We enjoyed our recent stay. Great location, quiet and close to Rum Point, Over the Edge. Good amenities, clean and cozy.

Condo was lovely. Could use a few minor updates - master bedroom door doesn’t close, towel rack in guest bath kept falling off, closet door in utility closet is off track. Sports equipment is lacking when compared to some of the other condos. Experienced repeated problems with cable (information on how to work TVs would be helpful) & WiFi (WiFi was replaced while we were there & worked great afterwards). However, with the above said, we truly did appreciate the view & amenities the condo offered. Perfect location. Very relaxing. Would recommend the condo to all our friends.

Rum Point and Kaibo, was everything and more. We were all so sad to be ending our vacation. We have already decided to come back in 2 years with the while family.

Very well equipped condo. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Owner responded quickly when we had some plumbing , WiFi and Cable issues. All resolved within a day. Quiet location and Starfish point is close and a better beach.

We just returned form our 2 week stay at this lovely condo. Nicely decorated and has the greatest view of the bay. Master bedroom has a tempur-pedic bed!! Hoping to find it available on our next visit to Kaibo.

Loved the condo! Nice and roomy. More than enough kitchen supplies for us! It was nice having some coffee already here😊 Views were amazing. Loved being right on the beach and lounging in the hammocks. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice having the restaurant to walk over to. Quick jaunt over to rum point was great. Would love to come back!

The condo itself is very nice with nearly everything you could think of for a beach vacation. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, drying rack, there was even some leftover sunscreen from the last guest. The proximity to Kaibo yacht club is extremely convenient and sting ray tours leave right off the dock. The beach was a bit disappointing if you like to float and play around in waves close to the shore. There are no waves and the sand drops off or gets murky just a few feet in. We much preferred seven Mile Beach for a beach day. The only disappointment about the condo itself was the kayaks- they are in poor condition- all the bungees are broken off and only one has a paddle. Other than that it’s a fantastic property.

Very well maintained property and surroundings. Clean, quiet, away from main tourist areas. There are restaurants next door with casual, formal dining and espresso bar options. Perfect for a family getaway.

We stayed 4 to 18 Apr with our 2 sons and absolutely loved it. The condo is modern and well equipped. You can just step out onto the beach. We decided to stay at Kaibo instead of 7mile beach and so glad we did as we travelled around the island each day to different beaches and whilst 7mile beach was amazing it was so nice to come back to Kaibo. It is well positioned...star fish point is just a few mins walk and Rum Point was 2mins in a car. The condo had good air con, nice size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is perfect to self cater. Good wifi which pleased the kids, Couldn't fault the place and left with so many happy memories. Owners were responsive with any questions that arose.

We had a great time at this condo. The place was perfect. Clean, stocked with all the essentials and in an amazing location. I would definitely take my family back here again.

This was our first time staying in the Rum point area and we chose the Modern Beach condo at Kaibo Yacht Club and it was perfect! Great location the beach and pool were right outside the door and the condo was the perfect size. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was excellent (4.5 star): best attributes - clean and well supplied; master bed was outstanding/comfortable; kitchen was well supplied (although I would add a splash screen and a medium sized whisk). Location near the yacht club was great!! Pool was fun, immaculate and the neighbors were fun and interesting! View and access to beach was great; near Starfish beach; two kayaks were available that we enjoyed! Snorkeling equipment was nice but my son is 6'4" and it didn't fit him. Opportunities for improvement - second bed was really too soft (maybe needs replacement); couch and chairs were not real comfortable; bucket to wash feet in was old and developed a crack while there (minor inconvenience); but the major issue was that the second day I arrived (for a 2 weeks stay), the condo roofs were being cleaned/spray washed and a near neighbor was renovating his condo and so the construction noise (power saws and power washers) started at 9 a.m. and continued non stop until 5 ---- the equipment was very, very loud, the power washers were placed on the beach side of the condos so they were 10-20 feet from me and the condo had no windows or doors to confine the saw noise --- and I literally could not enjoy the pool or beach during the weekdays. They finished cleaning the roofs the Tuesday of my second week, but the construction continued until the Friday of my second week. The neighbors who had vacationed there for many years at the same time said this was the first time the noise was an issue. I contacted the owner by email the second week and he checked into it, apologized, but I assume there was nothing to be done. It would have been nice to have been offered a discounted rate for a future booking (we would like to come back next year) but if the roof cleaning is annual, I am not interested in a second visit where they do not do noise abatement (e.g. they could have put the power washers on the street side and limited saw noise to a few hours per day or required window/door installing to buffer the noise). Having all the workers trooping around me was not pleasant. I achieved about 40% of my needed relaxation because of the noise issue. Owner was very nice, professional however, although forgetful - didn't send information on access, directions as promised ("forgot"). I had to contact them through VRBO two days before I left (no phone number provided in listing) but it worked out ok.
