Die Lage der Unterkunft war ganz gut.

Leider war das Zimmer 333 sehr dreckig. Fremde Haare im Bad, Schwarze Ablagerungen in der Toilette, dreckiger Spülschwamm, auf dem Schneidebrett klebten noch diverse Kräuter vom Gast vor uns und auch die Weingläser waren ziemlich schmutzig. Gesamt war das Zimmer auch sehr staubig. Und die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen! Wir haben uns bzgl. dem Zustand mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp in Verbindung gesetzt (Personal vom Hotel gehört nicht zur gebuchten Unterkunft). Dieser antwortete sehr schnell und kam uns preislich etwas entgegen - was aber nicht rechtfertigt, dass das Zimmer in einem solchen Zustand vermietet wird.

Comfortable, clean apartment well located for the cable car and walking. Nice sauna and wellness area.

Like the accessibility from the ground floor patio to the outside parking area and the little kitchenette area. Location to Aschau and where we needed to be was very good. Our contact was responsive in a timely manner.

It’s important to note that they call this room an “apartment/flat” where anywhere else this would be a standard hotel room. There is no cleaning services so we had to ask for fresh towels after several days (which they did accommodate). The temperature outside was very warm, thus hot in the room. They were unable to provide us with a fan, but thankfully family who lived in the area where able to supply one for us. I am not sure we would have managed without it. The parking situation while we were there was difficult. It’s not enough spaces for the building and the one next door. In general it’s a tight squeeze if you are staying for longer than 5 days and are traveling with more than 2 adults.

Very comfy and clean room with a small kitchen. Great location with a nice view and good access to hiking spots nearby.

It was perfect! nice flat with all the facilities & beautiful balcony! super little kitchen! very good contact with the owner!

Owners are very responsive. Easy self check-in method. There is an elevator in the building, it was very important to me because the child use a stroller. Parking is near the apartments, there was always free space for a car. Apartment was clean, with mountain views, quiet surroundings. There was everything you needed. The kitchen part was well equipped, had all the basics, easy to cook meals. It was my 2nd time there!

The behaviour of the staff was really good. I requested for early check in and it was promptly accepted. The location is also very nice.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy.

Lovely apartments with a great view on the surrounding mountains and scenary. Great location and many good comforts
