We stayed at this property the week Francine formed in the Gulf, cloudy everyday, some rain but we had a great time anyway. The condo was very comfortable and had everything that you would need. The Deck was awesome, what a view and the furniture was great. Really enjoyed out stay.

The condo was more beautiful than the pictures online. Kitchen nicely appointed as well as the rooms. Beds were very comfortable. We will rent again next year.

This is our second year staying in this same unit. It’s clean, well stocked, and the location is fantastic.
The property manager is responsive and quick to handle any issues.

First time on Okaloosa Island and we LOVED it. More quiet, peaceful area. Did not have to travel over 10 miles to get to Destin or Ft Walton to enjoy their attractions. Surf Dwellers was a great place to stay. Loved our Condo. Thank you

The property was so close to the beach and so centrally located. It made our entire vacation, much more relaxing, and enjoyable. The condo felt much larger than expected, and the huge patio was our favorite feature. The fully stocked Kitchen with every piece of equipment you could ever want made breakfast and lunches, really easy to prepare. The close location to all of the restaurants made dinner and desserts and enjoyable as well. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay right on the beach..

Amazing! We love coming to Ft. Walton and this trip didn’t disappoint. The condo is beautiful and looks exactly how it’s pictured. It’s very well stocked…there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. We had such an amazing time and can’t wait to come back.

We loved the location of this condo. The beach wasn’t crowded and the condo was very clean and updated. The view was great and only a few feet from the beach. One of our best overall places we’ve ever stayed. Will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This unit was well equipped with all the necessary items needed for a beach stay...beach towels, comfy beds, all the kitchen gadgets you could ask for and stylish decor. We are hoping to book this unit again next year for our ladies beach trip.

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and we loved it as much as the first time! We've stayed at several different units/buildings up and down the beach on Okaloosa Island and this is our favorite. Give it a try, book it, you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful time at the beach and the condo was wonderful! Great Gulf front views from the balcony with plenty of seating to include 6 regular chairs, 2 bar height chairs and a layout chair. All the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with nice quality silverware, dishes and pots and pans. There were plenty of boogie boards and sand toys in the kitchen closet and on the shelves in the laundry room. The included beach service of 2 chairs is a wonderful perk! You won't be disappointed if you book this beach rental.

We love the Surf Dweller. This is our 4th trip. Everything was perfect. Pleanty of room for our family of 6. Lots to do or just chill at the pool or beach. Cant wait until we can come back.

Absolutely the most amazing condominium, view and setting. Everything was perfect as described in the advertisement for the condo. The view of the beach and beautiful blue water was breathtaking. All of our needs were met and we needed nothing with all that was included. Will definitely stay again. We were very pleased. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great, excellent, spacious condo, clean, very clean, nicely decorated, great big balcony with outdoor furniture, and terrific view of the ocean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had a great time, the surrounding has beautiful white sand dunes, I could go on and on. Okaloosa Island is a wonderful, beautiful place to visit!

Our stay at the beach dweller was all that we could expect. The building was under an exterior facelift but did not affect our stay. The condo was as described and was very large. The kitchen had everything that was needed and more. Beds were comfortable and the beach was great. Having a couple chairs and umbrella is a real bonus. Overall the place was great and would highly recommend

We had a great time at this property. The location couldn’t have been better, the water was beautiful and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was an awesome added touch. We hope to return to this property this summer and bring our children. The condo was very well done with lots of amenities and very clean. We couldn’t give it enough stars!

I have been so excited to sit down and write this review. Everything about this condo was perfect!! It was clean (and I mean clean), stocked with EVERYTHING we needed and the decor was beautiful. Parking was great and the exterior of the property was nice. There is some painting and renovation going on, but it never bothered us. The beach attendant was the sweetest and made our brief time on the beach perfect. We LOVED the digital door lock. It made life so easy!! We will definitely stay here again... no doubts about it! Thank you to our host for the great care he provided us.

We enjoyed our roomy condo with a fantastic view of the beach! The patio was large, allowing us to be very comfortable while we enjoyed that view. Everything was clean. The check in process could not have been easier. It was a very nice place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful views we enjoyed the balcony for hours! Well stocked with all things needed for cooking at the condo. Easy access to the beach as well.

Excellent stay!! Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, clean and stocked with everything you need. Balcony was fantastic and view from the 7th floor was amazing. No complaints, highly recommend

Property was immaculate and so well appointed. The kitchen could not be more well stocked with top of the line utensils, dishware and cookware. The bedrooms were very comfortable as well with crisp linens, plenty of extra blankets as well. We could not use the very large balcony due to renovations being done, but we were just as pleased with the views --- oh those views could not have been better - we look forward to booking again very soon.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was, by far, the best appointed rentsl we have ever had. Every glass, dish, pot, pan, etc thst we could possibly want was there. The condo itself was roomy and comfortable. We had a great view of the gulf and got to watch the dolphins from our balcony most days. The condo itself and some of the furnishings are starting to show their age, but all of the great features more than make up. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Everything was great. If I had a complaint I would tell owner to check on cleaning crew. We found cigarette butts on balcony and hair in several areas of the kitchen
