We are locals from Tampa so we are very familiar with the area. We stay here every year during the week of July 4th. We’ve stayed at different condos. This 3/3 was offered at a reasonable price compared to others in the area so we thought we would give it a try. The location is great. By far this is the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in! The beach locker was a nice surprise. The key pad system for entering the lobby and unit are nice so you don’t have to worry about a key. Overall, a nice unit/condo. There were a few things that weren’t so great. One key fob to be shared for entering the pool area is ridiculous for a condo that accommodates 6 people. Although we had 2 parking passes, we did not have assigned parking spaces for this unit so if you lost your space you were out of luck. There was construction on the other side of the building but we knew about that before we booked the unit so I can’t complain. It wasn’t too bad. As far as the actual unit, I am not a fan of area rugs or carpet at the beach. I would prefer to stay in a unit that is carpet free. The appliances are a bit old and could use replacing but they work. Finally, the owner is VERY thorough with instructions including a personal tour, book of instructions and labels/signs throughout the unit. I could have done without the reminder at 9pm on the last night of our vacation not to break or take anything from the unit! It was a bit much.

This condo made our first stay in Redington Shores memorable. It has everything needed and wanted for a great vacation. The condo is spacious, clean, and the view is wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to great restaurants. Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg were easy drives from the condo. The storage locker was amazing! It has everything needed for the beach and pool (chairs, toys, tent, beach wagon, etc.) Cyndi was quick to respond to any questions and gave us a lot of useful tips, hints, and information. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is exactly as described with 3 spacious bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and a spectacular view of the Gulf. It was great to have access to “our own” beach chairs, umbrella and everything you could need for a day (or week) at the beach. Cyndi was a pleasure to work with through the entire process from booking to checking in/out. Appreciated the insightful information that she provided on where to eat and shop.

Great location, Cyndi met us on arrival and provided us with information about the rental and surrounding attractions. The complex has renovations going on which led to parking challenges as well as construction noise that started at 8 am on weekday mornings!!! (Which we were not expecting) otherwise beautiful beach and quieter than the town beaches.

The view, location, proximity to beach, pool, and hot tub get 5 stars. They layout of the condo is spacious and perfect for our family of 6. There are several beach toys, chairs, coolers, wagon, etc.. A few suggestions to improve the guest experience would be to provide a "welcome/starter kit" of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent, especially when guests are required to wash towels and start dishwasher upon check-out. Update some of the broken beach items (sunshade canopy and chair). The condo does need a very deep clean, especially walls, artificial plants, floor fans, floors, and rugs. There is a broom and dust pan but it would have been nice to have a vacuum and mop/bucket available for those guests who like to clean up after themselves :-). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the host, Cyndi, is great!!

This is our 7th year spending Spring Break in the St Pete beach area and this is the 1st place we want to come back to. The location and view of the beach are the best we’ve had. Restaurants and grocery stores are not far. The condo is very roomy for our party of 5. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay here again.

The pool is between the condo and beach and the walk beachfront is minimal. Go thru the pool gates or small side access. Way closer to the ocean than the "on the beach" high rises 2 doors down. The condo is spacious and very well accommodated. (The owner was advised that more washcloths are needed. I'm sure they come up missing thru all the washings.) Kitchen has everything. Owner fabulous. Lots of beach stuff and a wagon to pile it all in. Only drawbacks were: Building under construction. Parking difficult and banging and sawing every day at 8am. The pool has keyfab which is inconvenient with teens and other adults trying to share it. The HOA needs to provide more per unit.

Other than the construction on the building not affiliated with this particular VRBO site and tough parking because of it, this condo was wonderful. Had everything we needed and was close to everything in the area.

Great location with wonderful pool. Cyndi met us at check in and was very informative about location, condo details, restaurants etc. Locker with beach chairs, umbrella was much appreciated. Comfy bed was a plus! Hope to return soon!

This was our first time staying here and we DEFINITELY will be back! Cyndi is the ultimate host and gave us great information as well as having a very clean and beautiful condo. We LOVED it!

Excellent property and host. Exactly as advertised

We love the San Remo property. The pool area is wonderful and the temperature of the pool is perfect. The location is central to everything, easy to get to St. Pete's or Clearwater. Shopping is close by and we love the fish market down the street. The beach area is always quiet, no loud parties. Both times we've stayed At San Remo we have met many friendly people at the pool.

The unit was very clean and well appointed, everything we could need. Cyndi was an amazing host, so helpful with places to go, eat and shop. If we go back to the area for a future vacation we will be looking to book this unit for sure. Cyndi thank you for being a great host.

We had a very nice stay and made many memories. Cyndi was great with communication regarding the check in and check out process and was available to answer questions during the stay. It was nice to meet at the condo and be shown around the unit and property. She provided information on things to do in the area and made some nice suggestions on restaurants. The condo had a great layout, with comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the view from the living room and kitchen. Nice pool area and provided a locker that had several beach goodies to use. Enjoyed being able to take some chairs down to the beach and relax by the water. It was a very relaxing, peaceful stay. Thanks for a nice stay!

The condo was great for our family stay of 7 adults and was very clean, enjoyable & comfortable. It had a great view of the ocean and even though it’s not right on the beach, since the pool is between condo & beach, but it was easily accessible! The owner supplies many extras such as coolers, pop up beach canopy, beach chairs & a wagon to carry your supplies!! The check-in process was a little frustrating since I was receiving the owner’s text messages but she was not receiving mine - so I would advise you to call Cyndi instead of text her when you arrive to check in and check out with any questions. It was a very pleasant vacation staying in Cyndi’s condo!!

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. There was an unfortunate incident involving other guests in the condos which clouded our enjoyment, which is beyond the control of any host.

The property was great for our family. All of the items needed for your home away from home. The owner met at checkin and gave all of the information we needed and recommendations for places to go while we visited. The condo and pool was well maintained and the beach was not crowded.

The condo is not what we consider ocean front it is more ocean view. The pool area and cabana is actually what you see the most from balcony. You can see the ocean but not the beach .

This was a super property - wonderful beach and pool and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The host met us upon arrival and gave us lots of helpful information. We had an excellent experience.

Cyndi was helpful and quick to respond. Great location with all the amenities listed. We left a watch behind on accident and Cyndi made the effort to send it to our home. We all had a great time!

Loved the condo! The location was great! The beds slept wonderful! Our host thought of everything including the beach and pool accessories. The kitchen was nicely furnished with all we needed. Sent a week the last of September and the weather was beautiful. We will be coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cyndi did a great job introducing us to the condo and gave some wonderful suggestions about area restaurants and activities. The location could not be any better - steps away from the pool and the beach, close to lots of shopping at John's Pass, and easy to get to other areas on the Gulf. Lots of room in the condo and can't beat the view. Highly recommended.

Loved the location and the pool. Cyndi was very helpful with places to check out. Was there to check us in and tell us about the place. Patio door didn’t lock and we did quite a bit of cleaning.

We had a wonderful time and would rent again. The location was perfect and enjoyed many sunsets and sunrises. The condo was perfect for my friends and I and met all our needs. The only complaint we would have is the floor felt sandy and we had to rewash the dishes. But thank you for opening you piece of paradise for us to share.

This condo was very nicely located on the Gulf side with balcony facing the Gulf for an amazing view. Very clean and everything functional and as noted on the VRBO Website. Central location with many things to do/eat within walking distance. Cyndi met us there when we arrived and explained/showed us the ins and outs of the condo. Beautiful unit.
