We visited with family, St. Augustine downtown, Took walks on the beach, and drove to State Parks. Nice to come home to comfortable and spacious VRBO.

Love the location and the pet-friendly condo! Walked the beach multiple times each day! Also enjoyed St Augustine lighthouse and Nights of Lights in Old St Augustine. We’ll be back!

We are a family of 5; 3 kids and we brought our large dog. The home is exactly as described and in pictures. Everyone was very comfortable. The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, some beach toys, and a wagon to carry it all. The walk to the beach was 1 block; literally 2 minutes and your feet are in the sand. The beach is gorgeous and clean and M-F was pretty much empty. We went to the beach every day w/ our dog and loved every minute of it. Saturday was the only busy beach day & it was still very pleasant and not overly crowded. The home is located on Butler Beach and just a 15-20 minute drive to anything and everything in St. Augustine including historic downtown; which we highly recommend. Restaurants, shopping, grocery, all within a very short drive. It might take a little longer if you get stuck in peak traffic, but it is still worth it. We drove the extra hour south one day to the Kennedy Space Center and were even able to watch a rocket launch back at Butler Beach Saturday night. We like to see things and explore as much as we can during the day, and we loved knowing we could go home to a very peaceful place away from the hustle & bustle. IT WAS PERFECT. So prefect in fact, we decided to stay an extra night which Glenn was able to accommodate for us. THANK YOU! We will certainly keep this home in our favorites list for a return visit.

The property was immaculate and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. We were supposed to be 7 but our future son-in-law couldn't make it. There is plenty of room for 7. We also brought our German Shepherd who absolutely loved the morning walks along the beach. Mr. Glenn, our host, was available for anything we needed...but everything we needed was already there! He made sure to check in on us to ensure all was well. The morning sunrise over the ocean could be seen from the balcony...unbelievablely beautiful! We will absolutely stay here again!

Our stay here was delightful. The place is clutter-free and the rooms are spacious. The third bathroom is located downstairs which is convenient for obvious reasons. The balcony off the master suite was my favorite place to sit in the mornings and in the evenings. The breeze and the view of the water is exactly what I needed.

The house was well equipped with everything you needed. Location was great. We will definitely book again in the future.

It's hard to beat the location and the unit was very clean with easy access. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and minutes to everything convenient. Old town is less than 15 minutes away. The beds are very comfortable and the master bath is awesome after a day at the beach. Glenn was an awesome accommodating host and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the time, the quiet, and the easy access to everything.

Glenn (the host) was a very responsive to all communications. There were multiple TVs and a good supply of kitchen/house items. The place even had beach items to use. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property was amazing. Mr Glenn had thought of everything including puzzles and games, extra batteries for the remotes...normal everyday things that you might forget on vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet and we met the ones staying next door who were very nice. Excellent all around!! Fanatstic Weekend! Highly recommend!!

So close to the beach. Even though the A1A is right there you never hear it except for back porch. Lots of space and 2 1/2 bathrooms. You truly can see and hear the ocean from the upstairs balcony. Beach is beautiful. Plenty to do very close by. Glenn was very accessible and accommodating. Definitely worth it.

Our family had such a wonderful time in St Augustine and this property suited our needs in every way. It was very clean and comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed to make that happen easily. I highly recommend this property for friends and family groups

Property was amazing! My whole family were very impressed by the cleanliness of the home from the moment we stepped inside. St. Augustine is like a 2nd home to us and we normally stay at a hotel closer to city but THIS beach house beats any hotel stay for sure! Kitchen was spacious enough to prepare meals in the morning, and the dining room area was perfect size as well. The beach is within walking distance and we very much enjoyed every minute of our stay! Looking forward to planning more vacation stays here in the future.

The property is convenient to the beach and many of St. Augustine’s sights and activities. Although we were there on Spring break, I didn’t anticipate how popular a spring break destination Butler Beach/St. Augustine would be. It was crowded and no popular seafood restaurants accepted reservations. I would visit again but would time my visit for a less popular week.

We loved the property and its location. Walking to the beach was a breeze and the neighborhood was quite and great to walk the dogs in. House was perfect size and had every thing we needed for our extended stay.

This place was perfect for our family! Close enough to downtown St. Augustine, but it was so nice and quiet!

Perfect choice for us to visit our son and family for his 45th birthday, and for us to look at several places for our eventual re-location. This place was VERY clean, possibly the cleanest VRBO that we have visited. Glenn personally reached out to us with a welcome and help with any request. We were most pleased with his consideration for many "little" things that he had provided and considered for all guests. The walk to the beach is so close that getting in your car is no consideration, and we were fortunate to be able to watch a beautiful full moon on the beach. We have earmarked this property for futute trips.

This lovely blue house was a great fit for our family trip. Clean well appointed. Everything you may need is in the kitchen. Main bedroom has awesome shower, and lovely deck with an ocean view. The back porch is another peaceful spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the warm breeze, Glenn was attentive and an excellent communicator. We hope to return again! Perfect house and host. Thanks so much!

Very clean and the host is friendly and communicates well with his guest. Close to all the great things that St Augustine has to offer yet you are not in the busiest part of town so you feel more relaxed!

We absolutely love staying here. Everything is so convenient. The house is stocked with anything you might need. The beach is only a hop, skip, and a jump away and there’s a Dollar General right across the street. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice place right near public beach access!

This house was just a very short walk to the beach - great for introducing our dog to the beach - we could walk down multiple times a day - sunrise, daytime, evening strolls. Nice to sit on the balcony. Just a short drive to St. Augustine, but not too crowded.

What a great place to stay!! The location was perfect and the house was just as described and listed. It was less than a one minute walk from front door to sand. Everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend!

Great stay at this beautiful house. Well stocked. Beach is around the block. The sand is fine and you can drive your car into the sand for a small fee ($5) Beautiful view of the ocean from master bedroom balcony. Also around the block, SR-A1A and lots of restaurants. Castillo de San Marcos 15 mins drive away. House had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend with family.
