Well appointed and cared for house near the beach along with pool fully furnished, comfortable, clean and equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ, board games, etc. Wonderful host who makes sure your stay is wonderful. Will book it again for sure.

We have no regrets about renting this house. It had everything we needed. Very clean and well stuffed, close to the beach. The owner provided clear instructions on many useful details about the property and neighborhood, check in check out process and so on. Paul called us to check if everything was fine soon after we arrived. The heated pool was really awesome and we took advantage of it as we stayed there last week of October. It was a pleasure to communicate with Paul when we needed some help. It was just two of us but this property would be great for our intire family of 6.

The house was so wonderful for our week long vacation. So close to anything you could need, grocery stores, restaurants and beach. The host was so accommodating and the house was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It was beautifully decorated with high end appliances and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owners went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of, even making dinner reservations for us. We loved riding bikes to the beach every day and enjoying time in their pool just relaxing. Everything was truly perfect. We can't wait to visit again.

It is nice, clean, fully equipped with everything you can imagine , conveniently located property with heated pool we enjoyed a lot. Definitely will come back again! We have used VRBO many times over the years and this experience was hands down the best one we have ever had! Everything was top notch! Very clean, excellent communication, every accommodation you could imagine! The home was just as presented. We loved all the beach and water accessories that were available and was actually why we chose to stay at this property. Not traveling with all that extra stuff was very helpful. The pass to get into the state parks was great and we used it multiple times. The entire area was very clean. Many places to eat and the beaches were close by. We loved the lanai and pool area along with the swings. We spent a lot of time out there when not at the beach. The owners were in touch frequently and responded very quickly if we reached out. They were a pleasure to work with! We would definitely stay here again.

I have rented many properties over the years but this property in Naples is a great getaway. Communication with the owners is first rate and they really do want you to have a luxury vacation. The home is beautifully furnished and you will want for nothing. Location is excellent and near two beaches and other amenities. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. If going to Naples again I would stay here. Thank you Paul and Margaret.

I can't think of anything that Paul and Margaret could do better. This was the best vacation of this type we've had out of 4. They have a beautiful home, easy walk to beach, every beach and pool accessory I can think of, bicycles...well stocked kitchen, close to shopping restaurants. Loved it.!!

This is a great property and the house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool was wonderful and we used it almost every day. The house had everything you might need including, bikes, beach chairs and any kitchen item you might need. The location is also great with a short drive or bike to the beach and the pass to Delnor Wiggins State Park is a big plus. We will be back in the future!

Good communication with home owner

We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home on a. Neighbirhood area. The only drawbacks were that we didn’t really want to walk to the beach because of the distance we’d have to carry the beach gear and we didn’t want to pay $8:day to park in the lot, the 4 bikes they mention in their ad for property were available but were adult sized (I’m short 5’3”) and is the kids and I couldn’t ride them as we’d hoped. Also, the bedrooms had too much sunlight coming into the windows at sunrise (mentioned black out curtains to owners as a suggestion for that).. The brown basket chair pictured by the pool had a broken seat in it, and a few of the other pool rafts/boogie boards as well, so we went ahead and left our boogie boards behind to replace the broken ones we saw at the property. So there are 2 new ones there now for future guests to use! No major complaints here. In spite of all these minor issues, we truly enjoyed the home. I would suggest you look ahead for places to eat, and eat further out then we did. We tried places about 5 min. from the property and couldn’t really find much good food. Places we did like were Jet’s Detroit Style Pizza, Fit&Fuel, and Buca de Beppo. Enjoy! Thank you Rachniowski’s for sharing your lovely home. We would come back should we be in Naples Park again.

This house turned out to be better than expected, a rare treat. It is very well maintained and loaded with all kinds of goodies for cooking, the beach and the pool. While the walk to the beach is a bit long from the house, it is only five minutes on a bike, and four bikes plus locks were included with the rental. The house is close to many dining options, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Publix. Couldn't have been more convenient.

The house was everything and more than we expected. Location was central to everything we planned to do. Pool was fabulous. Interior updated and furnishings were comfortable. Lots of toys for pool and beach. Only suggestions would be a clock by the pool and in the living room. That's really stretching it to find something to improve! We would definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

Everything was perfect. Margaret and Paul went out of their way for us. The home is so well kept. A very quiet neighborhood and beautiful pool. Close to the beach and a short walk to the Ritz Carlton. Paul called us with lots of suggestions of things to see and do. They are great Hosts. Love to stay there away.

Our family cannot thank you enough for opening your beautiful home to us. Such a relaxed stay. Pool was clean and warm with many toys and floaties to use. Abundant towels, fully stocked with necessities such as garbage bags, napkins, etc... It was the most comfortable and convenient home we have rented. I HIGHLY recommend this home to any family who loves to stay in clean, comfortable homes😉.

We enjoyed our stay in Naples, the house gave us plenty of room and the location could not have been better. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.....and everything works as it should. The pool is very nice, comfortable and private. The owners provide a nice amount of information, recomendations and directions. If we come back to Naples we would certainly like to rent this property again.

Wir waren für 8 Nächte in diesem grossartigen Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

This home was perfect for our family. We have a son who uses a wheelchair and it is difficult to find homes to rent for him. Although this home was not accessible by ADA standards, we were able to make do. The first thing we noticed upon entering the home was how immaculately clean it was. The hallways were nice and wide, which is great for wheelchair users. The home is beautifully decorated with a simple, contemporary vibe. Most importantly, the master bed was divinely comfortable. This house was also one of the most well equipped homes I have ever rented. It was like having your own vacation home! They had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a buggy to cart it all in. For the pool there were noodles. For riding around the neighborhood there were several bicycles. An extra refrigerator in the garage was very nice. In the kitchen, I cannot recall anything that was lacking for meal preparation. There were spices available, starter supplies on almost everything. All I can say is that the owners really do think about what their guests will appreciate and they do it! We would definitely consider staying here again. I almost forgot to mention that we did encounter a problem during our stay. The hot water heater quit working. Paul, the owner, was quick to respond and he had a contractor over ASAP. They had to install a new one and all was well.

When we booked our stay from the listing on VRBO, we thought Margaret and Paul's house looked perfect. Well...from the moment we walked through the front door, their home kept getting better and better. First and foremost, their house is immaculate, nicely decorated and meticulously maintained. They have done a remarkable job with providing all of the necessary accommodations for a month long stay. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are fresh and clean and the kitchen is extremely well appointed with every gadget /utensil you would need. For example, they have a Kuerig single serve coffee machine, a Krups regular high end drip coffee system and if that doesn't satisfy you, you also provide a Bodum coffee press! Talk about over the top! The other aspect we really liked was the layout of the house. The open floor plan provided a perfect environment for entertaining our family and guests. The pool is clean and was the perfect temperature for our swimming. Another benefit was the provided four bikes (with locks) and all of the sand chairs, the cooler, the sand cart that made our daily trips to the beach all the better. The location is close enough to walk or ride the bikes to Vanderbilt beach. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There is a LA Fitness health club less than a mile that offers a monthlong membership for $85. Our two favorite eating places were Buzz's Lighthouse (across from Vanderbilt beach) for the grouper rueben sandwich that was AWESOME! Our other favorite was Randy's at 106th and 41. The hogfish (doesn't sound very appetizing but waiter told us it was their best fish) became our top choice. They also sell fresh fish for take home where we grilled our own hogfish a few times. Oh yah, we voted Randy's key lime pie the best of our trip (I think we tried them all!). Bottom line, Margaret and Paul's home was the perfect place for us to spend our spring vacation. We liked it so much, we booked it again for next year!
