We enjoyed our time here. The pool was great. We saw tons of dolphins and enjoyed walking on the beach. The little kitchen had all the basic necessities. Like all beach rentals, it could use a deep clean and some updates, but you're not really at the beach to spend time inside, anyway. However, I think there are a few important things to know for other guests: 1) the bunk beds are appropriate for very small children, only, as they are extremely small. My 9-year-old felt very cramped, and it's a good thing we didn't have the 11-year-old with us. 2) the beach is not recommended for swimming -- there were many warning signs about rip tides, large wakes, etc. When we wanted to actually get in the water, we made the 5-minute drive down to the public beach at North Beach, which was gorgeous. 3) the bare minimum of pillows are provided -- I wish I'd brought a couple from home as we're multi-pillow sleepers. But, even with those things, I'd recommend to others -- just important to know those details.

I did not have my hopes up to see the dolphins, but we actually saw them every day when we went to the beach. The kids loved the beach, the water was calm, making it easy for them to swim. We did beach walks in the evenings and always felt safe and saw lots of other families.

Spent 3 days on Tybee. Unit was just what we needed for this short stay. Easy access to beach. Bunk beds not appropriate for our teen - didn’t read carefully when selecting this unit - managed by sleeping on sofa! Very clean! Enjoyed our weekend!

Lovely place to stay, beautiful and cute
Perfect for a getaway to a quiet beach with all the amenities.
Only thing was the place was not clean well before we arrived.
Floor was dirty and didn't have a broom to sweep.
But other than that it was great.

My family and I loved our stay at Tybee Island. This condo is in an amazing location. We were able to see dolphins at any time of the day and the beach was not crowded at all. No need to pack anything l, as everything was provided, including beach chairs and toys. Carol was awesome to book with and we are so blessed to have personally met her while there. We will book again! ♥️♥️

Nice property - older building - toilet running - we fixed. Nice pool - but deck ant infested. Walk out to beach nice. Fort and lighthouse were nice attractions.

We were looking for a quiet location with excellent access to a beach and a pool. This location on north beach was outstanding and we loved Tybee Island. Enjoyed seeing dolphins play both morning and night. If you are looking for a brand new property with large rooms, this is probably not the place for you but was great for the two of us. Carol was easy to communicate with and had great recommendations for favorite places. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved this condo! It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed from a cooler to beach chairs and beach towels. There are plenty of beach toys and mats to use which was a great plus! The condo was very clean and the ice trays and ice bin were full on arrival. You can see the bay from the balcony and some of the marshlands. We saw lots of wild life during our stay. The condo grounds are very clean and the pool is crystal clear. The beach is a short walk with direct pathways from the grounds. Carol was an excellent host and offered us multiple ideas for fun things to do on the island. We would definitely recommend staying here and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks again!

Enjoyed our time in Tybee and at Carols Condo. Neat and clean. Had everything we needed. Carol was such a terrific host. Her recommendations were spot on about things to do and where to eat. Make sure you go on the Derek Dolphin Tour. OMG. Was awesome. Couldn't ask for anything more. The beach at the condo is fantastic. You can just hang out there for hours and see dolphin while you enjoy the beach. Worth staying here and will be back if back in the area again.

We had a great stay on Tybee. Carol's property was as advertised. There is just a short walk to the beach which is not crowded at all. We even saw a few dolphins. Try Bubba Gumbos for some delicious fresh seafood.

If I could give Carol 10 stars, I would!! Her communication was awesome, check-in was flawless, property was spotless!! Would definitely recommend! Tybee Island is such a beautiful place and the beach at SBRC is secluded and so peaceful!! We also got to watch the dolphins play every day! A wonderful, relaxing vacation and we look forward to visiting again!!

Check in was simple with the directions from Carol. The place was clean and less that 40ft from beach! We absolutely loved our stay. What a peaceful beach they are on.

It was just my husband and my 4 year old daughter and this place was perfect for us 3. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony and the beach!!! Condo was peaceful and so was the private beach. Love that she has beach toys for the kids since we forgor ours! Would definitely stay here again!

Place was clean, host left clear instructions, good recommendations and communicated well, it had everything we needed for a beach get away, especially having flown in. Bay beach and pool were easy to access and we were a short drive to Savannah which was fun to explore. Views of sunsets and dolphins were awesome. Perfect for our family of 3. Would rate 6/5 if I could and recommend to friends/ stay again.

Can’t say enough about how much I loved my first Tybee experience. Loved how close this unit was to the beach/pool. Made it so easy. I traveled with my husband and a 3 and 4 yr old and we had plenty of space. Loved sitting in the balcony seeing the dolphins daily. The beach/water was so calm never over crowded. Dolphins swimming right there 50 yards from you. So much beach space for the kids to play. Carol was so easy to communicate with, always responded quickly. Only wish there wasn’t stairs to get to the elevator and to get down to the beach with your coolers and wagon for the day but if you have someone with you it’s just fine. Overall best beach trip I’ve ever had!

We enjoyed our time in this unit. The elevator is close. This unit offers beach chairs and toys for the kiddos which was a nice touch. We had a great time and look forward to our next stay.

We had a great time! We didn't stay in our condo too long due to a very active toddler, but the condo was very efficient for what we needed. Carol was great at communicating with us!

I met the owner and she was very nice and welcoming! The unit was very nice and clean. The unit is close to the elevator which is a huge plus. The balcony gives you an awesome view of the beach which we got to see dolphins! 😍 Would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved the location of this condo. We saw dolphins, shrimp boats, hermit crabs, and sand crabs daily on our adventures. The owner was always easy to contact and provided beach toys and binoculars to use at our leisure. I would recommend this place to any small family. We really enjoyed our stay, and the owner also made it easy and convenient for us to add an extra night.

Carol’s condo was exactly as advertised! It was the perfect size for my family of four, with a 1 and 3 year old. Loved being able to watch the water and dolphins from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and the pool was perfect (even though it was still a little chilly!). Carol was very descriptive with the check-in process and any info for places to eat in Tybee. She also checked in with us making sure we were able to get in the condo when we arrived and was super responsive with any messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Had wonderful stay. Mrs. Carol was amazing to work with! Loved sitting on balcony enjoying morning coffee and watching the dolphins! It was a convenient location especially with private beach area and within a couple of miles of all of the Tybee Island attractions

Nice and quiet location on the island to recharge your batteries. Carol does a great job of communicating and answering any questions. The condo was clean and we were provided with all that we needed. You can see the water from the balcony and watch the ships and dolphins. It was the perfect getaway weekend. We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to beach and pool made it easy to go with just one adult and my kids. Only thing I would say is listing said fully stocked kitchen. Wish they would have had a baking sheet and a collinder at least otherwise everything was good with our visit
