Condo was really great. Views, parking, interior. Only downside was the lack of spices or even simple salt and pepper. We did go to the grocery store of course but having to buy spices for the week was just a waste of money. A few notes. A drawer next to the dishwasher was broken upon arrival. Secondly the first room with the king size bed the handle seems to be installed incorrectly as you need to pull up on it rather than down to get it open when the door is shut. This panicked us in the middle of the night when our child was crying that we could not get in the room but thankfully figured it out. Lastly no fault of this owner but it’s really too bad that they allow smoking on the balconies at a family resort. We ate outside for every meal and there were people smoking a condo over.

Location was the best. We had a grandchild who got lost and Rondale, who worked there, helped locate him quickly! We were very grateful to him and his caring professionalism. The resort pools were very clean and the room was perfect! Thank you

Our condo was nice, but the bdrms had been changed since our booking and that was a surprise. The property was very nice, pools great and great access to the beach.

Very nice condo…great location at Waterscape. You can park near the condo front door and there’s an elevator 15 feet away (but was out of service the entire week we were there). If you plan to cook a lot, plan to bring special pots, pans, and bowls, etc, you need. There’s no can opener, we had to buy muffin tins (which we left in the unit). Just needed basic things we have seen included at better-appointed condos. There’s no beach wagon, but there are chairs, toys, and a small umbrella. Overall, still a great condo.

Waterscape Resort was excellent for the kids. The pools were kept in great condition and kept the kids entertained all day. The condo was well kept and had recently been renovated. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the property and the cleanliness! Great location and perfect for the Harley riding we did along the beautiful Emerald Coast. Pinkie Flamingo is great and highly recommended!

This is a great condo at an awesome resort. Great for kids and adults. The lazy river was fun. There are a lot of pools for everyone. Walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. The condo was spacious for all of us.

Great condo for our family to relax and enjoy! Pinky was great and helpful with all our needs! We will definitely look to her for our next beach vacation!

I feel like the condo needs some major updates. The BR mattresses were in terrible condition. My older adult children complained of aches every day . The sofa was impossible to sit on without feeling the sleeper bar. Also very uncomfortable. I had to buy dish towels and fish rags for the kitchen. The hall toilet was broke and ran most of the time. Sorry for the negativity but for the amount of money, you expect decent furniture.

Nice condo but needs a little updating. sofas getting soft! Nice size tv in living room! great size outdoor deck! overall needs sprucing up, Paint , etc. !

Great property, love the condo location. You can almost park in front of entrance. Had a few issues with furniture, outlets and TV not working. The storage unit they have had all kinds of floats, chairs, etc. to use! Would rent again.

We had a great trip. The condo was clean and spacious. My husband and I went with my mom, step dad, uncle, and Grandfather. We traveled with three teens. There was plenty of room for everyone. The view was beautiful. The splash pad/ pool/ lazy river were so nice to have right outside. Grills everywhere that were cleaned daily! Just a really nice family friendly place. We loved having access to the storage closet outside there were lots of toys, nets, and floats. The main draw though is the location. We could walk to the peir and other sites on the Island. It was great!

Just wanted to thank Pinkie and highly recommend Waterscape!! We just returned from a great week on Okaloosa Island!! The condo itself was fantastic fro our group of 7; including 4 kids!! The condo was very spacious with an awesome "nook" with bunk beds that each had a flat screen in it!! The patio area was huge and we cooked man amazing meals in the well equipped kitchen. The views were amazing as well, straight out to the gulf to watch sunsets!! The property was great; a huge waterpark area for kids and adults alike with tons of space! Weber grills to cook BBQ. The only negative was the snack shack area, which was very slow and over priced. A little bonus was the free 2 chairs and umbrella and table that came with the unit for our stay which saved 150.00. All in all we are looking forward to revisiting the place next year!!

We had a great vacation stay in this condo. It was clean and organized. Owner was kind and great to work with, notified her of anything that may have been an issue, only the fridge filter light was on and she had maintenance out with in a couple hours to change it. Has a great view of the swimming pool area and can see the Gulf from room. The security people were helpful and saving us a spot for our "Big Truck" in the parking garage. Thank You!

The condo was incredible. We loved the ease of the parking garage and being able to park 10 feet from the front door. Our 3 year old twins loved the splash pool and the zero entry large pool was perfect. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (10, 9, 3, 3) and we had tons of room to spread out and enjoy our trip. Pinkie was great to work with. I highly recommend this condo!!

Gorgeous! Restaurants and shopping nearby. The grandchildren loved the pools, lazy river and lily pads with ropes. So much fun!

The condo we stayed at wasn’t as big as it appeared on the website, but still nice size. It was not as clean as I hoped it would be. When we went to the store for food for the week we picked up some cleaning supplies & cleaned a few things ourselves. I didn’t want to spend time cleaning and didn’t think I would need to after paying as much as we paid to stay there for a week. But once we cleaned up a few areas we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The property outside the condo was very nice & clean. I often saw employees walking around & making sure everything was okay. Over all, Very Happy with Property & Employees, Very Unhappy with the condition of the condo, which, I believe is not owned by the Waterscape Property. I will go through the Property for future rentals.

My entire family was able to stay together in the condo. There was room for everyone. We enjoyed our time together at the beach and the splash pad. The condo is conveniently located for loading and unloading & has all of the amenities you could ask for! We enjoyed cooking every evening & sitting out on the balcony in the mornings & evenings.

This has been our second stay at this condo and it's perfect for our family! We can create the perfect balance with our toddler. Usually we start out with going to the beach, enjoy the calmer waves and go for a walk. Then it's time to cool off, eat lunch and nap. In the afternoon we enjoyed the heated pool (May is still a little on the cool side) and there is also an awesome toddler splash area. Our 3yo also loved the lazy river! It was easy to get in touch with the property manager. The condo is perfectly layed out with a open kitchen/dining room/living room area and a huge balcony overlooking the splash area and golf. The place was very clean with lots of bathroom towels, we brought our own beach towels. There are three nice bedrooms and three bathrooms, and at the entrance area there are even two more bunkbeds. We could almost bring our whole family, we wish they had time in May when we do! We were glad to have washer and dryer in the unit to keep our beach clothes fresh and the kitchen is fully equipped. We ate all of our meals at home, as that's simply easier with a 3yo, but we had a list with lots of nice restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the fact that the door had a code, the prevented us from having to keep track of a door key while at beach and pool. We hope to return to this place many times to get our fill of Florida beach beauty and fun!

My family loved this place. We had a great time and grandkids enjoyed all the pools. The beach was very clean and the grills were cleaned everyday.We plan to return as soon as we can. We had lots of room . So nice to park on same level as our room.

This was our 5th stay at Waterscape and 2nd time using this specific unit! The 3rd bedroom is great for a larger crowd! C400 is the perfect unit as it is perfectly convenient to the parking deck (literally right out back), near the elevator (to be able to get down to the pools/beach), and has the BEST view of the whole Waterscape courtyard, as well as the gorgeous ocean!!! The updated decor, paint, and beddings are adorable...exactly the feel I want on a Florida vacation!! Highly highly recommend!!

We had an amazing vacation at Waterscape. The condo was well maintained and decorated. The beds were very comfortable and there was a generous supply of towels, kitchen utensils, and extra blankets and sheets. The blender is awesome- we made some of the best frozen pina coladas I've had in a long time! The storage closet even had a few sand toys, 2 beach chairs, and a couple boogie boards. We shared the space with another family and the 10 of us had plenty of room. The bunkhouse in this property has tv's for kids which was pretty cool, too. The staff at waterscape were all very nice. The grounds staff starts work early every morning and cleans the beach, washes off all the pool chairs, cleans the grills, and ensures that the resort is sparkling clean each day. The check the pool chemical/ph levels multiple times per day. When they do have to close the pool, it is for a short time (typically an hour). We highly recommend waking the fishing pier. We saw a couple good size king mackerel pulled out of the ocean in just the half hour we were there. Very entertaining for the kids!! Try checking out the burger joint on the ground level of the pier, too. Their fries and fresh made chips are spectacular. This is our third time a waterscape, and the first time at this condo. We are already looking at coming back next year! Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

I brought my family to Waterscape C400 and we had a great vacation. This large condo was a great fit for us. The location of the condo was so convenient. I was able to park right outside the front door making loading and unloading a breeze. The elevator was also steps from the front door. It was a quick walk to the pools, hot tubs and lazy river. Waterscape has it all!! I recommend strolls on the expansive beach. Even when it is high tide you still have plenty of beach to walk, sunbathe, build castles or swim. I really liked the location of this condo. I walked to breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many restaurants within walking distance to choose from. There are TV's in every room for the rainy days. The beds & pillows are super comfortable and there are three big bathrooms. There was plenty of space for my party of 6 to enjoy, relax and have breathing room. There is plenty of dinnerware in the kitchen and the pantry is large. The balcony was a special spot for me to drink my coffee in the mornings and watch the kids play in a grassy area directly below. The was easy access to the beach and outdoor showers to get the sand off. I would recommend this condo to all. I will be returning to this condo for years to come. A++ to the owners.
