Very nice place to stay! Access to the Appalachian trail very close and lot to trails down to the Wintergreen Resort.

Very clean, updated, and well equipped. Property was as described and owner was very responsive. Owner pinged let us know we could check in a little early and out a little late, which was super nice. Check out was easy - standard VRBO stuff and less than some places we've stayed. We enjoyed the hiking trails, July 4th weekend activities, and used the paths to walk over to the main resort building. (Note - those paths have stairs etc so not accessible for all). Loft is a little warmer than downstairs but with open windows and fan it was comfortable, even in July. I didn't have cell signal at the condo so suggest downloading info (and wifi password) before you arrive.

Perfect stay for a family wedding!

The property is a little run down. The bathroom toilet lid needs to be replaced. The volume button on the remote to the downstairs tv doesn’t work. The gas fireplace upstairs doesn’t work. There isn’t any dry firewood or fire starter to build a fire. The entire house is hot except for the living room where the only AC unit exists. It took us 30 mins to connect the Roku stick to the upstairs tv and set up Netflix. The property owner initially tells you that you need to take the trash out of the condo the day you depart. However, she will message you several times later (the night before check out and the day of check out) adding additional duties such as loading all used dishes in the dishwasher, taking linens off all the beds, bath towels and putting them all downstairs. Why pay a cleaning fee if you have to do chores didn’t your vacation? That’s what the fee is for so you as the guest don’t have to worry about cleaning up. If you stay in the winter time yI would won’t get hot but the summer months will be brutal in the house especially the attic/upstairs bedroom. Even with the windows open the house is unbearably hot. There are no windows upstairs. Also, the head board upstairs is lose and dangerous near your head. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for all the money that it costs.

A decent place to stay with family if you are visiting wintergreen. It's close to activities such as Skiing, Tubing e.t.c. Aquatics & Spa at walkable distance and also are many view points and trails. The amenities in the condo are great and well furnished as well. My family of 4 and my inlaws had a very comfortable stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the fun condo. It has a great location on the mountain. The keyless entry is very convenient. The host is very responsive.

We used the opportunity for our county having two virtual days of school to get away and ski Thursday and Friday. Everything was perfect.

The condo was great. It was comfortable, well appointed and in a great location. We actually got 4 inches of snow, which was a plus. The owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this condo.

Nice place, seasonally decorated! Close enough to skiing though still had to drive and park each day. Basic cleaning was good but detail dusting is sorely needed.

6 of us stayed here for a long weekend and had a great experience. Location is very convenient to skiing. The owner was extremely responsive in the weeks and months leading up to our trip, provided great details and tips on what was nearby and available in condo. We would stay here again and recommend it for others!!!

We had a great weekend at the Wander Lodge! The condo is conveniently located near hiking trails, restaurants, and the resort spa/aquatics facility (within walking distance). Tawnya is a gracious host, very responsive to inquiries.

What a great place! Tawnya was an awesome host and had everything perfect and ready for our stay! The beds were comfy, stocked kitchen, space decor was awesome, warm fireplace (my favorite), fast WIFI, smart TVs...everything was above our expectations for our stay! We are a family of 6 and it was cozy yet spacious enough for our comfort. Tawnya was quick to respond to any questions we had and was quick to resolve the only issue of our stay (the outdoor lighting was out--she notified her HOA and it was fixed in a very timely fashion). This was our first visit to Wintergreen and staying on site @ the resort was THE best decision! The shuttle to and from the slopes was so easy and convenient. Every employee we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Tawnya and a high recommendation for future visitors!

The house is very nice. It has everything you need for a good getaway. We will rent the house again if we come to the resort again.
