We were we wanted to have fun and we did and we had snow on Christmas Day. It was just a great time to spend with our family.

The house was fantastic! Spacious and perfect for two families. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bikes and games. The kids loved the yard.

After nearly two decades vacationing in Sunriver, we decided to try a new area. The property was excellent: comfortable, plenty of room and well-equipped kitchen. The large deck, with nice lounge chairs, was a real plus for outside. We've usually stayed closer to the Village area, so evening access by bike was an adjustment but late sunset didn't make that much of an issue. Communication with our host was excellent, both in the leadup and for flexibility in check-in. Definitely recommended this spot for a lovely Sunriver experience.

Very Organized property, had everything we needed. Soft green grass, was great for outdoor activities. Comfortable living room for gathering in evening. Everything worked great! Wish could have stayed an extra day or two.

This is a great house, we all enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, the house set up is ideal, and the owner is excellent to communicate with. We are already planning on coming back again in 2024! James

From the first communication with the owner until we placed the key in the lockbox for the final time, we had a wonderful experience! Great central location, beautiful, large yard to enjoy, clean home with everything you could want!

This property was exactly as described. The house easily accommodated 9 people. It was well stocked and maintained. Although it was only used once, the hot tub was large. The children really enjoyed the large yard for soccer, cornhole and bocce. We were close to the nature center, marina and stables. Overall, we enjoyed the house very much and communication with the hosts was easy.

The owners were communicative and helpful. The house was well stocked (compared to my experiences in other rentals). The accommodations were comfortable. We commented to each other multiple times what a nice house it was. Our only suggestion would be less bulky living room furniture so that more sofas/comfortable chairs could fit. The house sleeps 10, but the living room seats 6/7 people. We plan to rent this home again!

Better even than it looks! Best stocked kitchen we’ve stayed at. A ton of games and puzzles. Enjoyed the large hot tub. Super comfortable for 2 families of 4. We brought our own AppleTV so had music etc. but big TV for family movies. 25 min walk on the hike/bike paths to the village. Seriously this place had everything we could have wanted but bring your own toiletries as those were a bit sparse. Definitely hope to stay here next time we’re in Sunriver.

Our group of 7 (two kids, five adults) stayed here for my birthday. We had a wonderful time. The location of the house is close to the village and SHARC. The neighborhood is just off the bike path and super quiet. We brought our own bikes but the house had plenty of bikes to use. The yard is huge and my kids had a blast running around with the kids staying at a house across the street. Highly recommend this house and will stay here again.

We had such a fabulous time and there was so much to do for our 16-year old, young adult kids, and older folks! There were plenty of bikes to choose from - it was just perfect riding them to the village, basketball courts, and SHARC. When the SHARC closed temporarily due to lightning we just biked back to the beautiful, comfy house and called to see if it was back open at the designated time, then rode back to enjoy more water slides, pool basketball, and lazy river time! The hosts were so kind and responsive - such wonderful people! Thank you so much - we hope to stay there again and again!

Great property, met all our needs. Great deck and grass lawn area. Two great games of kickball were enjoyed by the children while parents could watch from the deck! Water park and hiking was enjoyed. We had everything we needed for cooking too! Great, great property!

The property was well maintained and had amenities for my 1 year old granddaughter as well as my teen and adult children. Pat was very responsive to messages. We would definitely recommend.

My siblings and I each rented a home in Sunriver within walking distance of each other and had a family reunion. Our home was so spacious, we had 8 of us from 15 all the way to 62. There was plenty of room and the house was perfect.

Oh. My. Goodness!!!!! We have stayed at many, many rentals over the years, and several different homes in Sunriver. Nothing else has every come close to this property!! It was spotlessly clean, an AMAZING location near The Village, SHARC, and Fort Rock, but was in a wonderful quiet neighborhood! We did not move our cars all week! The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms all comfortable, and the deck and yard were absolutely THE BEST! We had everything we needed, and then some! Many good bikes of all sizes to choose from ( and helmets, too!), along with lots of games and puzzles. Tons of towels for pool and hot tub use! The owners were great to work with and responsive! I almost hate to tell everyone about this great find because we will definitely want to rent it again!

Very nice home in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location large property and perfect for multi family. Noting a few things- their were not enough toiletries, so make sure to pack your own shampoo & conditioner / body wash. Their was also not enough trash bags. Just be Leary of this when staying at this property. Also the only comfortable bed is the upstairs one. The ones downstairs are incredibly uncomfortable and you could feel every spring in the mattress. Honestly these little things didn’t ruin the experience… our families had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

This home is wonderful for a family stay. It is spacious (yet cozy), very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped, wifi works great (we were easily able to use our own streaming service for TV), and the hot tub especially nice on a cold, snowy night! Plenty of sleds for use in the garage, (and also lots of bikes which would be great during a summer visit.) We planned this trip as something to do as a family (grandparents, parents, children) during this Covid time, so we were very pleased that the home turned out to be as nice as we had hoped. We hope to be able to return another time. Thank you to the owners!!! (regarding Covid, like most places, it has impacted businesses, restaurants and acitivities. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you are interested in specific things you might want to call ahead to make sure they are open/operating.)

We met our two daughters and their families from Brookings and Philomath for our gift exchange. We had such a fun time tubing, sledding, ice skating and visiting. I loved getting together but not hosting at our home. Vacation for everyone!

Sunriver is always our “Oregon Staycation “ destination. This was the 2nd stay at this house and I think it will be our house for many visits to come. So clean and well stocked, great location, perfect setup with the open kitchen/dining/living room area. Owners are so easy to work with, if we had a question about anything , they answered back very quickly. Time to book another stay.

We appreciated the number of bedrooms with plenty of beds and bathrooms for all including a room with 2 bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes for our family meals together. We also loved the large deck with the nice Weber BBQ grill overlooking the big grassy yard and took advantage of all the bikes, for adults and kids in the garage. We all had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

We were a large group looking for special family time. The house was all furnished with everything you would need: abundant kitchen supplies and equipment, many bikes and helmets, many toys, puzzles, and books, gas grill, beautiful large deck and grass lawn, and all close to the village. The best Sunriver property in which we have ever stayed.

Nice home in a good location.

This was a vacation with 85 yo granny, my sons and their spouses, our dogs, and my sister even came for a few night. It was a fantastic week. The river was a 10 minute walk for fishing and dog swims, town was a 10 min bike ride. Owner, Pat, was very quick to answer all my questions! I had to leave a day early because Granny wasn’t feeling well but the owners made everything so simple I felt confident the kids could close up shop!! We will be back😍

For a dog friendly home this is a clean home. Very impressed. Two bedrooms downstairs and master upstairs. Stairs required to get into home, so not best for anyone who has issues with stairs. Quiet neighborhood. Great grass lawn for kids and dogs. Most all the kitchen items you need.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The location was close to The Village, SHARC, walking trails, golfing, and just about everything you could need. The enclosed upper deck was great for containing our dog, while we were also enjoy sitting outside as well. I appreciated the fact that there was so much accommodations for the dog: dog bed, extra dishes, even lawn leashes with stakes. We will definitely consider staying here again.
