requests outside of the usual. As no one property had our travel dates fully available, we stayed between two separate properties rented out by the same person and we had a challenge of what to do with our belongings and our car in the 5 hour period between check out of the first property and check in at the second. . There was no sense that the property manager had any real interest in helping us. She offer to allow us to leave bags on a back porch, which was in full public view and therefore not a safe option. When we made a repeated attempt to get further guidance, we were sent stock links to expensive options for valet parking and stowing bags. Needless to say, we were surprised to find that the second property was located directly adjacent to a public parking lot, where we could easily have left the car/luggage during the period in question. One would think that the property manager could have made us aware of this fact as a ready solution to our dilemma. So, it’s a nice space but we would suggest that if you may need any special attention for any reason, it may not be the best spot for you.

“Cindy” is a beautifully decorated space.. the quality that went into this apartment is unsurpassed. We visited during Christmas and New Year of 2020 and found the island very quiet and relaxing..It was a wonderful experience and we hope to return again..

Great Place
Beautiful place, high quality finishes and the most comfortable bed! Great location- 5 minute walk to town center. One small thing to note is that Google Maps incorrectly shows the location of the house - so take note when you are looking that the house is NOT on the corner of Washington and Fayette - it’s set back in the street more.

We had a quick little overnight to Nantucket for our anniversary and were so happy with our accommodations at the cottage. It’s an absolutely beautiful space and immaturely clean. We would absolutely book again!

Enjoyed our stay at this Cindy house in Nantucket. It had all the amenities, even used the BBQ one night. Perfect location on a quiet street near town so we could easily walk to shops and restaurants.

Really beautiful home. The best rental I have stayed in. Not only was the house beautiful but it was well-stocked and immaculate. The location was great too. We had a lovely experience and would recommend and come back in the future. Couldn't say enough positive things about this property.

Highly Recommend -A Win for Pet Owners!
"Cindy" was sparkling clean, with new, modern, high end everything in a location that allowed for easy walks to grocery store, restaurants, shopping and even the Nantucket WAVE transit system in case you want to venture further out. The fact that such a wonderful place also allowed our Goldendoodle was the reason we chose it to begin with and we made a great choice. I will note that in my opinion the harbor views are limited to a peek from upstairs bedroom window and that the main outdoor seating area is fenced in so there are no views from that at all-not a deal breaker but something to be aware of as everyone's expectations of "harbor view" may be different, Theresa was very easy to work with and I highly recommend !
