Great home large enough for two families and perfect location to hop on the green line straight to Eagle!

The property was perfect and fit my entire family. Home was clean and orderly and the host was so kind and very communicative. I would 100% recommend staying at this home! I can’t wait to come back with my family again!

The place is nice and clean, the host is easy to talked with your request as long as it's accommodating. The only thing we've noticed is that the snow was not cleared off in front doors which one of us almost get slid down to the stairs and the WiFi is not really working but overall it's a nice place to stay.

Really close to everything, bigger than the pictures look IMO, and has everything you need to have a great time.

This property was perfect for our ski trip. We had five adults and four children, and the accommodations were very comfortable for everyone. The condo is a quick two minute drive to Eagle Lodge. I would highly recommend staying in this condo for your next ski vacation to Mammoth.

Going up to Mammoth is always a treat for our family now with two lil kids. We came across this house which was perfect for our family ski trip. It was spacious and we had plenty of room for our lil ones to run around when they weren't outside in the snow. The house was close to Eagle Lodge as described and a close to our favorite restaurants for takeout and of course the Vons. I was pleasantly surprised with the internet speed as I was nervous about the speed and strength of the signal while working and being on video conference calls. We enoyed our time at the hosue and the owner was in touch with us before and during our stay at the house. We would definitely consider stay here again.

We’ve been coming to Mammoth for over ten years. This was by far our best trip. The house was perfect for our family, the location is central for everyone’s entertainment. The house was well stocked as stated and the owners were easy to work with regarding our booking and were available and helpful with our one question while we were there. We will definitely be back!!

The house was clean and even nicer looking than expected. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He told me I could call or text him if I needed anything. Great location, short drive to restaurants, grocery stores & slopes.

I'm glad we opted to stay in this townhouse versus one of the tiny condo units in the village where we usually stayed in the past. The listing description is accurate and the property even looked better than the photos posted. It is clean and very well maintained. There were 10 of us in our party and we had more than enough room for everyone. I didn't feel like we were bumping into each other and there were tons of nooks and corners to have your privacy, like reading your book, watch TV and surfing the internet. The location is very convenient - bus stop is right on the corner, 5 minutes drive from Eagle Lodge and less than 10 minutes drive from grocery store and restaurants. ( Eagle Lodge is less crowded than Canyon Lodge) My husband left his computer and the owner (even when he was out of town) facilitated the retrieval of the computer. The owner is very quick in responding to text messages, phone calls and emails. Why stay at the village units when you can stay here - better amenities, more convenient, and you pay less.

We had a large group (2 families with young children and 2 grandparents) and there was ample space for everyone. Exactly as advertised, and the pictures really don't do the place justice. Would definitely rent again if we had a big group. The kids loved sledding down the little slope on the side of the house! Well-maintained and well stocked. Owner very responsive and helpful. Very convenient to Little Eagle Lodge.

We have rented this unit with another family for the past four years and keep coming back. It is very well maintained and everything is in great condition. You have the golf course behind you which keeps you feeling no one is around you. The owners are great to work with as well.

We had 6 adults and 4 kids and this home was perfect. In fact, we made reservations to stay here again on our annual Mammoth trip. Warm and welcoming. Owners great to deal with and responsive. Recommend this unit. The Timbers has a lovely floor plan to house a large family.
