The house had everything we needed and was close to raystown lake. Would definitely rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Property was clean, spacious, and had amenities provided. We rented the Aitch pavilion for a larger gathering on Saturday and the property was the perfect location for getting there quickly. Would recommend!

Very nice and clean. Lots of room for all guests to sleep and relax. Property is well stocked with all needed essentials for sleeping, bathing, cooking, and eating. Would highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very tricky for us to find the location of the lot but as soon as we did we fell in love with it!!! It's much bigger than the pictures show!

Very clean rental! Had a great time with our adult children, and mother in law! Quick drive to the lake to enjoy the beach, or boating! If you have trouble with steps?, this house is not for you.

Spacious house with ample sleeping quarters and parking. Very close to either side of Lake Raystown. It’s rustic for sure, but that’s what “sort of camping” is all about.

We used the property to stay overnight for 2 nights while boating on the lake. The house was comfy, close to the water and accommodated all of us. There is an auto repair shop as others mentioned but plenty of great other views we watched a group of 3 young fox wrestle and play in the wood line each morning. Kids loved it, we loved it and will def stay again

It was okay TV didn't work ended up being batteries but still had issues with getting it synced up. One of the people from the garage helped to square it away, I think things like this should be checked before people check in. There were 3 remotes and initially the only thing we could do was to get the tv to turn on but that was it. The basement was damp and cold and it took a while for the heat to get going

We rented this house to have friends come together and play some board game together. It was the perfect location for this and the house was great.

This is a lovely place with very adequate space to accommodate a large group. The rooms are clean and tastefully arranged and decorated. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The outside space with a fire pit worked great for our group of 10 adults. Animals are allowed so that is a great benefit! It does have a lot of stairs or steps so keep that in mind. There is a coffee maker and cooking necessities but bring your own coffee and something to make ice in etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone who is looking to get away for the weekend or a few days with family or friends!

The Guest House was the perfect house for our families vacation! Having the boat launch so close was super convenient. Plenty of space inside and out. We were able to park two boats on property.

The property’s kitchen had all of the necessary appliances with a few pleasant surprises however, the seasonings were very limited. The bedrooms were accommodating but it was a rainy week and the downstairs became very damp. The sheets felt wet because of this. Both bathrooms had stand-up showers; no tub for the little ones. The property location is almost midway between Seven Points and Raystown Resort which made for easy daily travel. It is also about 15-20 minutes to the nearest large food store. The ample covered porch, with a porch swing, was great for early morning quiet times, watching the rain storms, and giving the little ones a place to play. The ability to close off the porch stairs and access to the yard would have made it even better. The view is obstructed by the car repair shop but the area was still relatively quiet. We had a great stay and Christy was very responsive!

Really enjoyed our time at the Guest House. Had a little bit of everything for a family there. Loved the porch, fire pit, and front yard where the children could play. Could of used a bathroom in lowest floor, but we did fine with 2.

Photos show beautiful view from front porch True if you look into the distance, but at the bottom of the garden is a huge towing station with many trucks and cars under service. Not so bucolic.

House was well equipped, plenty of room for everyone. 8 adults ,and 3 children were easily accommodated. Outdoors the porches and fire ring and yard were great for dinning outdoors, evening camp fires, grilling and playing corn hole. In addition there was no problem parking our vehicles, including two 17 foot trailered fishing boats. Overall the experience was really good.

We were impressed with this spacious home. It was decorated in such a warm and inviting way. Plenty of room for guests in every way. Comfy beds, closet space and just a real welcoming ambiance. Large yard and country surroundings. Nice big deck with plenty of chairs. Very nice owners.

Great location if you want to use Aitch boat launch or Raystown Resort. Quiet setting, beautifully decorated and easy check in process. We will be back!

The property was a great fit for our group. Spacious inside and it included everything we needed. We were lucky to have great weather so we enjoyed the decks and grilling.

The house was very clean and spacious. Accommadates a large family easily and the owners have gone out of their way to make sure the house was well stocked with everything to make the trip easy and enjoyable. We enjoyed the spacious covered porch on our "rainy " weekend. Overall the house was a hit with our family and friends and the proximity to the boat launch puts the icing on the cake.

We loved the house and the location was convenient to the Aitch boat launch and Seven Points beach. It is beautifully decorated and large enough for our big group. I especially liked the extra large dining room table so we could all eat together. The beds were big and comfortable and the bedding was pretty and homey. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, coffee mugs and anything else you could possibly use from popcorn maker to slow cooker! The outside area is very nice and mostly wooded with a nice fire ring and lovely deck for relaxing. The living room had a fun car feature that the children were facinated with in addition to toys and games in the downstairs. We were very comfortable in this house as it was clean and we felt safe. We all want to come back soon!

Stayed for a boating weekend, slept 6 adults very comfortably. Home was clean and well stocked, and super convenient to boat ramps. And the price is great. Highly recommend.

We had decided to go to Raystown Lake with some family and friends and we needed an "overflow" house and this house was the PERFECT house for our needs. The manager was extremely responsive, and answered all our questions. The house was impeccably clean! We rent vacation homes all the time since we don't like hotels much and this house is on top of one of the best places we have stayed at. They have everything you can possibly need to have a big gathering at the house. The air conditioning was a big plus since it was record heat last weekend and its distance to a boat launch is another plus. We will definitely go back when we need an overflow house to put our guests in.

The home was simply beautiful inside. Had everything we needed. Was so close to everythingb that we needed. Soooo peacefuland relaxing.

My family and friends stay here July 12th. The house was beautiful and the deck was such a hit for the kids and family. There was plenty of room throughout the entire house and very very clean and well kepted. We enjoyed not having to bring so many things along with us because pot and pans, grill, corn hole boards, air hockey table , baby crib and much more was already provided for us. We pulled our boat along with us and the nearest boat lauch was only .5 mIles away from the property. And the best part was our family dog was able to join us. We had a wonderful time and after staying at this cabin, we will never chose a different. Absolutely recommend this for everyone. 5+ stars.
